I am a new patient to Dr. Bitar, I did Breast Augmentation and was so nervous. But from the initial consultation, he made me feel comfortable, at ease, informed of ALL my possible options and what he recommends and I didn't feel pressured. Going into surgery I felt prepared and content with my decision although nervous about the outcome, however, I am 1 week Post Op and couldn't be happier with the job Dr. Bitar did. I am already getting compliments from family/friends on the job he did and the techniques he uses minimizes pain/bruising and recovery time. You are in GREAT hands with Dr. Bitar and I plan myself to go back for other cosmetic procedures in the future! Highly recommend!

I'm surprised on how many people have given this Doctor five stars. He does not do a good job and over charges. I had my surgery with him and truly regret it! If only i could go back in time. I got lipo and fat transfer with him. The fat he transfer became hard lumps and where he lipo is lumpy and uneven. He charged around $13k and they told me i was getting military discount. That was not true because another person told me she got the same rated but found another doctor at a better price who gave her a great look. I have been to other surgeons to fix what he had done. PLEASE BE AWARE! i was botched by Dr. Bitar and i wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing i did. Do your research and go to multiple doctors and run away from this one.

I had the Model Lift done exclusively by Dr. Bitar. I am 54+ and people now say they cant believe I have a 32 yr old daughter! I know friends who have had plastic surgery procedures who had to undergo surgery and take medications , schedule downtime and or miss work. I had NO down time, no surgery, AND no medications without missing any work!!This procedure is exclusive at Bitar Institute and am SO happy with the AMAZING BEFORE AND AFTER RESULTS!! I have been a patient of Dr. Bitar, since 2004. After getting into fitness I lost 2 cup sizes of breast tissue,Dr. Bitar did my breast argumentation. I stressed that I wanted my chest to look natural and he did a fabulous job meeting my wishes. I have since had my eyelids lifted, fillers, Botox and after a terrible accident left me with a really nasty scar Dr. Bitar was able to revise it. I have recommended numerous friends to him who have I had work done as well as my mom. Did I mention I live in San Diego and I fly back to Virginia specifically to see him. If I could give less than one star I would. After hearing raves about Dr Bitar, I decided to get my brow lift done by him and it is been a nightmare ever since. He ruined my face. My forehead was so swollen that I looked like an alien. When I went for follow up, the nurse (Pat) looked at me and her jaw dropped. That was when I knew something wasn't right. Dr. Bitar was on vacation so Pat took some pictures of my eyebrow and emailed them to him. After few weeks I was still swollen and also unable to raise my eyebrow. When I called his office, they told me to come back and have him see me. He told me that everything is going according to the plan and I should follow up with him in few weeks. My face was so swollen even after 1 year that, I couldn't even attend my son's graduation. I had to hide myself from everyone. Dr. Bitar made me take other test to assess the extent of the damage. I ended up going to him for year and a half for follow ups and each visit he said to wait, the nerve will regenerate 'You will look ok again'. When I told him these procedure seems to be a nightmare ever since he touched my face, he reached out to me and promised to take care of me. After one and half year of follow ups, since I still wasn't able to raise my eyebrow, he started giving up hope and told me start praying so the nerve will come back (Yes, he disfigured my face). He then sent me to another plastic surgeon for a second opinion. Now three years after my original surgery , I have gone thru five reconstructive surgery to make eyebrow semi normal looking again . Even to this date , I can't raise my eyebrow. When I asked for some reimbursement, I received nothing but a cold shoulder. Beware of this money hungry, reckless, harmful, unskilled person that unfortunately has a license!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!

