Good place to visit most times . I had only problem with Dr Chiou .I felt he was a little ride and arrogant and I refuse to ever see him again .But the rest of the staff is excellent and very kind . The wait time is very good and if you need blood drawn or an x-ray that is quick as well .

DO NOT--I repeat, DO NOT go to this clinic if you want an office that cares about you.I had my blood drawn there several months ago. The tech had just finished up and I told her I felt like I was going to faint. She asked, ' Have you fainted before when you have had your blood drawn?' 'Yes, but it was a long time ago', I replied. That's the last thing I remember. The next thing I knew I was waking up on the hard tile floor. The tech came in and found me there, saying she had left the room to get a sticker for my blood vile. They checked me out and let me drive home. I had fallen forward onto the floor on my head. I had a large 'goose egg', as well as a sore shoulder that hurt for 4-5 months. When I talked to Providence's risk management office the very rude woman insisted I had not warned the tech that I felt faint. The tech let me fall on my head and then lied about it. They only care about themselves at the Battle Ground Clinic, not their patients' well being. I fired my doctor-Camille Chandler, who was no help in this ordeal. Now I go to the Providence Mill Plain Clinic, and have had a 100% positive experience there. Even if you live close to Battle Ground, stay away from them. They are dishonest.

I called in on 2/21/18, snow day, because my daughter had a high fever and road conditions were sketchy. I explained that her fever was high at 104, and google said normal to high range was 103/104. Being right on the line, I called to get a human, not the internet, to give me some explanation of what is safe, and/or maybe something we could do at home. I got 5 or so minutes of questions about where we live and the age of my daughter, and then told someone qualified would give me a call shortly. Over an hour later, still no call. Thank God we got real advice from Legacy Salmon Creek. Dont call these guys if its important

This drs office is not trans friendly. I've never met a transphobic Dr until I came here. I booked an appointment specifically for hrt, been on it for 5 years and needed a new dr. They told me over the phone it wouldn't be a problem. I usually call and check just to make sure to not waste my time and to be cautious. The Dr I got set up with was Dr. Yahn-Kun and as soon as he found out I'm trans he wouldn't even speak to me about it. He said they don't do that here and told me he didn't want to talk about it anymore. Huge waste of time, money and made me feel like my needs didn't matter. When I requested to set up an appointment with a different dr they first gave me an attitude, then said they needed to get approval from their manager. It shouldn't matter why I'm asking for a new dr. It's my money and should be my choice. They called back after 2 days saying it was approved and to call them back, but I'm not wasting my time with this office again.If you want a compassionate Dr that will take their time for your needs, please don't choose this office.

I went into see Camille Chandler. At first she was so encouraging that she could help me with my mystery illness. After taking a gallbladder test and it coming back negative I asked her to do other tests, which she refused. She said that she could give me a prescription for anti-depressants and that I would live with chronic fatigue for the rest of my life. I said 'so what can I do?' She told me to join an online support group. She said that she needed to be honest and tell me straight that there was nothing anyone could do and if I needed to get upset with her in order to blame someone for my situation that I could take it out on her, but that I needed to deal with the reality that this was now my life. I left in tears and feeling hopeless. I was finally diagnosed by another dr with small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. I am on the medicine for that and I feel like I am getting my life back.

While traveling I needed medical assistance with an infection exaggerated by asthma. I encountered three people who couldn't have been more kind, professional and concerned. My check in was efficient, private and caring. I waited no more than five minutes and was invited in by an assistant that took my vitals and settled me in to next receive a physicians assistant named Susan that listened carefully to me, examined me and prescribed exactly what I needed. It's now about thirty hours later and I'm feeling much better and able to enjoy our trip. Thank you all! Barry

A circus from the start. I have hypothyroidism that has to be managed by an Endocrinologist. This clinic has no idea how to refer a patient to one. Then at the third attempt tells patient they need to find their own specialist. When blood work comes back after having to wait 6 weeks for said labs to be done, doctor is out of office for a week and not one person can help adjust the medications in the mean time. When I call to make an appt. for the following week, the doctor is 'booked' and when I explain the issue, suddenly she has an opening on Monday at 9 AM, but no one can tell me what to do in the meantime, including the other doctor. But, wait, when I again explain the situation, (heart palpitations, hair loss, weight gain, finger nails peeling away and that I've been in ER) now I can see the P.A. who has given me the run around for weeks regarding the Endocrinologist. Yeah, don't think so.Providence is now the 2nd worse medical provider I have had the unpleasant experience with. The Vancouver clinic is number 1 and Kaiser has fallen to 3rd. The Medical community in the USA are worthless.

My first time to Battleground clinic. It's a Friday, 5pm, and there is nobody waiting ahead of me. How could I be so lucky? It's not luck; they are simply not worth the wait.

Have taken my children here a few times since it's closer than their pediatrician and no appt needed for non life threatening medical care. We were seen by a very nice and caring staff...RN, MA, MD, PA. I will definitely use them again in the future since I pay the same co-pay here as their private doctor and it's closer to my house.

If you arent seeing your treating physician there that day they do hardly anything for you. Its not my fault if my doctor is absent. One practitioner there is down right cruel- but I wont name names. Stick to Chandler or Susan if you have to go. On anothet note- I was told a panic attack could theoretically kill you from hyperventilating to death. Thats completely untrue... Had to beg to get a refill refilled because my specialist was out of practice and new specialist would be a month before I could see them. Guess what? I was supposed to just suck it up and deal with it.

We've used Providence Urgent Care in BG for many years. The staff and PAs have always been really caring and knowledgeable. The last time I went though, the receptionist wouldn't give me the time of day because I didn't have the right kind of insurance. I tried going to the clinic my insurance covers, but they were closed so I tried BG Providence again later in the day. A different receptionist was on duty and this time I told them I didn't have insurance and was able to get in. Dr. Wanke was really kind and professional and a staff member even came in to help with my grandchildren. But I was charged $500 to have the rubber end of my hearing aid removed from my ear canal! It came off again the following week and I was able to find a friend to fish it out for me who wouldn't even let me take her to coffee! If you have insurance they can milk you're in good hands.

I was in for lab work over the weekend as a walk in client. Staff was stellar and their safety protocols are excellent, I felt safe the entire time I was there. The woman at the front desk, who was also screening patients outside, deescalated a situation with a patient beautifully, then proceeded to come in and get me checked in, with a smile on her face the entire time. Kudos!!!
