So far a wonderful experience. I emailed the clinic with an inquiry over the weekend and got a call back the following Monday morning. Heidi was friendly and well-informed, and took the time to walk me through the process and details. She was even able to give me an estimate right there and booked me for a consultation. New experiences make me very anxious, but I feel reassured my time at Elizabeth Institute will be calm, friendly, and understanding.

All I can say is, Dr Herron and her staff are great!My first visit was in the beginning of 2019. I felt very nervous, and after talking with her staff, Mainly Erica..But Dr Harron herself is so sweet and gentle. I felt very comfortable. After my pre-op, something came up financially and I had to tell them I didnt have the rest of the balance, they just told me to call when ready. A year later I called and rescheduled. Unfortunately this was in March right before COVID-19 shutdown. It was hard waiting as not only for 25 yrs have I wanted the surgery but had to wait a year prior. Needless to say I was nervous it would never happen!They called me as soon as they were opening and I was able to get in 2wks later.So let me tell you I had plenty of time to do TOO much research on every breast lift out there and what to expect or not to expect.I am a month post-op and could not be happier! Everything went great and my results are even better than I had expected. I tell everyone in my area they need to go to her. Lol Im so very grateful. She has a very friendly, clean and comfortable set up. I encourage anyone wanting a breast lift..go to Elizabeth Institute.

Dr Herron is very compassionate and understanding of her patients. Her staff is very helpful and kind. Her medical assistant Erica is also compassionate and sweet and took the time to go over everything and what the future course of action would be. Dr Herron is very knowledgeable, really great at communicating her intentions and whats to be expected as well and easy to talk with and makes you feel important and encouraged my feed back to make me feel as much a part of the decisions as herself. She is doing reconstructive surgery, after I had a bilateral mastectomy and so far, I could not be happier with the direction we are going in. She has answered every question (sometimes maybe I ask too many) professionally and personably and takes the time necessary to make sure the questions are understood. My appointments have always been on time and if they are running behind, they let you know whats going on. Before meeting Dr Herron and her staff, I had never been to a plastic surgeon before. Dr. Herron and her team are the best! All the ladies in the office are very helpful and professional. Its a beautiful establishment (from the building, to the toe-tapping music they play, the appealing ladies running the show and even the fresh fruit at the front desk) Theyre great! Erica is very informative. She wont give you a one word response. She is filled with a ton of information and will be more than happy to tell all. Nicole and Heidi are always very welcoming during each visit. Dr. Herron is an optimistic and very professional woman. Which reassured me, she was the right Dr. for my procedure. You wont find a better place than the Elizabeth Institute!

My experience with Dr. Herron and the surgery center went above and beyond my expectations. I began researching surgeons in the area and a friend mentioned the Elizabeth Institute. I went to her webpage and read her article (so empowering and loved the idea of supporting this woman), watched her videos, and decided to call. Her husband, Eric, was wonderful on the phone and gave the me the courage to go in to see her. It took me a while to get the courage to go in and when I did I still did not fully have it, yet I knew what I wanted. She understood me, listened to me in a way a previous surgeon did not, and so far the results are beautiful (patience is not my virtue though). I will never forget how wonderful all the nurses and staff were at the surgery center, nor how Dr. Herron stroked my hand right before I was put out by the anesthesiologist (he was wonderful too). I know this is long but I can't recommend her enough! She cares about the health of her patients, cosmetic or reconstructive, which is evident in her recommendations on mediation apps and techniques! You will not be disappointed!

I had a skin cancer above and into my eyebrow and my Dermatologist recommended going to Dr Herron for the best cosmetic result. I'm very glad I did! She removed a fairly large, deep squamous cell cancer and it was closed in such a way that you can't tell it was done. I highly recommended her practice.

Dr. Herron is an amazing Surgeon! I had wanted breast augmentation for years but was nervous about having it done and weather or not it would turn out ok. So one day I started searching the Internet and seen all the positive feedback about her and decided to go in for my free consultation and when I met her she made me feel at ease, that's when I decided to go for it. I can tell you they turned out beautiful and the surgery went great I had no bruising at all! I'm so glad I had the surgery and so thankful I found Dr. Herron!
