Love, Love, Love Dr. Egrari and his facility. I couldnt recommend him enough I refer him to all my friends and family. Hes hands down the best plastic surgeon ever!! A true master of his work he takes pride in everything he does. Hes a perfectionist in every way which is exactly what I wanted from my plastic surgeon. His nurses and staff are all fabulous theyre all so warm and friendly it was truly a great experience all around. They made me feel like family. I cant begin to explain how scared and nervous I was during my first consult and before surgery. I had so many questions racing through my mind Egrari was very kind and patient and took his time with me. He was always there to address any of my questions and concerns pre/post surgery. His professional; calm and confident disposition pre/post surgery gave me peace of mind and eased all of my worries. All of my incisions were paper thin, and my scars almost obsolete. My weight fluctuated nearly 100lbs when I had kids so Ive had multiple surgeries performed by Egrari from breast lift/augmentation, tummy tuck, bbl and others. Beautiful Three C-sections later I was tired. Being a mom is a wonderful privilege and a gift. Us moms know giving life takes a huge toll on ones body. I spent years wanting to remove the excess belly and fix my uneven scar area. As moms tend to do, I put myself last.When I finally decided to go for it, I did research and went by word of mouth. Of course Dr. Egrari was my number one choice and one I have no regrets. Egrari and his staff made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Bearing ones post baby, (times three) body is intimidating to say the least. They made me feel beautiful and did not give me unrealistic expectation.Seeing myself after the surgery I was in shock. My scars are horrific I had a another plastic surgeon have to do wound care on my abdominal incision because it would not close on its own . The plastic surgeon wanted to charge me extra for continuing wound care on my incision like he tried to charge me extra when I was bleeding internally I've tried to have my incision repaired but my skin is to taught to repair the incision. I have hsd my incicisions looked at by 2 separate surgeons. None can fix.

It took me a long time to sit down and write a review. I was 19 when I first went to Dr. Egrari for breast enhancement surgery to correct tuberous/hypoplastic breasts. I'm 28 now. My goal was just to look normal. The initial surgery I felt that my implants were too wide and laterally placed. I then got very severe capsular contracture (cc) - which is of no fault of Dr. Egrari - and had to get them replaced. I downsided and my breasts looked better but I very quickly developed cc again and got explanted later that same year. With both sets of implants, I had very noticeable muscle flex/animation deformity which, of course, is a risk with partially submuscular implants. I do recall him saying that I would still be able to live an active lifestyle with submuscular implants and him saying he works with lots of active women. Sure I was still able to be active, but my breasts also looked weird when I moved my arms so I don't think that's a great selling point. I have no sensation in my nipples or lower pole of my breasts, which I knew was a risk going into this but disappointing all the same.My areolar incisions look pretty good. The one thing I don't like is that still to this day I can feel bumps from stitches.During my explant, Dr. Egrari went through my inframammary fold. The original incision for my implants was circumareolar. He said he removed the entire capsule and that the scar tissue was extremely thick.I was not aware of this at the time of my explant, but many doctors attempt to repair the muscle during explant as animation deformity can persist. Dr. Egrari did not and I had severe tethering and when I flexed my pec muscles - this includes minor arm movements- the lower portion of my breast would pull in and up.I went to see Dr. Egrari about 5 years after my explant to discuss the muscle flex issues. I am out of state so it is hard for me to see him on a regular basis. I told him my concerns and he explained there were limited options. Where I got particularly frustrated, was when he told me my static appearance looked good. This is perhaps my biggest grievance with plastic surgeons, they seem to laud themselves on their work based on still images of women's breasts. Women are not stationary beings. I use my arms and chest muscles all the time and the fact that doing so now causes a noticeable deformity is something I think a plastic surgeon should be more cognizant of. It is embarrassing and physically uncomfortable.I was fairly distraught after Dr. Egrari basically told me there wasn't much he could do for me. He did give me an 11K (I think that was the cost) estimate for fat grafting and gave me the name of some other doctor who did more fat grafting. While I was crying, he asked if he could take pictures of my breasts. That was a pretty rude move in my opinion. I have since had my muscle repaired with strattice with another doctor. Because the muscle had healed so that it was basically only in the upper pole of my breast, just pulling the muscle down and attaching it with strattice improved the appearance of my breast. I followed that up with fat grafting from a very well known doctor in NC. My breasts look so much better though I do have residual adhesions that still cause some movement when I engage my pecs which I will likely address at a later date.I understand some of my breast issues are of no fault of the doctor, but based on my conversations with other doctors on realself and in person, he should have addressed my muscle issues upon explant. I was incredibly disappointed in my final in person interaction with him and found his bedside manner to be rather lackluster in the end. If I could do it all over again, I would likely just pursue fat grafting.

