Dr Dennison and his NP Meghan are AMAZING. Their treatment changed my life and I am extremely grateful to them. I subtracted two stars because their support staff is really subpar. Every time I have called for a year now, I have been left on hold for over 5 minutes. Theres no hold music so you dont even know if youve been disconnected. They have an answering statement that they say and place you on hold before you can reply. I had issues with the scheduler for my surgery. She was not good at returning calls and made errors in my scheduling. Thankfully, they were fixed, but its added stress nobody needs. I recommend adding more support staff or improving on what is already there. If Dr Dennison & Meghan werent so good I would never return or recommend this office. It is 100% worth dealing with for the treatment you get, however unnecessarily frustrating it may be.
