Dr. Albino is a fantastic surgeon and a wonderful human! Working with him was seamless. He is clinically grounded and took the time to talk through a surgery plan that fit my anatomy and my goals! I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. French 6 weeks ago and I am 100% happy with my experience. The sizing is just what I wanted and my recovery and post op care was amazing. Dr. French is very skilled and knowledgeable in what he does and it shows! Every detail of the procedure was explained to me thoroughly, he answered all my questions (I had written a long list in my phone notes!), and helped me pick the best size for my height and body type. His patient coordinator Sherrie was very helpful in picking the best date and time that worked with my schedule as well as giving me helpful tips for post op recovery. Patsy, Stephanie, and Dr. Cantwell from the OR staff were also AMAZING getting me prepped and ready the morning of surgery and helping to calm my jitters about going under anesthesia. The procedure was quick and went smoothly and I went home with no pain. The nurses were on call throughout the weekend to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Dr. French and CPS to anyone considering cosmetic surgery!!

I am soooo happy my friend recommended me to Center for Plastic Surgery. While I was researching their work I came across these amazing skin transformation photos by Marily, who really should be called Marily, The Magician! The way she can transform any face is amazing. I will admit I was hesitant at first because I have been to several places in the area to address my acne and hyperpigmentation but I have never had any luck. When I went to my consultation the one thing that really stuck out to me was how confident Marily was about helping correct my skin issues. She was so enthusiastic and said we are going to clear your skin right up and I told her I dont know, its going to be a challenge. Her response was I love a challenge! I knew right then I had to give her regimen a try. I started following her regimen in the mid November and by mid January my acne and hyperpigmentation, which I have had for well over 20 years, had cleared up! If you have been struggling with any skin problems I would highly recommend Marily. Besides her extensive knowledge of skin care, she really cares about your progress and will not make you feel like just another patient. I will NEVER go to anyone else for skin care after being transformed by Marily.

From a worried father who was simply trying to help his 6 YO daughter with a cut she received on her face... As any good parent would do, I tried reaching out to a highly rated plastic surgeon to give my child the treatment she deserves... This is what I received (zero emotional intelligence nor call to care):I tried for three days to contact this practice. On the first day I left two messages with the receptionists early in the morning, in which I was told the Patient Relations and Surgical Coordinator would call me back. After receiving no phone call of any type, I went through their website to make contact again. I finally received an email from the Relations/Coordinator who said she cannot call my DC Verizon Wireless cell phone. I asked via email which number she called, answer- nothing, nada, no reply. BTW- I called her office two more times...I sent another note through the website (to document) to a wider audience, and once again no phone call. I gave the Relations/Coordinator my office number, a completely different line as a backup. I called again on the third day, left a VM, no call back. Finally, I was able to reach the intended person and she was arrogant. Statements like I tried both numbers and could not get through, I dont have these problems with anyone else.... I replied, how are you going to reach me then? Her reply I will talk to my employee and see what we can do, but once again,,, I dont have these problems with anyone else. I surmise that the Relations/Coordinator simply didnt have the time (initially) for me. That she made excuses as to why she couldnt do her job better and ultimately followed that storyline and lack of accountability through till the end. She talked down to me as if I was the only problem, never thought to actually stop her line of comments about no problems with anyone else. I guess if I had been seeking an expensive facelift or augmentation I would have been top on the list. The right verbal answer from this zero emotional intelligence officer of the practice should have been, I am so sorry this happening, we will work through it...Not the case.

Since Im in the beauty/makeup and pageant industry I always have to ensure what I do to my face is high quality by the best. I received Botox and Lip Fillers from Dr. Samir Rao. It enhanced my features without looking fake. Dr. Rao is very careful, methodical, and he takes his time. He studies your face in detail and gives you the best look specifically for you. Not a rushed job nor a template. His work is high quality with excellent service and bedside manners. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rao!

