I am very happy with the results of the Neck Lift that I did. Brian and his assistant Pam were very helpful with taking care of me through out the whole process. I was able to recover very quickly. I was back to working out after a week and a half post surgery. Surprisingly the recovery was not too bad at all. I am happy that I did it and didn't wait. I am only 60 and I didn't want to wait until I was 70. You might as well enjoy the results for longer buy doing it earlier.

After waiting many years to build the courage to have a consultation for a tummy tuck I was fortunate enough to have been told of Dr. Windle by my sister in-law whom also received a tummy tuck from him previously. From the first visit to my surgery on June 1st 2020 through to my post-op on June 9th 2020 I have experienced nothing but incredible customer service. The procedure itself while I feared would resemble to recovery similar to my 3rd child's birth an unexpected C-section I have been in complete awe with the speedy and painless (almost painless) recovery thus far. I did have a breast reduction with drains years prior and I must say that experience and recovery was NOTHING like this. The no drain tummy tuck experience has been so much better that I expected. I followed Dr. Windles 24 hour recovery instructions and literally I have had nothing but major improvement every day. My surgery was on Monday morning and by Friday evening I was dancing with my children in my living room enjoying every moment of it. I want to share a bit more on a personal note; I have had body image issues throughout my life that were intensified by the after effects of the birth of my 1st child. I now have 3 children all of them worth every stretch mark and inch added to my waist line. However, my self-esteem with living with my mommy apron and not being able to wear a size of clothing that fits me all over and buying clothes a size or two bigger just to fit my belly was taking its toll. I struggled for years to balance my weight, I exercised and nothing worked on my belly. I felt embarrassed and ashamed of my mommy apron as I was unable to see my own lady parts and it had been many years of feeling that pain before I took it upon myself to make this choice for the no drain tummy tuck. I tried to speak with my PCP about what options I have and truly what can I do about it. I was told by my PCP eat less and exercise more well it sounds great yet I was already eating 1200 calories a day per the diabetic diet and exercising regularly I help hopeless. The day Dr. Windle told me my next step was to schedule the procedure I literally cried in the car all the way home. The relief that he gave me, explaining how that belly fat does affect my overall health and that this procedure is going to not just change my appearance its going to help my health as a whole was so overwhelming and gave me hope that I had not felt before. Truly, this procedure just in under two weeks has already made such a difference in my life, I feel emotionally better, my back doesnt hurt and I am for the first time in a very long time I am looking forward to go shopping for new clothes. This has by far been the best decision that I have made for myself, I understand the fears of what will it really be like, will I be in a lot of pain, will it hurt like my C-section etc. Ill say this, the breast reduction (with drains) I would NEVER do again however the no drain tummy tuck has been such a good experience I say to you reading this take your life back, give yourself the gift of feeling good in your own skin' if that is what you need.

Really happy with my breast augmentation results! Dr. Windle was very informative and he listened to my goals/concerns. He thoroughly answered all my questions and I felt very confident in my end decision. His assistant Pam was also very friendly and helpful. Ive been pleasantly surprised at the ease of the recovery so far. Following his post op instructions and using only an herbal anti inflammatory, the pain has been bearable and Im healing well.

Dr Windle did an AMAZING job with my breast reduction. He is an amazing plastic surgeon in my experience, he listens to your needs and concerns, he and Pam are extremely communicative and helpful. I felt very comfortable and looked after by him and his team, they made the experience easy and anxiety free for me. I wanted to go down to a very small size, and I had been turned down by several other surgeons before saying they couldn't go as small as I wanted, but Dr Windle had no hesitation and there was no need for a free nipple graft. There was no limitation on getting back to work, exercise, lifting, or any restriction on what I could or couldn't do, there was no sleeping in bras for weeks, or keeping your arms at your side, he encourages normal movement, and getting back to your usual routine and work as soon as you feel comfortable, and it truly does make recovery faster.

Dr. Windle's 24 hour rapid recovery is absolutely incredible. I had 285cc breast implants. I never took a narcotic and was out walking the dog the same day I had surgery. I could have been back at work on day 2 if necessary. I took a basic pain reliever for about 3 days and really didn't need one after that. 3 weeks after surgery my husband and I were backpacking through Europe with 30 pound backpacks pain free. I cannot recommend this man enough!

