They have made me pay the copay for the Rhinoplasty at the institute but they never paid the Hospital, so on the day of my surgery , i had to repay the Copay and thought i would settle with institute later. Its been 5 months i am still following up but nobody gets on the phone to explain me or refund my $3775. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I have been a customer of this insitute for about 3 years now and was previously under the care of Dr B. who happened to have left a few months ago. Used to the place and happy with Dr B. care and service, I thought I could just continue with her colleague Dr Yeung. First visit with him and despite me telling that I only need little filler injection in the lips he went ahead and finished one syringe on my top lip only, leaving me with no choice but having to purchase a second syringe for the bottom, which was used at about half - I ended up with a very big lip, unatural looking, very noticeable, for over a month - As I had half a syringe left and their policy is to keep it for up to a year and as i needed botox I made an appointment and went last Friday. 1-They called me to ask me to arrive earlier ; I rushed out of work and when I arrived, 2-I waited over 35min, never seen Yeung but only his secretary that he kept sending asking me to purchase syringes i did not need this time (he did not even dare coming to the room to see what was needed) - 3-As I said that I only needed touch up on my lips to finish the syringe I had and botox, i guess the $$$ was not big enough for him so he sent back his secretary telling me that I will have to purchase a new syringe because he does not want to use the one they already have - no more explanation than this...At that point, I understood his unprofessional intent and left the office. I would have given him a 0 star but apparently this is not an option.

Wow. The coordinator and office staff I engaged with were super nice as was Dr. Burchhardt. Unfortunately, after driving over an hour downtown having initial consultation doing the required scans and determining my surgery requirements, I found out that she is leaving the practice. After that I spent weeks trying to track down someone so that I can get a copy of my records and most importantly the scan to go to a new doctor. It has been an incredible inconvenience to me and my family. Instead of having my surgery during time that I already had paid off I'm having to rearrange work travel, take unpaid leave, and squeeze it in before the end of the year with a new doctor. I repeatedly had to reschedule those visits in anticipation of hopefully getting my scan from this office and finally gave up after they had unexpected travel overseas, (unfortunately due to a family emergency). As someone that has family overseas and has also lived and worked overseas and currently works for an international corporation, I'm completely empathetic to the challenges that can bring, BUT I find it unacceptable that I've been unable to get a copy of my records and scans for several weeks now despite emails and calls asking for them. Again I don't think this has anything to do with the lack of willingness from the office staff that were left behind, but just overall lack of contingency and consideration for the patients.There was additional frustrations during the time when I was trying to actually schedule the surgery. I've never in my life been responsible for reaching out to actual facilities where the surgery is performed or the anesthesiologist, but that seem to be an accepted practice here and made it even more frustrating and complicated. The new doctor I'm going to does all of that for you soIm not sure if that is something unique to this doctors office or something specific to Texas.

I Love Dr. Burchhardt! She is so amazing and really takes time to listen to your needs! I live in League City but I wouldn't go anywhere else for her professional demeanor and truly caring spirit!! She helped me greatly! I highly recommend her no matter how far I live from her office!!! She will definitely put a smile on your face and is very talented in her profession!

Dr Yeung is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable in his field, and very informative. He didn't ever rush my appointments. He always made sure I was fully aware of what he was going to be doing. His staff are very down to earth, and accommodating. I loved my experience! I can already breathe better, and it's only been a month! I am very satisfied with the Rhinoplasty he performed, along with my other medically needed surgeries as well!

Dr. Burchahhardt is amazing! She has performed injectables on myself and the results are outstanding. Her knowledge in the industry is top notch. I have been in the beauty industry for many years, and she has routinely went above and beyond to keep me looking young (er) than I am :)) I highly recommend her!

No matter what you are trying to have done DONT DO IT WITH DR BURCHHARDT, I went for a mole removal, that day she didnt have an assistant but she assure she could handle it by her self, in the middle of the procedure she need something to finish closing the cut but nobody was there to help, so we have to wait to someone shows up! Long story short now I have a hole in my nose for her! She offer to cut back again and do a new stitches! Are you kidding? I will never let you touch me again! And Im warning you dont let her disfigure your face! Im in the process to sue her

It was a pleasure working with Dr. Yeung and Nicole. To start, the office is very nice and welcoming and they are very flexible with appointment options. Nicole was very supportive and great with answering any questions I had. I felt very comfortable with her and found her to be a very calming force for me as someone who can typically let my nerves get the best of me. I had a facial fat transfer performed and am so happy I chose Yeung Institute. Dr. Yeung is extremely experienced and intelligent and is a self-proclaimed perfectionist. This is the type of doctor you can trust your face with. He is very professional and I am so happy with the results. He listens to your requests and is truly a very skilled surgeon. With all the options out there, I feel lucky that I found Yeung Institute to perform my procedure worry-free!

Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced with a doctor. Save your time and money and look for another ENT specialist in Houston. There are many other qualified doctors that will make you feel much better than he made me feel upon visiting his office. He was extremely rude. Anytime I asked a question, he'd look at me and treat me as if I was stupid for asking a question even though I'm the one seeking treatment from him. Not only does he have an inflated ego, but he also doesn't explain his procedure to his patients well. He spent most of his time belittling me and my life goals as a student. Now I understand what an awful doctor looks like.

After a wall molly cut my face open I was afraid that I was going to have bad scaring. With ones face one cannot take chances. So, after calling over 25 plastic surgeons, not only was Dr. Yeung willing to see me immediately, he was also at the top of my list for qualification. He is a fellow and a decorated surgeon. After a double layer suture and 4 months of time to heal, there is almost no scaring. If you are worried about bedside manner, Dr. Yeung is very caring and can even keep you cheerful, cracking jokes and really getting to know you as a patient and as a person. I would highly recommend Dr. Yeung to any one looking for cosmetic or otolaryngic work.

I have had sinus issues for 4 years straight. I never got a full night sleep my nose was always completely clogged. I used Afrin 4 times a day everyday I was miresable. On my first visit he was very informative and helped me with my insurance a lot. He explained to me how bad I was and how I needed surgery. After my surgery. My life changed I can sleep a full night with my mouth closed. There is so much air flow that my nose gets cold some times. I am so happy I went to him, I fully recommend him for anybody with sinus issues. He is a very good smart doctor with a good sense of humor.

Horrible service! I scheduled a visit for my mother who is in bad condition. Dr. Yeung refused to see my mother and sent someone out to tell her he would not help her. This would have been her first time seeing him, the least thing he could do was see her and explain to her himself the reasons why he would not help her.
