This is the best doctor hands down! My results 8+ weeks out are amazing! He is MAGIC!From the first phone call to sweet Esther I knew I was going to love this place! I was so Impressed with this team at my consultation that I immediately put down my deposit and scheduled my surgery. Unfortunately Covid-19 decided to throw a wrench into my plans, but the office was so sweet! I rescheduled and before I knew it, it was surgery day! Have you met their anesthesiologist? He saw how nervous I was and going in alone, being dropped off at the front door (again, thanks Covid) was scary. He came in and literally walked me to the OR with his arm around my shoulder. Fast forward to waking up, the nurse in recovery was so sweet I felt myself panicking and she stayed with me and was so kind. I dont think youd find a doctor who is more of a perfectionist than this doctor. A lift and breast augmentation was a hard recovery for me and I always felt supported. Thank you Nuvista

Dr Petersen and his crew were wonderful to work with. I was very nervous about surgery, implants, cancer, scars, etc... The doctor helped me get through my fears and helped me pick the right size and procedure. The team taught me everything about pre op and post op, how to care for my new additions and what to expect over the next couple weeks. I had surgery on 11/21 and was back to work on Monday. I had pain but nothing I couldnt manage. I am very thankful for a great experience! Thank you!

I went for a consultation a few months ago and left feeling down , sad and hopeless, was told I needed to loose about 10 + pounds in order for the Dr. to perform a tummy tuck, was basically told that I couldn't have surgery if I didn't loose those pounds and was recommended to try all these shakes, If Im going towards plastic surgery due to my hanging skin is because theres nothing I was able to do to fix that area, not even exercise or any diets. Even though this Dr. seems nice I don't think he has enough experience, he looked nervous when trying to figure out if I had a hernia or if it was that layer of fat behind the muscles (don't recall what is called) or if it was my muscles that were very open and made my stomach bulge out . The Dr. even told me if I had surgery now I wouldn't like my results thats why I needed to loose the weight. Finally had my surgery somewhere else and Im loving the results!! I was never advised to loose 10 pounds, I had a lot of loose skin and my abdominal muscles were VERY open, thats all.

If I could give this place a million stars I would. Im not sure even where to begin. Dr. Petersen is one of the most amazing people I have ever met and his skills as a surgeon are unmatched! He has a heart of gold and a level of patient care that I have never experienced in my life. I had a full mommy makeover (BA, BL, capsule tightened from a previous augmentation, lipo and a TT) and my results are incredible. I am an out of town patient and the staff (shout out to Ester!) are able to answer any questions you have. They are all so loving and caring. The night of my surgery Dr. Petersen even came to my hotel room to monitor and check on me to make sure everything was okay. He cares about EVERYTHING you are going through! (Also my belly button is ). IF YOU ARE ON THE FENCE OR LOOKING FOR A SURGEON GO HERE!!!! You will not regret it! He also does surgical work in other countries for children with cleft pallet and other facial issues again, Ive never met such a kind loving person who just happens to be a phenomenal plastic surgeon as well! Thank you Dr. Petersen and staff for everything, I will be sending all of my friends your way!

I traveled 8 hours to have this doctor do my surgery because he was the absolute best pick out of 7 different surgeons in 3 different states! His procedures are done perfectly. He gives you exactly what you want! He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable! If you need fat grafting done this is your guy. My scars are gorgeous and hardly noticeable. All of his staff is very intelligent and can answer any of your questions. Couldn't have asked for a better doctor with such good results.

Dr. Peterson, his wife, and his team are incredible. At my consultation, Dr. Peterson explained the procedure in detail and took time to answer all of my questions. After meeting him and seeing his before and after pictures, I knew that I could trust him with my breast augmentation. The surgery process was easy, all my questions were answered, and I was consistently treated with kindness. Post-op, I was done with pain medications in 36 hours and felt back to normal in 7 days. My results are already beautiful, and I'm 100% satisfied with my experience at Nuvista. Thank you!

Had some work done here and I have to say, the they have best staff and Dr that we've met in all the valley. And we we're extremely picky, and selective. They made me and my wife feel warm, and welcome, all while staying professional, courteous and professional. We were deciding between Dayne Petersen or York Yates, and the choice was easy. York Yates is way too expensive and overpriced, and dealing with their staff over the phone made me feel cold. With Nuvista, they went above and beyond, and we will likely be coming back in the future for more work.

