I recently had the Femme 360 Procedure done by Brandy. First off, Brandy was EXCELLENT! I was somewhat nervous as it is an 'awkward' procedure but Brandy made me very comfortable and helped me relaxed. The procedure she provided felt like a warm stone massage so it was easy. The procedure worked wonders for me. I had some issues and they were completely gone that next day. It was rather life changing for me as I was always looking for the closest bathroom and always had to prepare accordingly for concerts and other venues. Now I can just enjoy my adventures without worry. Again, I can't say enough about Brandy. I definitely recommend getting this procedure. It can be life changing and worth it. And definitely have Brandy do it. I will be going back and having a second one soon and I can't wait!

Dr. Bitar is the bomb.com! He did my lips and non-sx chin aug. and WOW! The results are amazing, he helped to balance out my facial features to create a very natural and appealing harmony. After my treatment, friends and family said that I looked different but they couldn't pinpoint what it was. This is because Dr. Bitar is very articulate with his work and he enhances your beauty without completely changing your appearance. The staff is also great and super friendly!

This year was the first time Id ever gotten fillers and all I have to say is WOW. After doing months of research on where to go, who to see etc., and talking to multiple people I know whove gotten cosmetic work done, Dr. George Bitar came out on top with stellar reviews and I am so so happy I decided to go to him. Its been about two months since I got fillers, and I am so in love with the results. My confidence has skyrocketed and I feel and look so much better. As for the process, it was so seamless! Both locations were very clean and beautiful, and every staff member was so kind and welcoming. I was nervous but Dr. Bitar and his team did such a good job and calming all my nerves. Not only that, but they were all so easy and fun to talk to :) both Dr. Bitar and his team answered every question and concern I had and made me feel very confident that I was in safe, professional and experienced hands. I have seen Dr. Bitar and Dr. Lickstein on a couple of occasions for injections. The staff went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible and listened to all of my concerns. Literally, theee worst experience of my cosmetic life. Dr. Bitar does not take his time. His approach seems to be one size fits all. I don't mean to be rude, but his staff appear to be to overdone as well. I spent thousands with this doctor and will have to spend more to undo things. His after pics are photo shopped to boot. I would definitely not recommend this specific doctor, I can't speak on the others. Highly Highly Highly disappointed. What a waste of time and money. He has no aesthetic eye and after reading another review, I agree...run and don't look back. I have no idea why this place has good reviews.

On December 20, 2019, I had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Bitar and only 3 weeks after the surgery, although my nose was still in the very early stages of the healing process, it looked absolutely normal to me--no bruises, no redness/discoloration, no visible scars (only a tiny one tucked under the nose) and no visible swelling (only Dr. Bitar can tell). Today, a little over 6 weeks after surgery, the result is just amazing, and I finally have an attractive nose that is complementary to my face. I felt no pain during or after surgery and only took one painkiller a week after surgery for the removal of the external splint placed on the nasal bridge, which was done at the Institute. Dr. Bitar and his excellent staff monitor your progress for a period of one year following surgery, and they are always at your disposal should you have any questions or concerns.I have been a patient of Dr. Bitar for the past 3 years (fillers and upper & lower eyelid lift), and I have seen the amazing results in erasing years off my face.As a bonus, Dr. Bitar is also a very nice guy with a great sense of humor.

But from the initial consultation, he made me feel comfortable, at ease, informed of ALL my possible options and what he recommends and I didn't feel pressured. I wanted to wait a couple of months to give my body a chance to heal before writing a review. I absolutely LOVE my results. The only regret I have is not getting in there sooner. I feel great in my clothes, my confidence is back. I am wearing clothes that I wouldnt dare put on....yep Im doing it! I had my breasts reduced (love it), a little bit of lipo and fat grafting and whallah! Whew...although the recovery was a bear, it was worth every penny. Real experience & results: I had lipo and fat transfer with doctor Bitar. the results are awful! the transfer fat became big lumps and i asked the doctor why i ended up with those lumps which felt like balls inside my skin. He kept making excuses of what it could possibly be but never treated it. Now the lipo looks like i have huge cellulites! i seriously don't know which is worse. I have gone to another doctor to fix what Dr Bitar did to me. It has gotten really expensive to do this and trust me run away from this institution! If i could go back in time i would and never have done my surgery here, i seriously regret it. Do your research and run from this doctor!!!!!!

Dr. Bitar and his team are great! For starters Dr. Bitar is very talented and knows how to talk to people. This is one my first surgery EVER and I got 3 procedures done at once... so needless to say I had alot of anxiety and questions. He and is team took time to explain everything, answer many emails and phone calla up until surgery. I have had abdominoplasty and liposuction done a couple of years ago and most recently I had breast implant removal and replacement with a breast lift. I feel fabulous!! I had Doctor Bitar perform both procedures and I was thrilled with the results. He is a precision artist and knows what he is doing. The consultation for both procedures was extremely informative. What is nice is Dr. Bitar will provide you a variety of options depending what you are wanting to get done and factoring in cost, down time, etc. His staff is phenomenal and welcome me every time I come in for an appointment. I currently get monthly facials from Zineb and she knows her stuff. She is beautiful inside and out and is a Licensed Medical Esthetician. Every month when I see her I go home learning a little more about skin care. It is clear she is passionate in her work. In my opinion Dr. Bitar is the best in the business.

