I degloved my finger and cut the palm of my hand from one side to the other destroying my palm and splitting it open 2 inches wide. I needed surgery immediately for my hand and finger papas was completely booked for surgery but seen how bad it was and that it needed to be done right away. He made room in his schedule to fit me in the same day as my accident. He ended up doing surgeries until midnight that night just to make sure that my surgery got done that day. Hes very professional. His staff at his office is very professional and caring they make sure they listen to your wants and needs. They make sure to explain everything very well and make it easy to understand what's going on and what was done. His staff makes you feel comfortable and safe they make sure you know and understand what to expect during the recovery process and what needs to be done at home for a safe recovery. He gives you his personal email incase you have any questions after office hours. He's extremely caring and does exceptional work best surgeon I've seen in years would recommend him to anyone. Whoever gave him a 1 star review doesn't know what there talking about bc hes one of the best surgeon's I've seen. That person was probably mad bc he probably didn't have insurance that the doctor took. Or didnt really need surgery and papas told him that and he got upset bc papas doesn't sugar coat anything he tells you what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done and won't do the surgery If it's not 100% needed.mm . which is a exceptional thing to do he cares more about his patients and his work then he does the money

Dr. Papas and his staff were great. I was treated respectfully and everything was explained to me on exactly what would happen during the office visits and surgery. So glad I was referred to Dr. Papas. The office is friendly and helpful and Theresa is such a wonderful nurse.

I have had two surgeries with Dr. Papas and am extremely pleased with my experience. Dr Papas, Theresa and the entire staff at Renaissance are wonderful. Friendly, yet professional and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and educated regarding your care. Nicole and Crystal in the office do their best to accommodate you for appointments are always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Papas is a very skilled surgeon and I am very happy to have found him.

I saw Dr Pappas on a Friday for a recurrent painful cyst on my chin. He immediately made me feel comfortable with him. He explained his diagnosis and recommended treatment to me and answered all of my questions. His staff were able to get surgery authorized with my insurance within a couple of days. The Dr. had an opening due to cancellation on the Thursday after my appointment. I had the surgery and it went very well.

Horrible experience....the Dr. Papas performed office visit in December for a Rhinoplasty on his inspection he used an iPhone to look up my nose rather than an otoscope. Very unprofessional. I waited three months for a pre-determination of benefits which be never sent in. I called and asked that it be submitted and Nicole his office manager exploded and stated she will get to it when the doctor sends it to her. She made the decision that the Dr. would refer me out and that she would not submit the pre-determination and hung up on me. If you want a 'Hack' for a Doctor this your guy ...beware. Very rude people.