Almost one year ago I had Sientra gummy bear, tear drop implants. Dr. Windle's rapid recovery is just that! I was out for a walk 5 hours later and back to work 2 days later. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Windle or about the rapid recovery method! It is absolutely amazing what can happen when you treat the person and the body with care and respect, and Dr. Windle's rapid recovery method is proof of that. Dr. Windle is the real deal. I went for Bellafill under my eyes and the sides of my mouth, and it made me look so much better. No one knew I had done anything, but they remarked that I was looking good/happy. They attributed it to good skin, but Dr. Windle and I know the truth. :-) And he's super honest about what you need--no oversell. You can rely on him to do it right. Some providers, who are trying their best, don't inject things where they're supposed to go and end up causing other problems. Like my last Botox person was making my brow droop by injecting Botox into the wrinkles rather than into the appropriate muscles. Dr. Windle is also reasonably priced, especially since you're getting an MD to administer it rather than someone who took a two-year course. He's my guy from now on.

I went with Dr Windle because he said he would do it under local.My upper blepharplasty or upper lid lift, took about a hour & half, it was painless.I could tell my field of vision was better right away!!!! Dr,Windle is the BEST! For a long time, I have always hated my side profile. I was so self conscious of the bump on my nose that I never wanted to look to the left or right because of how horrible I looked. When I went to Dr, Windle for a consultation for a rhinoplasty, he also suggested a subtle chin implant to balance out my features. He showed me a few examples of patients who had the exact same problem, so many people who inherit this bump often have a weaker chin. When he sent me the 3D images, I was ecstatic! Who knew what a small chin implant can do!!So, I'm about a month post op and I'm so happy with the results, I can't even describe how happy and confident I am now! I'm not close even to my final outcome, but I'm definitely loving what I'm seeing right now! I think it's obvious that this surgery was a complete success!! I couldn't have wished for a better outcome!During my surgery, my first ever surgery, I was very nervous. Anyone would be. I had upper eyelid lift and Bellafill done by Dr. Windle. As far as the Bellafill, I am thrilled with the results! It took care of that tired look I had with no pain or downtime. The best part is that I wont have to be constantly coming back to have it redone! I would send my best friend here! Dr Windle is a genuine gem. He took his time to consult with me, ask what I felt I needed and then gave me sound advice on what to do next. I am a plastics newbie but I have been around medical 'folks' all my life. Dr Windle is a very nice person, has a great 'bedside manner' and is comforting and confident before, during and after your procedure. I found them on the Best of WA link, and am I glad I chose them. I had option of going to a family member for the same procedure, and I am glad I chose to do this with Dr. Windle instead. You just cannot replace experience. Dr Windle enjoys what he is doing and he and his staff are conscious of your goals and your 'balance sheet'. I expected to be 'upsold' for other services, and that didn't happen! That is truly awesome. I love the result, the process was easy enough, and if I had to do it again, I would do it in a heartbeat. I have gone form looking really tired and haggard to 'refreshed' and I LOVE IT!! Most of my adult life was spent on and off hormones due to female problems. One such treatment caused my breasts to enlarge including the breast tissue under my arms. The weight of my breasts and not being able to rest my arms in a natural way was not only a physical problem, but a psychological one as well. I have wanted to augment my breasts for a while to balance out my hips, a friend had done it a while back so I decided to see if it would work for me. I consulted with Dr. Windle and felt very comfortable with the information he gave. I ended up choosing the newer Gummy Bear implants as they sounded like they would look and feel very natural. I was especially interested in the rapid recovery that Dr. Windle uses so that I could get back to work quickly.The surgery went really well, I didn't take much in the way of pain killers. Dr. Windle had me moving around the next day. I went to a work christmas party the next evening, and was doing a photoshoot type thing on Saturday (surgery was on Thursday). Movement was a bit painful at first but healing was quick. It's been a year now since surgery and I'm loving them! I went from a 36B to a 36DD, pretty much what I was hoping for. They react very naturally, I would definitely recommend getting the Gummy Bear implants.