I had rhinoplasty almost exactly a year ago by Dr.Bitar, and I couldnt be happier with the results! I am in love with the appearance of it, and my ability to not only breath well, but breath better then before. I highly recommend anyone to come to this office and to see him for this procedure.He had also done for me not long after rhinoplasty was a no-surgical lip augmentation, which I was beyond pleased with as well. I wanted a natural, but fuller look to my lips and he did just that. He didnt push me to get more then I wanted, I had requested only one syringe which is a small amount, but he did as I requested with giving me his knowledge about how they would look with my options, and what would be best for me and my body as well, and I was so happy with my lips as well. I came in to the Bitar Institute not even sure what I wanted done; I was contemplating a chin implant and a rhinoplasty, but - having had no previous experience with any plastic surgery, - I was extremely concerned that the results could be worse than the original, which wasn't bad, but I just wanted to make my facial features even better. Upon visiting the Fairfax office for the initial consultation, and speaking with Dr. Bitar and his staff, my confidence grew. The personality of Dr. Bitar, his no-nonsense approach, and very clear communication is what won me over. Him and his team make sure you know all your options - in a very organized, friendly manner, and then leave you to make a decision on your own, without pushing/pressuring towards anything. In addition to that, the facility at Fairfax office is definitely the place you'd want to come back to: modern, comfortable, and clean. Having had that first great impression, and after spending couple weeks thinking on it, I decided to trust Dr. Bitar with my face completely, as I felt like we are on the same page about what I wanted. Namely, it was to gain more self-confidence by improving my nose and chin in a way, that it would still be ME at the end, but with more balanced features. I had no intention to change my looks completely nor to have a 'perfect' face. My biggest concern was ending up with an unnatural 'pinched' and short nose - but those concerns would go away when I was looking at the before/after photos of Dr. Bitar's previous work. The pre-surgery preps and the surgery itself went very smoothly. No anti-anxiety meds before the surgery necessary; and when there, it was just like another meeting and a nice chat with Dr. Bitar, but at the hospital. Then I enjoyed a long sleep - the best part! :) Post-procedure recovery was surprisingly much less painful than I had expected! The night following the surgery, it was exactly like having a bad flu, but the next day - when coming for the first post-op office visit, I was better; groggy on the painkiller and puffy-faced, but walking/talking just fine on my own. In only 2 days, I was able to stop all the pain meds completely. The face puffiness and bruising went away by the time of a 1-week follow up visit, during which the splint from the nose gets taken out. That's also when your nose stops dripping fluids - but still is stuffy and somewhat swollen, as is the chin around the implant. But even then, you could already tell - the improvements are there!!! The 1st week post-op you're supposed to take it easy and just rest - I unfortunately was not strictly following the rules and did a lot of house/yard work, as I felt just fine. Perhaps, that made my recovery longer than expected. But after 2 weeks Dr. Bitar removed all the sutures, and I was back at work full-speed and in 2.5 weeks was completely back to normal, in terms of overall well-being, and was able to engage in my favourite sports that does not require much physical effort. I would still not go in for strenuous activities, such as weight-lifting, at this time, though. Right now I am at 3 weeks post-op. The nose is still a little swollen around the nostrils, esp. on the inside, but the airways almost completely cleared. Some sensitivity in the nose bridge area, some tightness around the chin implant area, and the skin around the tip has not gained all sensation back. But I do feel gradual improvement every day. In terms of the shape of my nose/chin right now- I like it a lot and am much happier with how I look now - would never ever go back to the original!! Overall it was a positive experience with good results, well worth the money, effort, and discomfort. In no way I regret having this plastic surgery done at The Bitar Institute. Thank you, Dr. Bitar!!!

I went through a combination procedure of abdominoplasty and liposuction after having lost over 160 pounds from Gastric Sleeve surgery. My Gastric surgeon recommended Dr. Bitar and the Bitar Institute. Dr. Bitar and his entire staff treated me like I was family and cared about every step of the process. They answered all of my questions and concerns and even answered questions for my friends who were taking care of me during the post-surgical recovery. I had zero issues and didnt even have to take any pain medications afterwards. I was cleared to return to normal workday activities after 3 weeks and was back in the gym within a month after that. The scar is almost unseen as they placed it perfectly at the transition point between my abdomen and pelvis. Once the swelling and numbness subside completely I will be on track to having a flat stomach and healthy waistline which I havent seen/had in almost 30 years. I highly recommend Dr. Bitar and the Bitar Institute for any and all cosmetic surgery you are considering.

I went to this horrible place 3 years ago for filling under my eyes. Bitar did the work for me and he said it will take me 2 weeks to look normal now it has been 3 years and my right eye is still look swallowing. I went to a doctor near to my house he told me that the Material they used for filling under my eyes cost me a bad Infection and it is not gonna let my eye get back to normal after I treat the infection. Now I am going to sue Bitar for that horrible situation and I already talked to the lawyer. Btw all the good reviews about him are from people working there and some of Bitar's friends. Please people do ever go there or you will regret it. I wish I could give him no stars but google didn't allow me.

I saw Crystal Morrow in Fairfax for Ultherapy. When we were discussing the procedure she was very informative and not at all pushy. The day of the procedure I was super nervous but she calmly went over everything again with me and helped settle my fears. The procedure itself was a tiny bit painful. The meds given to me beforehand were very helpful. She also talked to me and kept asking if I was Ok. If a particular spot was painful, she would count down how many more times she would need to go over it, so I knew when there was a stopping point. My face was swollen after the procedure. Which I was told about before. The next few days my face continued to be swollen, kinda looked like a chipmunk. I did have slight bruising around my jawline and that lasted about 3 days. However, I was also told that could happen. Overall, I would highly recommend Ultherapy and Crystal to perform it. Its been a little over two weeks and I already see some improvement. Id definitely do this again.
