Amazing experience! They were able to fit me in before heading out of town to see people I haven't seen in over 20 years! Alex was so helpful, made me feel so 'take care of' and beautiful! She took her time with me to explain what was best for my skin, the procedures she was doing and what the benefits are of taking good care of my skin. And I haven't felt that relaxed in a very long time. I was glowing inside and out when I left! And felt super confident seeing old friends! When you think plastic surgeons office- this place is not what typically comes to mind. Dr. Gears Office is something special and original. Its very modern and trendy with a boutique feel. Nothing about this place is stuffy or sterile. The staff is friendly and helpful; they take the time to listen to your concerns and provide solutions and options. I have been seeing Charity for laser hair removal. Charity is friendly, honest and comfortable to be around. After 2 visits to this office, I decided to make the switch from another local competitor that was not listening to my needs. Dont spend another day unhappy with your plastic surgeon, head to PPS.

From start to finish I felt like Dr. Gear and his staff always have your very best interest at heart. I had a few surgical procedures done here. Dr. Gear is absolutely amazing! I truly feel that he is the best plastic surgeon in the area. His nurse Emily makes the process less stressful and always ensured that all my concerns were addressed. Another staff member that has been extremely accommodating throughout the process is Kirsten. She always listened to my needs and provided knowledgeable and pertinent feedback which has always been very helpful. Its been 3 days since I had filler (voluma) placed by Courtney. I have to admit I went in nervous as I am a former client of Blaires and didnt know if I would be getting the same expertise in care. So happy to report that not only was Courtney fantastic, she was extremely informative, careful about every step of the procedure from prepping me to finish, my results are probably the best I have ever had. I am symmetric and not overly filled, and still very natural looking. All that and Courtney is warm and friendly. Thanks also to the super efficient and pleasant front desk team. So pleased!

Something as simple as Dr Gear coming in to meet me before I had to get undressed was so appreciated and something other surgeons didn't have the courtesy to do. I started the ZO Obaji line last week and after a few days I had some red dry patches. I contacted them and got a quick response. I followed the directions given and the dry patches cleared up. There was consistency through my experience which was nice, Faye performed each and every one of my services. Scheduling was a breeze and they send you a text reminder. Faye and the rest of the staff I interacted with were professional and very personable. The office is sparkling clean and very welcoming. The package was for 6 sessions and I have seen great results. If I had any other beauty needs this is the first place I would start!

This is important because it can take much longer to remove hair with many treatments if the laser is older. Here the staff knows you by name and treats you wonderful. Everything was explained very well - from the pre-appointment dos and don'ts, to the procedure itself, to the after procedure instructions. I am SO glad I chose PPSSC for my laser hair removal!!!

WARNING to anyone whos planning to order from Providences online shop: DONT. I read the reviews before ordering to make sure Im ordering from a reliable place, but unfortunately didnt find many reviews related to the online shop in specific and so I proceeded in placing my order based on peoples reviews with regards to the clinic. Ill try to find out how I can post pictures with reviews to attach email evidence of my below experience.I placed my order (1 EltaMD sunscreen) on 20 December 2019 and the delivery time was 6-7 days. On 23 December, I emailed Heather whos listed as the contact person for the online shop regarding the delivery tracking number for my order with no response. I followed up again on 30 December 2019 and again no response from her. However, I finally received an email from USPS on December 30 confirming that a label has been created for my order (10 days after I placed the order). My order arrived at the Jamaica NY USPS facility on 4 January 2020 and hasnt moved from there since then. On 10 January 2020, I emailed Heather to request a refund because it doesnt seem like Ill be receiving my order anytime soon vs the 6-7 days delivery timeline Ive paid for. Of course, I didnt get a response and so I followed up again on 16 January 2020 (almost 30 days from placing an order). She finally responded saying they refunded me the price of the sunscreen but wont refund me the price of the shipping ( about USD 15). This wasnt acceptable because per the rules and regulations of PayPal, an order that is not received will be refunded in full amount (including shipping cost) and thus Ive raised a dispute resolution on PayPal and have informed Heather of the same on email. She responded saying Dispute is closed. You are not welcome to order from us again. Worst customer service. Long story short - save your money and time. Their online shop is not reliable.I barely ever post reviews, but it disgusts me when people are disrespectful to customers especially when the seller is at fault (1. Do your research - USPS is not a good international delivery courier, 2. Answer emails instead of making customers follow up, 3. Dont be rude, especially when I keep on saying please and thank you, this is basic customer service, 4. You dont tell customers theyre not welcome to shop from you again - who even does that? , 5. Follow the rules. If PayPal clearly states you need to provide a full refund including shipping, dont try to rip people off. If the rule was for you to keep the shipping cost, I wouldnt have asked for it.)
