I know reviews for these types of services are very important so I had to share what a wonderful experience I had with Natalie Copeland today. She is an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. I the biggest qualities that set providers apart are their abilities to: educate us about the services and what they do to our skin, bodies, etc. and also how comfortable they make us feel about each procedure, ensuring there is minimal to no pain. I did micro-needling today for the first time and I cannot WAIT to go back to her in 4 weeks. My skin is already glowing from it. She gives the best advice about how to obtain the best skin possible as well as looking naturally flawless. Highly recommend.

Dr. Papillion and his staff were amazing! My procedure was discussed in thorough detail. He went over everything they would do and made sure I was comfortable. My surgery went exceptionally well and the recovery was great! Dr. P saw me 3 more times afterwards and was awesome! I am so thankful I chose to have him do my surgery! 5 years ago I made a life altering decision to have gastric bypass. After working hard, I lost half my weight and because of that, I struggled being confident with saggy stomach skin and un-symmetrical breasts. I was interested in an extended tummy tuck and a breast aug/lift. I had been thinking about this surgery for a while, but as a career focused working mom I struggled finding the time or courage to follow through. I had previous consultations with other surgeons and then I met Dr. Papillion and the amazing team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. From the consultation, I felt comfortable and valued. Dr. Papillion was calm, confident and extremely patient. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), his opinions were different than the previous surgeon I had consulted with and because of this I was a bit anxious. He spent extra time showing me previous surgeries he had done and building my confidence that he was the man to do this job. His nurse Olivia was reassuring and honest as she helped me work through my size options. Then came the hard part, the financial consultation. Normally this process is painful and uncomfortable. But Cindy, Dr Ps financial coordinator was outstanding! She cares and she understands how to mix costs with heart - very, very rare. Dr P showed me that he cared more about me and the outcome he delivered than the money as he worked with me to make this a tangible option. To add to this, Dr P consulted with me twice to further answer questions, help me (I am so indecisive) select a size and finalize my decision. This is impressive for a doctor and a team, especially a cosmetic surgery Office. You see, for me this was not just a decision to be more beautiful but it was a decision to get me back. To feel confident and to feel as healthy as I had worked so hard to reach. This team did that and more...The surgery- on go day, I was nervous- but the team at Williamson Co Medical Center were outstanding. Once again Dr P came in with a confidence and professionalism that was top notch. He assured me that he brought multiple size implants to ensure I would get the size that left me feeling natural and confident.Post surgery was tough of course as any surgery is, but I was back to work and functioning (even if I was a little slower) within 2 weeks with BEUATIFUL, detailed results and great post operative progress. All my post-op care was detailed, compassionate and attentive. I am now 10 months post-op and my results are better than I had ever imagined. I went from a scared patient who was balancing between gaining confidence and over coming my surgery fears, to a confident, ecstatic patients who believes in Dr Ps high caliber professionalism and excellent clinical quality. Thank you to Dr Papillion and his incredible team at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery! They care today just as much about me as they cared before they had my business! I will be a patient for life!

Dr Papillion and his staff couldnt have made my experience any better!! Ive wanted breast augmentation for close to 10 years now and have researched/attended several consultations with many physicians and never felt as comfortable as I did with him and his staff. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. My biggest concern was so many physicians attempted to convince me to go bigger than I felt comfortable with and Dr Papillion nor his staff every did that, they did exactly what I asked for and never questioned what I felt was best for my own body. All the staff is very sweet, outgoing and very friendly. Every time I go into the office its like they've known me for years, its an extremely comfortable atmosphere. I did research for about 2 years before deciding on a surgeon for breast augmentation with lift and a tummy tuck. When I met with Dr. Papillion of Cool Springs Plastic Surgery for the first time, he by far exceeded my expectations and completely put my mind at ease. I immediately knew that I wanted him to be my surgeon for my procedure. The morning of surgery, everyone from nurses to the anesthesiologist and hospital employees were very pleasant. Along with letting me know I had made a wise decision on choosing Dr. Papillion due to his excellent work in the OR. On this day it was a life changing decision that I choose to make. I was very nervous, scared and worried but before we even went back Dr. Papillion and his nursing staff prayed with me before surgery. During my surgery he and his staff keep my family support updated and aware of how I was doing. He personally visited with my family afterwards easing their mind to let them know all has went well. The next day he came to check on my recovery and took the time to answer any questions. He always remained available at all times to me by giving me his cell phone number which I did use often cause I was overly cautious during my healing process. As well as his office staff (Leslie is awesome, very personable and always puts a smile on my face) during my recovery period I also had her cell phone number and she always reassured me. I could not be happier with my results and I would definitely use him again. I would recommend him to anyone.
