Every time I come in for my allergy shot it seems to take longer. I have currently been waiting for almost 30 minutes to just get a shot. While other people come and go others like me are stuck waiting forever!! It seems that we are far less important than the appointments that make more money. I retract my previous good review. That was before I had to come here weekly

My 17 month old daughter had tubes placed in her ears. Dr. Marvel and his team where great! They made sure to make us feel comfortable with the procedure, explained everything, came out to update us, and called to check on her the next day. Very satisfied with our experience.

Evey time we have went to an appointment the time of said appointment has came and gone by 30 or more minutes and no one checking on you. I make an appointment for right after lunch for my son and half an hour later the Dr is going in to another room. He just came back lunch 30 minutes late mind you. Being late it is not appropriate for patients or practitioner. Yes I know medical offices work hard because I work in one. I will not be back to this one I can't afford to time wise. You will be clinically insane before you leave from the wait.

I have always dealt with ear doctors for my son, I do believe I will change my son's doctor over to them. They staff and doctors are absolutely the nicest people I have ever dealt with. They I have never gotten in nor out of the doctor's office so fast. If you are having problems with your ears I would highly recommend that you give these great people a try.

Theyve been very patient with our son who's not the best at sitting still. They tell him everything they're doing. They're wonderful! They incorporate his favorite toys and encourage him to do things. He loves his therapy time no!

We have been coming to the Marvel Clinic for several years, 3 children have had tubes, 2 have had tonsils removed, and 1 with allergy testing and shots. They staff has always been so kind and caring to our kids. When we have a question, answers are explained thoroughly. I highly recommend this office and staff!!

I had my allergy testing done here many years ago. I am and have been taking allergy medication since then. I don't have the problems with allergies since on the serum. A wonderful place to go. Staff is very friendly.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to the patients needs. Your staff is the first people you see when you come in door. They are very courteous. The staff that takes you back also attends to you and asks questions to help determine why your here today. This also helps with setting the tone for the office. These people love their jobs and they arent afraid to show it. Very pleasant atmosphere!! It was a Marvelous experience!!

If youre looking for an ENT (or surgeon), Marvel Clinic is great! My son had two procedure done as a baby, and they were amazing with him. I had surgery on my nose, and the staff was great. If youre scared of surgery (like I am), they really make sure to make you comfortable while you wait - which was huge for me! I always recommend them to anyone asking about an ENT.

Love these folks!! Great place! I highly recommend Dr. Feltz, smart, very concerned about his patients, and goes above and beyond what I was expecting in following up. He has a GREAT personality and is very genuine and down to earth. Tana, his nurse, is amazing!! She knows what she's doing & truly cares about the patients. It's nice that she has the ability to help with the anxiety of the procedure. Love her sweet attitude and fun personality, too.