Their approach makes the office visits very pleasant. For me they collectively created an environment where I felt cared for and I believe this aided my quick recovery and healing. Dr. Price is very knowledgeable but i would not recommended anyone if your looking for a second opinion. I have called multiple times to ask why i have received a bill for a serviced that was suppose to be complimentary as its stated on their website and also stated by there front desk staff. I was there for least the 30 minute due to his assistance not being there to informed me the next step to the procedure. I went to a different office to get a second opinion and i was not charge.

They were so supportive and helped me pick out the right size implants and now I couldn't be more pleased with my results. 100% happy!!! Having a friend who had surgery with Doctor Price, and seeing how wonderful she looked, I knew that was who I was going to 'celebrate' my 70th Birthday. It helped that when I asked my dermatologist and my regular doctor that his name was on the top of their lists.I am delighted, my fear was looking like Joan Rivers, but in fact, I look just like me only rested and rejuvenated. Dr. Price seemed to understand just what I hoped to accomplish. I can wear eye makeup again and have it look good, and thanks to him, and his suggestion to have a chemical peel, my skin looks better than it ever has. My hairdresser commented on how perfect the stitches were--so now she'll be recommending Dr. Price too.

Dr. Rao is beyond Amazing and I would recommend him to anyone. I am a runner and had issues with chafing on my inner thighs. I also had a small pooch that seemed to stay there even at my lowest weight. Dr. Rao, recommended liposuction and it has changed everything. Following a very successful 'neck lift' at the skilled hands of Dr. French in 2009, I remain thrilled with the results of the surgery. My follow-up injectable treatments with Kathy have helped to maintain the initial fabulous outcome. The latest treatment included her use of a new product, Voluma, to correct under eye bags that were not amenable to surgical resolution. Because Ive suffered from acne all my life (Im now in my 60s), I developed acne scarring on my cheeks. I went to see Marily Salls at the Center for Plastic Surgery in Annandale, VA. She listened carefully to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan. In preparation to having a couple chemical peels, she recommended that I first prepare my skin with good skin products. After 6 weeks of using the products, I had a superficial chemical peel. It was mostly painless, with only a slight stinging sensation. My skin was red for a day or two, and there was some mild flaking, but overall recovery was very quick. Marily followed this with microdermabrasion of the skin a week later. This procedure was totally painless. My skin was somewhat pink immediately afterwards, but fully recovered within 24 hours. You could still see the scarring, but my skin looked markedly better.I continued using the products at home and a month later went back for a medium chemical peel. This procedure was a little painful, but Marily brought in a fan to help diminish the burning sensation. The medium peel takes a little longer than the superficial peel, but not a lot. This procedure was also followed with microdermabrasion a week later. I can honestly say that the medium peel was totally worth it. The results are more dramatic, and the acne scars have markedly decreased. I have had no breakouts since I started treating my skin with Marily. She has managed to make my skin look healthier by improving its texture.Marily is very professional, with many years of experience doing these procedures. Shes patient, sweet, and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone having concerns about his/her skin. She has done miracles with my skin.

Dr. Rao's skill as a plastic surgeon is matched only by his compassion and warmth as a doctor. The medial thigh lift he preformed on me could not have turned out any better. Although I am still in the recovery stage six weeks out from the procedure, the difference could be seen almost immediately.When I came for my first consultation with Dr. Rao he immediately put me at ease. He very confidently as he explained how he would help me. He knew the latest techniques, ensuring the best outcome for me. I was not your typical patient for a thigh lift, usually due to major weight loss, my thigh lift was to remove scarred skin. I remember seeing him in the surgery room, sensing I was feeling anxious, gently patting my arm, he said in a reassuring voice, 'don't worry, everything will be fine, I will take good care of you.' Next thing I knew I was waking up in recovery, and everything WAS fine, in fact, the surgery had gone beautifully.Although Dr. Rao had cautioned me about wound separation during the recovery process, I healed with no problems, a testament to his exceptional skill as a surgeon!I highly recommend Dr. Rao to anyone looking for a skilled surgeon who also happens to be a wonderful person! When he smiles, his entire face lights up, his kindness can't help but shine through.Dr. Rao not only healed my physical scars, but some emotional ones too.