I had miraDry performed at Egrari Non Invasive Center about 2 months ago and I am extremely satisfied with my results. My wife had been trying to get me to have this treatment for months and finally convinced me to schedule a consultation. My entire experience from scheduling the initial appointment to having the treatment performed exceeded my expectations. This is the cleanest and most well designed medical office I have ever seen. The staff is great and the nurse that performed my treatment was Sarah, she made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and answered all my questions. She even called me the next day to see how I was doing post-treatment. I highly recommend this office/treatment.

If I could give Dr. Egrari 10 stars I would. The entire practice is phenomenal. The front office staff is extremely sweet and on top of responding promptly to all emails. Keep in mind, Dr. Egrari is very sought after (this is a great problem to have and says a lot about his quality and demand of his skills), so my consult was scheduled for two months out. Lindsey, one of the office coordinators, knew I wanted to get in as soon possible for a consult, so when a cancelation occurred she called me and I took it! After meeting all the nursing staff and Dr. Egrari himself, I was blown away from the professionalism of the entire appointment. Cosmetic surgery can be a very personal and uncomfortable situation (believe me I went to many other consults before a friend referred me to Dr. Egrari) I knew immediately I could trust him and his lovely staff! I scheduled my surgery that day! My surgery went even better than my consult (and that's saying a lot). The anesthesiologist was so warm and inviting along with my discharge nurse. The whole practice is spotless and high tech! I was so incredibly nervous but everyone made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Egrari! He has a remarkable eye for detail and truly listens to what you want exactly. He even personally called after I got home from surgery to check in and see how I was doing. Now THATS a caring surgeon! Maybe this is just me, but I was pleasantly surprised on how painless the procedure was! I stopped taking painkillers right after my post op the next day and feel great! I can't say that this is the case for everyone. I'm just saying I could tell he was very careful with every move resulting in a great post op experience for me! Now its been 3 weeks post op and feel great and look even better. Kasey, my pre/post op nurse, has been so wonderful and caring throughout the healing process and has made me feel comfortable at each appointment. I finally got to see my incisions and man was I impressed. I can honestly say Dr. Egrari has impeccable hand skills. This was one of my biggest fears with the procedure, as I scar very easily, however my incisions are hardly noticeable already. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend Dr. Egrari!

I think the facility, the staff, and their set up is excellent. The surgeon listens to what the patient wants and carries that out with surgical excellence. Surgeon could spend a little more time with the patient in f/u, but this may be the standard of care these day. Mostly f/u with the RN who does an excellent job. Two main features of this practice that I liked. Private enterance for pre/post surgery patients, and surgeon meets with patients on the initial visit with CLOTHES ON - to discuss goals of surgery. This makes the patient feel like a real person while they discuss their surgical wishes. A very personable and professional surgeon throughout the experience.