Beyond fantastic. After having 4 children and loosing the baby weight my stomach was not the same, and neither were my abdominal muscles. In fact they were not going to return to their proper place which left me looking 4 or 5 months pregnant. I am petite in stature and so I frequently got the question if I was expecting again. What put things over the top for me was the chronic back pain I was suffering since I had no core strength due to the separation of my stomach lining. So I researched and was prepared for a potential 6 week recovery for ABDOMINOPLASTY Surgery and muscle repair. Well, that was not the case with Dr. Windle and his philosophy on recovery and not using drains! I was up and moving around the same day of surgery and never needed hard pain meds. Treating the healing process like a sports medicine style recovery allowed for better circulation and quick recovery. I was back to work in just 2 weeks time on light duty! I followed Dr. Windle's instructions and found that recovery was beyond my expectations. Dr. Windle and his staff are wonderful and helped me feel safe and confident during the entire process.

I had booked Dr. Windle for a breast lift only to find out that I had a ruptured implant while I was under anesthetic. Thankfully, Dr. Windle replaced my implants, did the lift and I only found out when I woke up. The whole thing was fanastic from beginning to end. They made me feel completely comfortable leading up to the procedure. Then they fixed a problem that we weren't aware of. My breasts look fanastic. My healing has been incredibly easy. All they told me after the surgery is that they were going to try and get me compensated for the ruptured implant from Mentor. When that company refused the went to Sientra (my new implants) and they agreed to comp me. Therefore, I was charged absolutely nothing more than I had already paid for a lift. I can't say enough about Dr. Windle and everyone who works for him. LOVE that office.

Having a breast augmentation was the biggest and best gift I have ever given to myself. I always hated to look at my body in the mirror because I was not happy about the sagginess of my breasts due to breast feeding/pumping after my very premature son. I was able to keep the rest of my body lean and toned. I wore a push up bra and also a sports bra to make my boobs look perky as they were In my teens to disguise the look of my upper body build . Before I got these amazing Sientra breast implants, I wasn't happy with my size at all. I was a 32b and could barely fill out a shirt unless I had a push up bra on. I needed a change I did my research online and made 4 different consultations all over Washington. My first consultation was with Dr. Windle. I did all of my research and didn't want to settle for the first appointment I went to I wanted to weigh my options. After meeting Dr. Windle and his staff, omg! I couldn't even picture myself going anywhere else I just knew after talking with them I wanted Dr. Window to do my surgery there was no doubt about it. Me and my boyfriend we're both set on my decision. So long story short I set up my appointment and I had my surgery on the 8th of January to have 375cc's high profile gummy bears! & of course canceled all of my other breast augmentation appointments. I knew there was no need to look any further. I did the 24 hour recovery and was hesitant on the whole not being sedated all the way under. But all I seriously remember is going into the surgery room laying down and then I woke up after they were done. After that I was in and out and I cried because I was happy I finally got them done. lol Tears of joy. The day of my surgery my boyfriend said I was very Sensitive and whining a lot lol but I was in pain that's normal. Lol The next day me and my boyfriend were out in town shopping and going out to eat. I'm in the military and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get back to work anytime soon. But I was able to go to work that Sunday night after just having my surgery done that Friday morning. Very poor experience ! The Artefill injections that I received from Dr. Windle gave me big bags under my eyes. It made me look horrible, like I had really bad allergies.I contacted the office multiple times with no resolution or compensation !Very very disappointing to say the least !

If you are contemplating a facelift, you're in great hands with Dr. Brian Windle. I'm 4 months post-op at this writing, and my results are even better than the 3-month photos taken in his office. When he tells you that improvements will continue for a year, believe it! Nobody has asked me if I've had anything done, so all looks natural! But there is no more hanging wrinkly skin under the chin. My dancer's neck is long and smooth again. My jawline has returned to where it was before it decided to go missing. Dr. Windle will not overdo it. He will do what's necessary, and with a personable, friendly approach. He uses his top notch medical and artistic judgement in the art and science of this procedure. Follow his advice pre and post op, and you will be very happy.
