From my first initial consultation, Dr. Morgan has always been professional, personable, compassionate, and honest. I always felt very comfortable with all my visits. He and his staff answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. On the day of surgery he made me feel extremely comfortable and confident going into the operation. 6 weeks out and I could not be happier with the results. His work is exceptional. You can really tell how much they care for their patients and love what they do! I am only 5 days post surgery and I LOVE my results already even during the healing process. Dr. Morgan did such an incredible job on my breast reduction, he took me from an H cup to a D and they look AMAZING. I was so worried about scarring but after only 12 ish weeks I hardly have any noticeable scars. I went to Dr. Morgan and to say I'm happy or pleased with the whole procedure would be an understatement. From the first consultation to the last post-op appointment Dr. Morgan and his nurse Robin were amazing. When I showed up at the first consultation, I was nervous and immediately upon meeting them they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They prepared me for exactly what was to be expected before, during and after the surgery. A nurse even called the day after the surgery to see how I was feeling and to make sure everything was going well. I can not thank them enough, and I am amazed at the results from Dr. Morgan. Dr Morgan is a miracle worker! He took my horrible abdominal scar ( 14 inches long 4 inches wide at widest point) from appendicitis gone bad and was able to reconstruct my abdomen and now I have a thin scar that is almost invisible. I always have a positive experience when I see Dr. Morgan. First the convenience of his coming to Jacksonville which saves me time and gas. I have never waited more then 15 minutes tops to go in the back and then see him within minutes. The lady at the check in desk is always pleasant and very helpful when I've had questions. The staff at Kell Medical are always super awesome to me and Dr. Morgan's people add even more awesome to the office. They listen to my concerns and do everything they can to help me.