I've had six plastic surgery procedures done at this clinic from June 2014 to December 2014. My last operation, a mini thigh lift, was performed when I was only 19 years old. Up until this point Dr. Egrari had conducted himself in the standard fake professional manner, which as someone who has met with many plastic surgeons I was fairly familiar with. The night after my operation I noticed pain in an area that I was unaware would be touched during the operation and upon removing some of my bandages I saw that he had extended my incision far passed where he had ever made it clear that he would go. Of course being that I was so young and still very high from the operation I reacted emotionally. I had my mother call and request an earlier follow up appointment and made it obvious to them that I was unhappy with my results. During my follow up appointment I told the medical nurse, Lindsay, that I felt butchered and that I was unaware before my operation that I would be permanently left with a scar that couldn't be hidden under bikinis or underwear. She quickly went to go get the doctor so he could better explain what he had done and what my scar would look like once it healed. After a 10+ minute wait (which was very miserable due to the fact that I was still nauseous from the operation), Dr. Egrari came hollering into the room with two of his nurses claiming that my mother and I were causing a scene. I don't have the strongest recollection of what he was shouting at me for obvious reasons but it must have been awful because I remember that at some point I started crying. After finishing his tantrum he stormed out of the room and left me with his nurses who apologized for him and quickly finished my appointment. I still go to this clinic for laser hair removal (their medical esthetician is wonderful and I can only say nice things about her) and after a year of visiting frequently I still have not received an apology, indicating to me that he considers this egregious outburst to be warranted and acceptable. Although many of his reviews are positive, I find it hard to believe that he has not acted this way towards other patients and I strongly recommend that you take your money elsewhere. 11/25/15 Update: Due to the negative nature of my review, Dr. Egrari had a member of his medical staff call me to defend his actions and attempt to set up an appointment where we could discuss the incident. After only speaking with her for a few minutes I could tell that this appointment would consist primarily of him accusing me of being a provocateur, using arguments that are riddled with self-serving inaccuracies, and putting the most pathetically minimal effort possible into resolving this issue so that I would remove/revise his Yelp review. Needless to say, I declined the opportunity to meet with him and his staff. Truly apologetic people do not wait until their reputation is at stake to handle situations like this. While speaking with his nurse, I was asked to accept responsibility for provoking him to react in a hostile manner towards both my mother and I because I behaved hysterically(when this was certainly not the case), asked for him to speak with me(when it was actually the post-op nurse who suggested that he be brought into the room), told him personally that he butchered me(I have not spoken with him since before my last operation), and because I accused him of performing the wrong surgery(I have never said anything to this effect). She also mentioned several times that I should have come to her if I had problems with their practice because of our relationship even though I barely know who she is. Only once did the nurse actually apologize for any inconvenience that it was to me to recover from my operation without the proper follow up care from my plastic surgeon. After our discussion was over she informed me that I would be unable to finish my laser hair removal at their clinic and that the voucher I had with their medical esthetician was lost. Overall, I would say that this practice behaves unethically towards patients.

I had a lower lift performed by Dr. Egrari. I did not end up with the flat abdomen expected from the tummy tuck. Instead, I ended up with a distended abdomen and a hard ball-like area above my navel. To my surprise, Dr. Egrari blamed it on my weight gain. I was shocked and insulted by this, and I expressed to him that when someone decides to do cosmetic surgery it is to get rid of the stubborn areas that no diet or exercise can get rid of. The office visit deteriorated to what I consider, in my opinion, to be unprofessional conduct, with Dr. Egrari raising his voice, repeating I should lose weight. He never looked at my abdominal distention or the hard ball-like area; he just kept repeating it was my weight gain. A few days later he sent me a letter telling me to never come back to his office. By the way, in my opinion, the two sides of the left surgical incision are perfectly aligned, but the right side is crooked.

My experience was and is amazing with an incredible staff. I feel 100 percent confident that I could have not gotten as good of results as I have with Dr. Egrari. I feel blessed to have found and consulted with him to do my procedure. The surgery experience was on point and I have never been so relaxed as I was going into this surgery. Dr. Egrari's aneseologist was the most comforting and calm lady ever. I am usually nervous and scared going to sleep for surgery but she kept the conversation flowing and before i knew it i was waking up in the recovery room. I had amazing support from the moment I walked in the office. The next 24 hours after my surgery I went to a hotel and felt as if me and my caretaker were never once alone. Dr. Egrari's staff was there to help out at a moments notice. Dr. Egrari called me that night to check on me and answer any questions. I love all the girls in the office from billing to nursing and the MA's and skin care. They are all so knowledgable, helpful and friendly staff. Almost 30 days since my procedure and I can say that my results are Beautiful! Dr. Egrari has given me shape I have always wanted.
