Beyond Amazing

I have experienced Dr. Cozart a few times he is a gentleman and very thorough in consultations. 1.) experience was a mole on my chin he removed. He explained the possibility of good scar bad scar and I went for it knowing that. It scared flawless and now I no longer have a black mole the size of a small nip on my chin. I am crazy happy! 2.) experience was Botox in my brow area. He explained that you have to be conservative with this product blindness is possible. I let him inject a small amount and 4 months I was lifted nicely. I will be back in his office soon for more beautiful work.

While Dr. Cozart is very pleasant and friendly, the office is run unprofessionally. After the initial consultation, office was supposed to call and schedule surgery time. Well that was 2 weeks ago!! No contact from office at all. Even called them a couple times to ask what the deal was. Apparently only one person is allowed to do his scheduling and she doesn't seem to ever be in the office. Extremely disappointed in lack of service. Business will be taken elsewhere.

Dr. Cozart was incredibly personable and professional; as a fellow physician I appreciated the way he explained everything to me about Botox (it was my first time). He is also conservative which leads to the service being less expensive. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cozart.

I knew after my consultation that this is where I wanted to book my surgery. I think I must have read every review online and that's why I am writing this one. I was very surprised to see a negative comment about Elaine at Dr Cozart's office. She's been nothing but kind and courteous to me during my multiple visits to his office. Being human I suppose she could have a day of feeling poorly or an unpleasant reaction to a difficult patient. But I've never experienced her being less than professional. Overall, my experience with this practice has been wonderful. The entire staff was kind and attentive. Dr Cozart was very helpful and generous with his time. He did a great job correcting a problem that I had been struggling with for many years. They also helped me through my insurance company's approval process, which, I discovered, most PS will not do. I highly recommend this practice.

After calling 2 other plastic surgeons (both who charged approx. $100. for the consultation) I called MB plastic surgeons..whose consultation was free. I made my appointment with Dr. Cozart for an arm lift consultation. His staff were amazing...warm personable and very helpful. Dr. Cozart was awesome..explained to me the entire procedure and recovery and what I could expect during recouperation. I was given what the charges would be for the procedure and how payment would be made to confirm surgery. After the inpatient surgery was sent home with instructions and a phone number to call if I had any issues...this was on a Friday. Well Saturday I had a possible issue(or I thought so) so I called the number and while I was just getting ready to leave a voice mail Dr. Cozart was returning my call! Then on Sunday again I thought there was an issue so I called and Dr. Cozart. answered one the second ring. My husband and I were amazed by this incredible service. It's been 6 months since the surgery and I'm thrilled. I would totally recommend him ! He is fabulous and his staff is the best.

I have been practicing in the medical field for 30 plus years, and although Dr. Cozart may be an excellent physician he definitely needs to keep an eye on his staff members. I went in last week, to deliver some information, and the licensed esthetician, Jessica was so rude to me and in front of her co workers and two patients. The patients in the waiting room, were shocked and embarrassed for me as I felt very upset. We all have a job to do, we all have a living to make and being rude and unprofessional in this day and age, is uncalled for. Customer Service is Number one!

I have been very fortunate to have had several procedures done in the last year or two by Dr. Cozart. Each time I have been beyond pleased, and not just with the results of the surgery itself but please with the entire experience, and this includes his staff. Dr. Cozarts thoroughness as well as his frankness regarding risks vs reward, recommendations, different procedure techniques, all fall under his overall professional attentiveness that he delivers to all patients. I feel very confident he holds his entire staff to this very same high standard. It is with great pleasure that I offer this sincere positive review on my personal experiences. Next, I must comment on the seedy review comments from Sally Ann & Lauren. The entire posture and forum of this review page is for honest comments regarding procedures. The likes/dislikes, rewards vs risks, success vs failure of procedures. Making petty comments regarding back office staff is not only unkind it is selfish. If all of us were being honest, we all have been perceived as being rude a time or two. I am equally sure that most were untrue, just a misunderstanding or misspeak. However, to use this forum in this petty nature is selfish. The reputation of Dr. Cozart could be tarnished by the mean spirited comments of these two women, which had really nothing to do with him. It certainly leads one to wonder what their true agenda is. For the honest, potential patient trying to sincerely get a sense of who Dr. Cozart is. He is a very charming, skilled plastic surgeon that is quiet, reserved, unflustered, kind, knowledgeable doctor. He is the total package. His overall demeanor exudes his professionalism and grace and this holds true to his entire staff. Truth be told, if you had a heart attack or needed your pancreas removed, he could probably do that too!

Front desk Elaine is very rude, inattentive, and somehow can come off pretentious all in one phone call. I'm a patient of Dr cozart. I've had a very long a painful recover for almost a year. I'm still having problems I spoke to Dr Cozart myself told him my issues with the breast augmentation he has given me. I live in AZ right now due to my husband being inlisted in the Army. And now is stationed in Italy. And i have to take time off from work pay to board my animals and pay to fly the days i can get approved. So I call to make an appointment. Elaine answers and has a bad attitude toward her job and herself and others. I gave her what dates i had. By not saying verbally I wouldn't get an appointment but at the same time did. She is very unsympathetic and she wants to hear your problem but then gets upset when you relay info. When it comes to Elaine's job I think she can be a lot better / professional to Dr Cozarts patients. All I did was try to make an appointment and all Elaine could do was talk over me, belittle my feelings &my curtain possibly life threatening situation due to this breast augmentation. I hope Dr Cozart has a great trip. Maybe I can just get all my records and see someone else who takes the time to know what kind of staff is left in charge. Signed -Lauren Hancock
