All I can say is yes! I had been dreaming of a breast reduction since I was 16 years old and finally decided to go for it. (I am now 26) Dr. Mark Schusterman preformed my procedure on June 2019 and the process has been amazing. From the moment I submitted my inquiry online to this day I have received nothing but the best and most attentive care. From Giselle helping me through the initial paperwork and answering all of my questions, to Janet going above and beyond to making me feel comfortable in every visit. Every single person in that office has been amazing and beyond willing to answer all of my questions no matter how repetitive they might be. Not to mention that Dr. Mark Schusterman who has been unbelievably kind and professional, as well as informative. For those wondering, I went from about an E cup to a C/D cup and am not looking back ever again!

This place !!! Dr. Schusterman and his staff are simply amazing! I dont think I could have pick a better physician to do my breast augmentation surgery. I lost 45lbs in 2016 and went from a C cup to a trainers bra . I explained to him that I wanted something natural that would fit my body frame. He suggest a full C, told me the amount of Ccs I needed and I trusted him.... Now my breast are PHENOMENAL!!! The surgery only took 1 hr with a very very small incision. My recovery has been smooth. Its been exactly 4 weeks since my surgery and Im feeling like my old self. The staff has been so helpful answering all my questions and making feel comfortable. You would think there were 15 people in this office because they are so efficient. But there is only the Fab 5 . I just love everything about this close nit, family oriented office. This was one of the best decisions Ive ever made.

I went to Dr. Schusterman for a breast reconstruction, not knowing what to fully expect. The staff and the doctor were always very attentive and sensitive to my needs. They understood why I was scared of the process, because of my previous illness and experience and were always available to answer any of my questions. Knowing he is very busy, Dr. Schusterman would still take the time to schedule me in for an appointment just to answer any questions I had and help calm my nerves. I always felt calm and in very good professional hands. I am now 2 weeks post op from my reconstruction surgery, and I am so happy to see the results. They are seriously more than I expected!! I haven't felt this happy and confident for a while. A great doctor, great staff and amazing results do far!!

Dr schusterman is great. He was able to get me approved and did a great job on my reduction. This was basically pain free procedure. Not sure how because people told me it would hurt. But I was not in major pain at all during recovery. Everyone in the office was super nicer and very professional.

I contacted Giselle December 15, 2019 via email. I was inquiring if my current insurance would approve a breast reduction surgery. She did not contact me back. I dropped by the office a couple of days later and she said that she would let me know if I had to come in again to start the process over. I called again and she said it would take a couple of weeks. I called last week and she said that she was going to call me back that afternoon. She did not! I sent a follow up email on 1/15/2020. She did not respond. I called today and spoke with the receptionist and she immediately told me that they did not except my insurance. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not cool

When I first decided to under go cosmetic surgery I did my research. I looked up many doctors, read reviews and checked for certification. And after a long time of research I decided to go with Dr. Mark. I made an appointment for consultation and told Dr.Mark I wanted a mommy makeover. Dr.Mark and I discussed various options that come with a mommy makeover. After our discussion Janet quickly gave me vitamins to prepare my body for surgery and sent me to the lab for blood work. Giselle worked around my budget and the procedures I wanted. We looked at many options and in the end I stayed with a mommy makeover and set up a date for surgery. The day of surgery Dr. Mark was happy, he drew my incisions with so much class, and respect he made me feel like his patient. His vibe was that of a doctor that cares for his patient and loves what he does. I am so glad I choose Dr. Mark he is awesome and his staff is kind. I love my results! P.S... I never write lenghtly reviews but Dr. Mark and his staff are extraordinary and choosing a Dr. for cosmetic surgery is no joke please choose wisely, if the Dr. does not request blood work that should raise a red flag.
