Wow! I do not know where to begin! Let me just start with my consultation!Dr. Palmer and his wonderful team made me feel so comfortable! Everyone was super friendly, professional but also very personable! The care they provided was geared to my personal needs! The team answered all of my questions and concerns! The day of my surgery, the nurse made me laugh. I went into the surgery reassured that I was in the best of care!Dr Palmer, Jason and all the rest of his wonderful team, did an excellent job providing awesome care and awesome results! At an affordable price!The title of his practice lives out its name!

Dr. Palmer and staff are amazing. From the first visit to right now at my three week appointment I have been cared for with excellence. As a larger weight person most doctors said I had to lose even more weight than I already had lost before they would do my surgery. Dr Palmer heard my concerns and my desires, informed me of possible complications due to my size but very confidently announced he could do what I was looking for. He encouraged me to continue to lose weight but he set me up for my surgery. The nursing and office staff are joyful and of the highest caliber of professionals! Jason the office manager provides a text number in the event of questions or concerns and answers promptly! Two weeks in I got a strange infection and the entire staff was on top of it immediately. The attentiveness yo detail to ensure my complete recovery success has been phenomenal. My friend from California asked what the care was like. I can describe this office as Beverly Hills Excellence! I highly recommend you use this doctor. Tell them Kristy Tubbs sent you!

They were friendly and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure and answering any questions I had.I had a breast enlargement procedure and I am 100%+ satisfied with the results. I explained to Dr. Palmer what I wanted my results to look like when the procedure was complete (most of all I wanted to look natural and not be huge). He went over in detail with me and what I could expect and a size that would fit my body. I am very pleased with my size. They are so natural looking. Also, I was pleased that there was no visible scarring. Think twice before you chose him. I did a tummy tuck three months ago. I am not happy with the results, also I end up having a scar under my belly button. I did not receive any explanation (why I end up with this scar). First week, it is was 1inch wound, I was preparing to come to the office since we had an appointment, but the nurse called an hour before the appointment to cancel because the doctor was not at the office. Second visit while the wound get bigger and bigger we went to the office and the doctor showed up 1 hour and half late, he said he did not know about our appointment while we received a confirmation over the phone and text message confirmation. When the doctor did the consultation, he said we have to wait until the wound close and we will do the scar revision. Now, I was at his office last Wednesday and he said he will charge me for that small procesure. He will charge me for incomplete job and for the fault that he made. Furthermore, the first day of surgery they sent me home as a died body, I was In very bad situation and still a sleep under the medication. I dont think they care about their patients the way it supposed to be. Think twice please, and dont mind to pay more and receive a good service.

Very nice experience and will certainly be returning . I came in thinking I needed one thing and was told it really wasnt necessary. I asked Kelly what she truly thought I needed . She looked at me and gave her recommendation and I couldnt be happier . As a aging female I appreciate an honest opinion as we sometimes get fixated on one certain thing . I traveled the world , literally to find a doctor to do my breast augmentation. After 4 doctors and my disappointments from the unknown , I found DR. PALMER through goggle search. There were some key factors to the first consultation that let me know he was a total perfectionist and well trained doctor. All the other doctors concept was to put the silicone in a bra. And you dictate your size you desire your breast to be to the doctor. Dr . PALMER could immediately tell me the smallest and the largest based on size, height, etc. My breast are PERFECT! Natural and zero scars. I went back to have flanks removed to enhance my curves. Also to take this fat from flank area into my aging hands . Liposuction procdure went so great , hands are beautiful. My flank area is smooth with no lumps. LOVE this area he created. I decided I needed a tummy tuck. Stomach is now healing properly. I have referred many of my girlfriends to him and they are Also pleased and happy. Jason and the staff is so professional. You feel like you are with close family. Can not believe the amazing job that Dr. Palmer did. I was in Florida and had surgery with a very respected and qualified surgery, who's work was below par and found Dr. Palmer through a friend. I do have to say at first I was a bit hesitant not knowing much about his work but if you take the advice from a stranger take it from me he is worth the office visit. Free consultations!!! He fixed the TWO surgeries that were done by Florida Doctor that were less than satisfactory. He went. Above and beyond to make sure my results were perfect and he hit that one out of the park. I have since recommended several friends of mine to come from out of state to see Dr. Palmer and to let him preform their procedures. Happy isn't near the way I feel about my results. The faculty was clean and updated the staff is beyond amazing, they all seem to work together perfectly. I would definitely revisit if I needed some more work done.

I bought a laser hair removal package. This requires multiple sessions about 6 weeks apart. I cant tell you how many appointments have been rescheduled WITHOUT prior notification. I get in the office and just hear excuses. They even send me appt reminders via text on the same day and dont honor them! Please avoid any prepaid packages with them. It seems once they have your money, youre no longer a prioritized client. Very unprofessional and I hope to be reimbursed for the remaining of my package and gas spent going there.

If you are looking for tattoo removal THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Kelly Null performed several tattoo removal treatments on my hands and the results are astounding! I couldn't be happier with the progress. The price was reasonable and they are efficient. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes each visit. They took progress photos and bandaged me up. Usually in and out in under 20 mins.

I got great results from Dr. Palmer for the lowest price I could find in the area. He seemed very much a perfectionist and a face scientist. The procedure I had is called Thermitight, I think. Its a skin tightening procedure where the doc inserts a little probe/needle that emits radio frequency energy just under the skin. It has tightened up my neck for sure!

Terrible experienceI had a terrible experience. Dr. Palmer was more than 30 minutes late for my appointment - the first appointment in the day. He didn't apologize. He didn't explain why he was late. Incredibly rude and arrogant. Acted like his time was more important than mine. Then spent as little time with me as possible so that he could get back on schedule...and charged me full price for the procedure.
