I lost 100lbs and my next step was getting my excess skin removed. I went to several Doctors at home in San Antonio, I looked at their work and wasnt wowed by the results. Soon after doing more research and following Dr.Robert Najera on snap he answered so many questions before I even set the consultation so I was prepared when I came to see him. His work changed my outlook on my body. Im no model but man do I feel amazing in my own skin. The scar has to justify the removal and I had a lot to remove and those thin Micro suturing lines dont bother me one bit. Theyre perfectly well place and the contouring is beyond amazing. Theyre are very few plastic surgeons that genuinely care about their patients and not just the money and these too are the real deal when profit outstanding pt care. They are the most ethical team and take their time on doing things the best and correct way. Theres nothing but AMAZING things I can say about Dr. Robert Najera AKA Dr. Dallas & all his staff. I got a breast augmentation last week 12-12-2019. This surgery is something I dreamt about since I was 14 years old, I am now 23 years old. I researched for MONTHS online to find the perfect doctor for my surgery. I came across Dr. Robert Najera and all his amazing work. I was a small B cup and we went up to a full D cup bra, with 450cc on each breast.His staff since the first day I walked into the clinic were nothing but wonderful & friendly. They made me feel so welcomed & comfortable every time I came in either for my consultation, pre op, surgery day, post op. Jessica Benenate the patient coordinator is seriously so amazing! Her personality is so great it just helps make your journey so much more enjoyable!!Any question I had, I would send her a message via email & she would always respond at her earliest convenience with all my questions answered!Dr. Najera really did such an amazing job on my augmentation! Dr Najera is great!!! I had a tummy tuck in 2017 and I am totally happy with my results. The only thing I am not happy about is that I didn't do it sooner or even find Dr. Najera sooner. I had an allergic reaction after my surgery. Dr. Najera was so attentive and concerned that he gave me his private cell phone number in case I needed to reach him at anytime. Now here I am over 2 years after the surgery, my scar is flat and looks great. My belly button is fantastic!! Thank you Dr. Najera. If I have any plastic surgery done again I will definitely be seeing Dr. Najera.

I thought I had researched a great surgeon but it turns out I was just another number to him. The personality and attentiveness you see on snap chat is just a ploy to get patients. Its not an adequate representation of the care youll receive. I had wanted a breast augmentation for around 10 years and finally had saved up enough to get one. It was not something I took lightly and because I knew I could not afford a revision I spent 6 months researching exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted mod plus for the natural shape. I made sure I was very clear about that and everyone I talked to in the office was aware that I wanted mod plus and I would not be happy with anything else. The only interaction I had with Dr. Nejara before surgery was my pre op which he was literally in the room for a total of four minutes for. He was clearly very rushed. After I left that appointment I realized we hadnt even discussed an implant choice. So I called up there to triple check it was clear I wanted MOD PLUS. So imagine how unhappy I was when I wake up from surgery and am told he made a decision in the OR to put in high profile. I was devastated. I understand a doctor changing things he might thinks look better in the OR if he was aware of preferences of his patient and had discussed them. But we hadnt talked about it at all in the extremely rushed pre op.I also mentioned how uneven they were at my last appointment and got a generic theyre sisters not twins answer. If Im paying almost $10 grand they need to be at least fraternal. Theyre an inch uneven. When I put a construction leveler to right under the nipple the bubble goes all the way to one end. If I could go back in time I wish I would have researched my doctor better.

I had a mommy makeover on 11/30/17. I want to start by saying that from my first visit to the office I knew I was at the right place. The staff is amazing, always greeting you by name when you come in. Ive had minor things done such as a facial to a major mommy makeover surgery and I was always treated the same. Dr Najera is very attentive, he really listens to what you want but I like the fact that he is honest about what you can expect. There are always risk with any surgery, every thing was thoroughly explained. I had no issues and everything was perfect. I was overly prepared and thats all due to the Dr and his amazing staff.I still see Dr Najera for my monthly post op visits since Im only 2 months post surgery. It doesnt just end with the surgery. They really take care of you post op and want you to be happy with your results. My results are amazing, my tummy tuck incision was so low and barely noticeable.
