Dr O'Malley took good care of me and thoroughly explained my issues as well as all possible solutions. I ended up going with the surgical option and he excellently handled explaining the procedure pre op as well as taking good care during the surgery. He resolved all my issues and the recovery time was minimal. Overall an excellent dr that i would recommend.

I cannot express in words my gratitude for finding Dr.Massey, and having him treat and save my child's life. He is an expert at what he does, and treats his patients with respect and care. I am grateful to have found a doctor who treats his patients with comfort and true expertise. I have been to so many Doctors that treat you like a number and order unnecessary tests. He has restored my faith that a select few REAL Doctors still exist on this planet that know what they are doing. He is truly a genius when it comes to medicine; his wonderful and pleasant personality is just the icing on the cake!

Absolutely, by far, the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in the medical field - and that includes my care as a vet through the Veteran Association. I was told my services were covered 100%. 6 Weeks later I get hit with a bill. A coworker who received the same services got a refund - I'm still getting bills after six months!! At this point paying the bill is a small price to never have to deal with the unprofessional dealings of this practice. It's unfortunate, because the physicians are quite good. Sadly, their staff is of such poor quality that I won't darken their door, nor will my family, neither will my significant extended family in this area. My coworkers and the entire department have been warned to seek care elsewhere. I'll be sure to warn others from different departments around the hospital to avoid this place. Don't get ripped off by a staff who can't read insurance coverage. Don't get ripped off by a staff who says they will contact you, but then just keep sending bills. Don't get ripped off by staff who will talk down to you and then hang up when you won't compliantly give them money. Don't. Get. Ripped.off by this place. There are better run clinics to serve your needs.

Cancer is scary. You want to have it taken care of as soon as possible. I couldn't have been more fortunate than to have been assigned the 'first available'--Dr. Bakos. He quickly scheduled surgery,designed a plan of treatment and personally followed up every step of the way. As side issues arose he has quickly and professionally responded.

My appointment was at 1:15 and the check-in nurse called me back around 2:00 p.m. I didn't see the doctor until 2:45 p.m. I arrived 30 minutes early, as instructed, and the waiting room had one other person in it. I was left alone in the exam room for so long I thought they had forgotten I was there! Can't say too much about Dr. Franz at this point as this was the first time that I saw him. He looked at my throat and nose very thoroughly and told me what he saw, prescribed some meds, and I am to return in a month for a follow-up. I do know that if I have to wait that long to see the doctor again, I will be looking for a different practice.

Dr. Franz is a kind and attentive doctor. But, oh boy, the waiting is so long that one just feels like leaving. If it is a management issue/problem to keep patients waiting beyond what is reasonable ( 45 minutes I waited and went in after I raised some dust) then fix it. If it is Dr. Franzs policy, then fix it. Another lady waiting for allergy injections, quietly approached me and said she waited an hour and a half for Dr. Franz the last time.Got it? Distressing!After this review, I went back for a follow up visit! The same horrible situation! Nothing has changed! The management doesnt care. Wait, wait, wait! What for? Frankly, not worth it! Beyond being kind&attentive, Dr. Franz does not strike me as cant-do-without kind of an ENT professional either! So, I left without seeing him.

My thyroidectomy was more complicated than pre-op diagnostics revealed, but Dr. Dash performed the procedure with great precision and with great success. Ladies will be interested to know that as a plastic surgeon post-op scaring is minimized. I received a bill for $5 on 11/19/2019 from this office for a visit in March 2017 (over 2 1/2 years ago). Staff told me they updated their software and it identified this $5 as being owed to them. I had this experience with another doctors office in Richmond a few years ago. Nothing more than a blatant attempt by a desperate business to generate revenue by an incompetent staff. Billing practices and customer service are horrible. I requested my medical records and will never visit Ear Nose & Throat of Fredericksburg again.

Im not one to write reviews online, but I felt this should not go unnoticed. I went to my 1st appointment, the nurses & doctor were great. He referred me for allergy testing. I called & made my appointment. I also let them know my insurance would he changing as of the 1st & they told me to call as soon as I got the info. I then called to update it 2 weeks before my appointment. 2 days before my appointment I received 2 voicemails from a nurse (about 5 minutes apart) stating she was returning my call, I had not called them so I didnt think anything of it. The day before my appointment the same nurse left me another voicemail, this time extremely rude saying if I were to not call back with my insurance information within the next hour she would have to cancel my appointment & charge me $50 for a less than 24hr cancellation notice. I called her back about 20 minutes later, and somehow they figured my insurance information out that i had already provided so i didnt even need to call back at this point. I came in the next day and had to exam with the same nurse. The exam was horrible, I felt as if I was being yelled at for not doing a breathing test correctly, & every answer wasnt good enough. I had just started getting my asthma under control by my PCP, & this nurse told me it was uncontrolled based on my answer but she shouldnt be the one to determine this as I also discussed this issue with my PCP. She then rubbed the cortisone lotion on my arms where I had the allergy testing done & rubbed it all over my clothing too. She told me everything I was allergic too, but I never once saw a physician this day and i had expected to as they gave a full packet of information on this testing. The front desk & physicians are great, as I cannot speak for all the other nurses there. I dont want my situation to go unnoticed as im now forced to go north for my ENT needs.