I had 2 procedures with Dr. Bitar. My first procedure was done 13 years ago and I loved the result. I had a rhinoplasty and my nose looks very natural and not overdone. Dr. Bitar pays attention to detail and does what is best for the patient. I was so pleased with him as a doctor that I went back to him for another procedure in 2018. I have known Dr Bitar since 2003! He is an excellent surgeon and is always just a call away or an email away for me when I need his ear on anything. I live out of state now (my husband is active military) and visit when I can when I am in town. He always keeps up on my husbands travels and deployments. The Bitar Institute! Where do I start? I dont know if words can do my experience justice, but here goes...I reside in Charlotte, NC. I started researching Dr. Bitar about a year ago. I found him on Instagram, and I was impressed by the natural results of his work. After watching and researching Dr. Bitar for a year, I built up the confidence to tell my cousin that I was considering going to Dr. Bitar to do something about my lips. Shes not a fan of procedures, but shes my biggest supporter. She asked for his information to research him herself, before deciding to support my decision. She was so impressed that she gave me her blessings and even recommended him to friends. Its finally time for me to take action! I have been self conscious about my top lip for some time for various reasons, I didnt feel that it was doing me justice and it often looked crooked in pictures : (. I contacted Dr. Bitars office to finally schedule a consultation. I was greeted by professional, warm, knowledgeable staff. His staff made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision to choose him. Time to go! On 11/9 my cousin and I started our 7hr journey from Charlotte. I drove through an awful rainstorm from Raleigh through Fairfax and dealt with awful traffic from Tysons Corner to Fairfax, before reaching my hotel room, but it was worth it! Todays the big day! Wake up cuz, its show time : ). Its 11/10 the day of my consultation and procedure, and I was so nervous and excited I couldnt sleep. I arrived at Dr. Bitars office a little early, and I was absolutely in awe. His Fairfax office is so modern and absolutely beautiful. His receptionist was so warm and welcoming. We were greeted warmly and offered a variety of beverages and snacks while waiting.This is it, the moment Ive been waiting for! Dr. Bitar walks in to my room for my consultation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest! I had a list of things I was interested in, and we went through them individually. The most impressive part about this is, a lot of Drs would have done the things I mentioned, but he was honest enough to show and tell me why I didnt need those things. His honesty was refreshing, because a few Drs have charged me good $ for those things that I didnt need before. At this point Dr. Bitar gained my cousin and I s trust and confidence. So on to the lips... I told him my areas of concern and the look that I wanted. My biggest concern was I wanted to have natural looking lips, Im not a fan of the overdone look. He talked me through his approach and I made my decision to do it!The results... Were amazing. Its amazing how something so small can change your life. The correction of my lips increased my confidence significantly and it improved my profile tremendously. I have been getting so many compliments from men and women on my new lips. People think I was born with them!Conclusion- I am exceptionally pleased with my results and my decision to go with Dr. Bitar. I am very experienced with cosmetic procedures. I have been getting cosmetic procedures since 2001, and Dr. Bitar has been my #1 experience. I waited a few weeks before writing this review, because I wanted to see how my lips would settle, before sharing my true experience and healed results. Ladies, if you want natural results, honesty, and award winning service, I highly recommend Dr. Bitar and his awesome staff! I will definitely be back for more : )

July 17, 2017 I recently had an outpatient procedure done by Dr. George Bitar - and so far all is well. I've known Dr. Bitar for a number of years and can say he is an excellent and caring physician. He and his staff put the welfare of the patient first and foremost. His approach is to do what will result in the best outcome for the patient - no matter what effort he and his staff must take - and no more. Under Eye Filler.... I had an under eye filler from him. Now I have a prominent bulge coming from my right eye. He acts like a pro, doing things very quickly. Don't trust it. Ive been to several Dr. to repair it, but it seems the fluid he injected is hard to remove from that area.

Went here met w/ Rona very nice staff and pleasant clean office. Always parking . Problem was my one IPL laser treatment for rosacea/ brown spots for 500 $ made no difference at all. I had this treatment 2x before ( about 250 per treatment at other places in Ohio where I used to live) and the results were about 30% improved so I know exactly what I'm talking about. Their treatment which she painfully sprayed me 5x over my face in one treatment did nothing! I came for a follow up hoping they can reimburse me even a little for my dissatisfaction and no can do. If you simply want results go to any other place!!
