Ive been a patient with Dr. Tjelmeland since 2014 when he did my breast augmentation which I LOVED, couldnt be happier with the results. I went back a few weeks ago for a lift/ revision due to my lifestyle change (kids, fitness etc) and Im extremely happy, once again, with the procedure and Im healing nicely. Dr. Tjelmeland is an excellent surgeon who cares about the results of his work. I went to 6 consultation and Dr. Tjelmeland was by far the best. I've had 4 different procedures with him and the results are outstanding. I've referred over 5 friends to his practice who have also been very impressed with his work. His bedside manner is caring and empathic. His staff is phenomenal. Go for a consult! Take a look at his book of before and after. I have no doubt you will be convinced.

I have been going to Meridian for several years for Botox. I have been seeing Cindy with predictable excellent results. After two very large babies (I am 411), I had to pull the plug and get a tummy tuck.What I thought was going to be a simple/complex surgical day (I am, of course, super patient), turned a little more complicated..apparently I have a bleeding disorder and skin issues that I was unaware of until now. I just do not clot well. My experience with Dr. Tjemeland and his staff with helping me recover was outstanding. They were all there working double time to ensure I did not need to go back to operating room. Kind of funny..thats when I realized I had forgotten to tell them that I had been told that I bleed and I have thin skin by another surgeon from another procedure...whoops..The recovery is tough and painful. I did not fully anticipate how tough, however, I was told by Dr. T that in 3 weeks I will be happy with the results.I am now 4.5 months post surgical intervention and I am elated!! I look great..so much so I have a had a lifestyle shift in that I am eating right and cannot wait to get in a (tasteful) bikini this summer..I finally have a waist back (Ive missed her) and do not feel that all of my physical work is for not..Thank you Dr. Tjemeland and your PA Cindy...I am grateful. In 2017, I had very expensive surgery. About a week later I went for a follow up appt. Naturally, I still had sores from the stitches. When Tjelmeland roughly examined me, he pressed VERY hard on that sore. Naturally, I reacted as anyone would in sharp pain. I yelled ouch. Tjelmeland proceeded to SHOUT, yes SHOUT at me, telling me that that type of behavior was not acceptable. My hubby and I thought initially he was joking. We were disgusted and shocked when we, and his nurse, realized he was serious. My surgery was problematic too. I would not recommend this doctor.

Best, most professional practice from the front desk to the bedside manner of Dr. T!! He is very polite and knows his craft well! I would do this whole process over again. I will definitely be returning to Dr. T at Meridian for any future needs! Thank you!!!!

BEWARE !!! My wife contacted Dr. Tjelmeland's office in February of 2017 she was very interested in a certain procedure. She received a reply in a very timely manner and was told that yes the Doctor has done this procedure in the past and to make an appointment for a consultation. My wife contacted the office on the phone to make sure the Doctor did perform this procedure. Once again my wife was reassured the Doctor did this procedure. On the day of the consultation we drove over 100 miles to the Doctors office. We paid 50.00 for the consultation and began to talk with the Doctor. Not only did we find out that the Doctor had NEVER performed this procedure, but that he would't and that we would have to consult with a general surgeon. My wife and I were not only blatantly lied to but we had to pay for the lies. The Doctor sat there trying to get my wife to have a different procedure one that he would do. The people in that office (Even after being contacted twice by my wife) lied to our faces. Took our money and tried to hard sell us into a different procedure. I would not put my money or trust into any of the people in this office especially the Doctor it's obvious there is no communication between anyone there except for how to lie and scam money.

Dr. Tjelmeland is a very knowledgeable and an incredibly smart Doctor, not to mention engineer, for he was a chemical engineer before going into plastic surgery. My breast augmentation went smoothly and it was such a comfort to know the Doctor was only a phone call away, no secretaries or office to go through for those days right after the surgery. I looked high and low for a good Plastic Surgeon for my breast augmentation and I had finally found him in Dr. Tjelmeland, just looking at the before and after pictures of prior patients (I researched a TON of plastic surgeons all over Texas and Oklahoma), it convinced me to set up an appt and travel 5 hours to see him. After the consult, I knew he was the one for me. My money and time were very, very well worth the final outcome he gave me. I am very happy, satisfied and confident with my new look, which happen about a 1 1/2 yr ago. He has made me regain my confidence. Thank You Doc!!!
