This was a wonderful experience. Dr. Yaker and Dr. Haidenbergs staff are so knowledgeable. From the moment of arrival you are put at ease. Such a welcoming and relaxed environment is immediately reassuring. The procedure and recovery were thoroughly covered in the first visit. I felt very confident in Dr. Yaker before the surgery. He knew exactly what I needed and he is a truly a skilled artist! This surgery has not only improved my outer appearance, but has made me feel better about me inside. I will always be grateful for the experience with he and his staff.

Great doctor and staff. Couldnt be more please with current and past procedures. Not only have they done major surgery but also minor procedures. Dr. Yaker has always been able to correct past mistakes easily. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Kristin the on call nurse is top notch. Wouldnt think to go anywhere else.

Dr.Yaker is one of the best doctors that I have seen regarding my condition. From my personal experience, I had gone to several doctors regarding my condition and Dr.Yaker was able to meet my personal wants and develop a treatment plan that was also effective.I'm HAPPY with the result and I can not wait to continue my treatment with him. Doctor did great job explaining. Office manager Jennifer tru to rush me outta there. I have disability and struggled with breathing and she would have cared less. Barely showed me around and said she has another patient waiting. Gave me the price so I tried to see if they can work with me, gave me Mumbai jumbo and I left and called her few hours later and told her how I felt. She never apologized and never admitted. I shared with her that she made me feel as I couldnt afford it, price was around $19500 for couple of things. SHE STATED SHE RATHER NOT HAVE ME AS PATIENT. I couldnt believe that. Then she lied and said doctor will be out of town till Wednesday, I tried to pay to get the ball rolling and even shared with her that I was under lots of pressure but she doesnt have to be rude and lets start over. She apparently lies again and puts me on the list for June 6th surgery, next called me or cared at all. I want to Robert Wilcox In Plano and staff wow wow absolutely amazzzzing. They truly cared, treated and shared my concerns. They didnt not make me feel that they were just after my money like Jennifer made me feel. She is very controlling and rude. Robert Wilcox not only cared, but also had me scheduled for the surgery in 4 days. Very professional entity and guess what the price was 1/2 the cost. If you want an amazing experience call Robert Wilcox office where patients are cared for and you dont have to deal with used car sales ladies.

Im really happy with the rhinoplasty that doctor Nathan did I like how its coming out.The nurse was really nice with me the day of the surgery (5 days ago) I saw some of the doctors outcomes and I liked them.Im still a little swole and I still like how my new nose looks. ThankYou Doctor Nathan

After two separate surgeries for this doctor to attempt to perform an arm lift with liposuction, it's been eight months now and I am very displeased with the work. After being advised by another physician, the mistake was done when this doctor made an incision without fully completing the lipo which removes the bulk of the fat to help in contouring the arm. Would not recommend.

Rude receptionist. Did not care about getting my appointment sooner now having to wait another month. Not very customer service like. She would need to resign. I am sick of people who can not work in customer service and are rude. Please hire someone who cares and has customer service. Makes me sick. I can do a way better job. I love coming to Dr. Yaker's office. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I see Misty Shedd, RN Nurse Injector for my Botox and Juvederm. She is absolutely fantastic and I've had the best results from her! Her technique leaves me little bruising and her eye for beauty as well as what's best for me is second to none. All of my friends and family come here. I'm now also working with Chelsea the Aesthetician to get my skin extra clear and glowing! Highly, Highly recommend coming here. I had a tummy tuck/hernia repair in July of 2012. I am so pleased with the result. It is better than I expected. The staff was professional and kind. Dr. Yaker was caring and very meticulous. I also had a cyst removed that had been removed before by another surgeon that came back. Dr. Yaker not only got the cyst, his scar is way better than the previous surgeon. He also removed a suspicious mole from my daughter. He was so gentle with her. I highly recommend him for any cosmetic procedure that is needed.

Dr. Yaker is incredible. I had my face lift done as a gift to myself for my 65th birthday. My results after having a face, neck and eye lift were beyond my expectations. I was very open in telling friends about the work that I had done. Almost everyone that I know has told me how great I look. I would say it took 15 to 20 years off of me. Many people, who did not know, would just come up to me and tell me that I look good. Dr. Yaker was willing to spend lots of time with me answering my questions before the operation. His staff was all caring and helpful. I had almost not bruising and my recover was amazing. I was out in public in less than two weeks. The most important thing is that I look like myself, but only much younger. And I don't look like I had a facelift. I look refreshed.

I found the staff (excluding Dr. Yaker) to be very rude, cold and uninterested. The lady that handles the financing was not friendly at all. She didn't smile, she was really odd and snooty to be quite honest, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The nurses and receptionist are rude and cold.
