Dr. Rehm is a very professional and efficient doctor. He has done a total of 5 surgeries for hand/wrist/elbow for me over the course of 12 years. I keep going back because he is one of, if not THE, best in Chattanooga. If you are looking for warm and fuzzy, go to a daycare. If you are looking for highly structured, no-nonsense medical help, Dr. Rehm is the one!

Dr. Rehm has done 3 surgeries on me over the last 6 years. Being a hairdresser for 36 years I have almost wore out my hands. He has preformed double carpel tunnel surgery on me with no problems at all. Year before last I had a thumb joint replacement on my left hand, This past December I had the same surgery on my right hand. I am so greatful to have Dr. Rehm to have helped me keep working a job that I love so much. I do and have recommended him and all the others at Hayes Hand Center.

I recently visited The Plastic Surgery Group as I was experiencing an intense and prolonged pain in my left wrist. I currently live in Dallas and was referred to Dr. Rehm by family and friends. When it comes to this type of pain, I wanted to make sure I did not succumb to the horror stories you read about online and only see a truly trusted and respected MD. Dr. Rehm and Holley (his nurse) were absolutely great in assessing my condition. They were very thorough during my initial visit and seemed to truly care even though there was not an immediate diagnosis as to the cause of my pain. He and his staff were very helpful and scheduled an MRI in my hometown. Dr. Rehm and his staff continued to stay in contact from afar and upon my follow-up consultation, prescribed a treatment and plan to relieve my pain. It's been months since my follow-up consultation and my condition is 100% relieved. I would highly recommend The Plastic Surgery Group to anyone needing hand consultation and treatment.

I had carpal tunnel surgery. I don't regret doing both hands, just the doc I chose to do them!! When I had the stitches out I was still in MUCH more pain than I thought I should be. But because he didn't think I was, he refused to give even a few more days of pain meds!! He thinks everyone heals the same and thinks you are lying if you have pain longer than average ...or he just doesn't care! I suffered 3 more days after having the stitches out. That was 3 days I didn't have to be awakened all hours with pain, tears I did not have to cry, and the major pain I did not have to deal with. It makes me sick to think this doctor has the power to help or let you suffer and he chooses to let you suffer!! That is WRONG!! I let his office know how I feel about his treatment of me, but they don't care either! If you have fibromyalgia (hyperactive nerves) and you feel more pain than the average person and for longer than you should, or if you care if he helps you with pain management afterwards ....FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!! He could have helped me for just a few more days, but he decided to abandon me. That is CRUEL in my book. I will never forgive Dr. Rehm for treating me like I don't matter and for abusing his power!! Karma, please come back around!!
