11/10!! My dermatologist advised me to get my mole removed and I did some research on a plastic surgeon who could perform the excision. I had been contemplating this procedure for a few years and was so nervous about my consultation. However, upon arriving, I was greeted by very friendly front desk staff and taken almost immediately back after filling out some paperwork. Dr. Eby was very kind and professional and really listened to the goal I was trying to achieve while also making recommendations. She was very upfront about what all the procedure would entail and realistic expectations of results. During my consultation visit, she used an imaging machine and showed me what I would look like with different types and sizes of implants. This really helped me to visualize what I would look like and make the best decision. During this visit, I was also provided with a quote for the cost of the surgery. After making the decision to go through with the surgery, Dr. Eby and her staff were very helpful and accommodating with getting the surgery scheduled and gave clear instructions about what to do to get ready for surgery. I am now 2 weeks post surgery and LOVE my results. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Eby and will definitely use her for any cosmetic procedures in the future.

I did my research before going to a plastic surgeon. After meeting with Dr. Eby I knew decision was the right one. Dr. Eby will listen to everything you have concerns about and then she will give you her opinion. I wanted a procedure and she explained why I didnt need it now. I like that she does surgery in a hospital. The nurses at the hospital praised Dr. Eby and put me completely at ease. Dr. Eby did 2 different procedures on me at once. I had very minimal pain and bruising. My recovery was quick. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Eby. I was amazed.

This has been the best experience with a doctor EVER! The office staff were very friendly and helpful, even utilizing text messaging to relay information. That was super helpful for me as I cant answer my phone during the day. Although, Doc, you gotta help Gail out with that phone answer greeting. Shes going to suffer from dry mouth syndrome! . Dr. Eby performed a mastopexy on me in November. I can't believe how much difference the procedure has made in my profile. I actually look thinner because of the lift. I can't say enough about my experience with Dr. Eby and her staff, especially Lily. They truly care about their patients and make you feel like family. The day of my surgery a surgical tech came up to me, unsolicited, and told me that she had worked with many plastic surgeons in the area. She went on to say that she herself had scheduled a procedure with Dr. Eby and would not use anyone else in town. After my surgery I thought I was getting an infection in one of my incisions. Dr. Eby was vacationing in France with her family. She herself took care of me over the phone and did not pass me off to an 'on call' doctor who did not know me. My husband and I were so impressed. I am of age and realize that if I have good health then I am one of the wealthiest individuals on God's green earth. If you are reading this recommendation I challenge you to do your home work. You can not purchase good health and I for one placed my faith and trust in Dr. Eby to take excellent care of me and my faith was well placed. She made me feel as though I were her only patient. She takes the time to listen and guide you through your entire time as her patient. Her staff, Ms. Lily and Ms. Gail carry forward the same personal and caring attention to detail. Dr. Eby and Dr. Albea have a wonderful practice and should you ever have the need of any cosmetic or surgical procedures to be completed this writer would highly recommend you go no further. Very confident in Dr. Eby's abilities was how I felt after my first visit with her. I've never had surgery in my life. The procedure is something I wanted to have done for a very long time. I started my research with the Board of Cosmetic Surgeons and my first confirmation was her high standing with the Board. Next I viewed her website. I was absolutely impressed with the amount of information available. The website was pivotal to me and I called to make my appointment. Pictures were taken with a computer system called a 3D Vectra. This technology was amazing. To be able to see on the computer what I would look like after surgery was very amazing. Meeting with Dr. Eby was great. It was very apparent that she cared about what I would like done, she reviewed my current health issues to be sure I would be a candidate for the surgery I wanted and best of all, there was no rush to be in and out. She took the time to cover any questions or concerns I had. I made an appointment for my procedure that day. The time leading up to the procedure is where Lily and Gail were really helpful to me in coordinating everything that needed to be done, they are exceptional ladies. Surgery day, when I look back at it, was a breeze. I felt that I was handled with care, the staff at St Francis were terrific. I had every confidence in Dr. Eby and followed her directions pre and post surgery. And now I continue with the after care by Dr. Eby. She is a woman that I have come to admire and appreciate her level of care and concern.

Where do I began to describe Dr. Eby? I just love her! At my very first appt. In the 1946 movie 'Gilda', Rita Hayworth danced in a very sexy low-cut strapless evening dress and when asked what held up her dress during the dance routine [in the days beofre two-sided fashion tape?], she coyly replied: 'two things'. I had wanted those 'two things' my entire adult life once I realized Mother Nature had given me all she was going to. If a woman is happy with watherever breast size she has, more power to her! But I wasn't happy with mine....a small B. No one ever told me I'd look better or be more popular or successful with bigger breasts. It was not about others, this was about ME and how felt inside when I looked at myself in the mirror. When I was 14, a sales clerk in Goldsmith's Department Store referred to me as 'young man'. I was flat as a YOUNG MAN then and that was how I felt ever since. As the years went by I became an expert on padded bras. The cruel blows to the styles came in waves: the WaterBra, the WonderBra, and the whole line of Victoria's Secret push-ups. Let's face it, it there isn't much to push up, give it up. Friends said if I gained weight I'd get bigger breasts....and with a bigger everything else that came with them? No thanks. In 2005 I was an Academic Advisor at University of Memphis, and one day I saw my reflection in my computer screen. None too flattering. I was the 'cool advisor who related to the students on their level' and I wanted a face that reflected my youthful energy and mindset. I had less than successful 'treatments' from less than competent facilities and practiitioners in the past... so I took my tired old face home and flipped thru the Yellow Pages for a better solution. FOUND: Cosmetic Specialists of Memphis...'For the Look You Always Wanted'.....I made my appointment for Botox and from that first visit, I fell in love with the office and all that went with it. The second I met Dr. Eby, I knew I had found the best. I felt immdeiately comfortable in her care, learning soon she only suggests and advises the correct treatments. I went on to try Restylane, Latisse, SkinTyte, BroadBand Laser, Juvedern, and Xeomin, all I am 100% thrilled with. At each visit to the office, the sample breast implants on display glittered like gold and diamonds to me, and I knew in time I would have the agumentation. On April 24, 2012, I got my 'two things' I had been wanted my whole life!!!! I was probably the only patient at St. Francis Hospital smiling with joy[and not from any pain medication!]. Speaking of pain... I FELT NONE. Threre was no 'hit by a bus' extreme agony I'd been told by other's that I'd feel. Certainly I was sore, tender, and mindful I had been thru major surgery but by the third day I was able to shower and go about my daily activities with caution, naturally. I attribute my successful operation abd recovery to the fine surgeon Dr. Eby is. I joke about 'boob jobs' but being put to sleep and having your body cut open for ANYTHING is no joke. I am not a gambler, I like a sure thing, and I bet my life and my looks on Dr. Eby. I have no hesitations with Cosmetic Surgery Specialists. Lily and Gail at the front desk are awesome in knowledge and putting patients at ease, answering any questions we may have. Additionally, Dr. Peter Aldea is such a charming and talented surgeon, who would have any hesitations they were NOT in the right office for cosmetic surgery? No one believes my real age, thank you Dr. Eby!!!!! I am considering an eye-lid lift and total confidence she will again, turn back time for me~