There's a reason why this place has five stars. I left my post-op appointment today feeling so gleeful and happy and loved! I had the mommy makeover package which is breast lift, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, lipo and muscle repair and I can already tell it's going to change my life. The way that I already feel about myself and my results has me so excited that I can't wait for healed results. First of all, let me tell you that I have research for the past 3 years on the best plastic surgeon money can buy. I was looking into doctors in Miami, doctors in Texas, doctors everywhere and I also looked into every doctor in Utah. I had several consultations and Doctor Peterson was my very last consultation. I knew when I met him that he was everything I was looking for in a doctor. His staff is absolutely beautiful inside and out, his office is beautiful and sterile an immaculate but still so pretty!. They knew who I was every time I called and everybody in the office knew my situation so I didn't have to keep explaining myself when I had questions. Dr. Peterson went above and beyond with my surgery, he did not nickel-and-dime me to death and he threw an extras that he didn't have to, just so I could have the best results possible. Their surgery room is beautiful, with huge Windows overlooking the valley, they're anesthesiologist is awesome! He was so easy to love. He was so easy to connect with and feel close to. Every nurse I met was awesome, but my favorite was Britt, she was with me since the first consultation and she is a phenomenal person. They spared no expenses and did way more than what I feel I paid for, and my pricing through him was still the best in Utah! They also do a procedure on someone very close to me, and he has all the same feelings about them that i do. Not one microscopic complaint. They have been perfect. My scar shape, my breast, my stomach, all perfect.Update: please please post more before and after so when i talk about your work i can pull up lots of pics on your Instagram!!

I am not from Salt Lake but was recommended to Dr. Petersen by 2 of my friends. I am so happy I made the choice to go with this doctor. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my breasts! I felt comfortable the moment I walked in when Jasmine greeted me, and during my pre-op with Ali who helped me w/ medical history, choose a size I liked, etc, and with Dr. Petersen himself. He was very kind and made me feel super comfortable. Before the procedure, the anesthetist greeted me and made sure I felt right at home and was mentally prepared for surgery. I spent about a year going to different surgeons for consults for SmartLipo/LaserLipo of my jawline, chin and neck. I ended up choosing the FaceTite/NeckTite procedure with Dr Petersen and could not be happier with the entire process. It has only been five days and I am already thrilled with the results and can't wait to see it improve after the swelling subsides, it already looks fantastic. I had the surgery in the office under light sedation and it was painless, easy and took about 2 hours as estimated. I have had minimal swelling and bruising and have not needed any pain medication. Dr Petersen is a gifted surgeon and has excellent attention to detail. Unlike other offices, the staff at NuVista was patient, willing to answer all my questions, and never once pressured me into jumping into the procedure. They all seemed to genuinely care about my results and experience. I would highly recommend Dr Petersen and NuVista to anyone looking for a wonderful surgeon and great results.

Where do I start! I have to say that I had an incredible experience from the very first phone call to NuVista. They were the only surgeons office out of 15 that I called to actually take the time to communicate every detail and answer every question I had before I was even a patient. Arriving from out of town they made sure every little detail was ready for me including a great deal with a hotel that was 5 minutes away. I walked in to my pre op appointment already feeling like the girls were my friends! They were All so sweet. The girls are all so friendly, beautiful and so knowledgeable. They each had a calming and sincereness about them! They really went above and beyond to make me and my family feel comfortable and at home. They helped me make the right decisions on exactly what I wanted and needed!Dr. Petersen was extremely professional and had a very calm and soft bedside manner that makes you feel at ease. I went to Dr. Petersen for a rhinoplasty. I was very very apprehensive about having surgery let alone surgery on my face. I didn't want to look like a different person but I always was very insecure about my nose. Dumb boys had made fun of my nose throughout my growing up years which led me to some major personal insecurities. I went to Dr. Petersen because I had heard he had some specialization in pediatric facial deformities. I figured if he did well with tiny faces, the details of my large nose would be carefully sculpted. Let me tell you, they were. He was so great! And when it came to explaining what he was going to do, he took time with me. He even drew sketches. I was so comfortable knowing what was going to happen to me.I am so incredibly happy with my new nose. I am 6 weeks post surgery and I am so so happy. I wish I had done it sooner. Thanks Dr. Petersen and all the wonderful staff, you helped me so much. I highly recommend NuVista and Dr. Petersen. I live in Orem and it was worth the drive.

I had some sagging skin on my tummy and lumpy saddle bags on my legs.I loved his care for my privacy and concern for my health i had a realistic view of the outcome of the procedures i needed. i was really trying to lose weight on my own,but nothing would get rid of the unwanted lumps of fat and skin from having four children.I am very satisfied with the outcome and the cost was deffinately better then any other Dr quote i had recieved in the area.I highly recommend Dr Dayne. for tummy tuck and body countouring needs. thankyou
