Came in to bring my nephew, got bad energy from receptionist told to wait for 30 minutes ended up waiting an hour because I chose to stay , MA was super nice and helpful. Should improve in walk in interaction.

I have had repeated bad experiences here with the doctor. The nurses are fine, but the doctor has zero emotion, doesnt care what you have to say, and really seems like he would rather be ANYWHERE else. My daughter was terrified of him because he doesnt even try to be cheery and kind. He also doesnt believe you when you explain your symptoms. Avoid this urgent care if you want quality care.

Was sick for over a week. Went and saw doctor he prescribed tylenol cold and flu. That's what I had been taking and it hadn't worked. What a waste of my time and money. Never again. When you try to call them no one ever answers. Just a recording and dont return your call.

The nurse was great. The doctor on the other hand did not actually seem like he wanted to be there. He told me I was dizzy because my ears were too clean, and that the left shoulder pain was unrelated. I can buy the shoulder pain being unrelated, but the ears being too clean? I was also prescribed meds that I was then advised not to take together for issues that had be manifesting together for the last couple of nights. Never thought theyd have contraindications to each other. He also had the nurse give me a shot of tramadol for the pain. Honestly, Im allergic to several pain killers, so I was worried when he couldnt confirm whether the pain-killer shot I was given had the type I am allergic to (he didnt specify that it was tramadol, I had to ask the nurse).

Do NOT use this clinic. Don't show up if they open on time, because they sure as hell will not be ready to work. I arrived at 8 a.m., doors unlocked and no secretary until 8:20. Did not see a doctor until 8:50. I'm sorry, but some of use have jobs we like to show up ON TIME FOR. Also, they will give you a runaround with your bill, forgetting to delete duplicate insurance lines and not even including all the charges upfront. Honestly, would probably be better just going to the main hospital in town. AVOID.

Consider the times posted as unreliable. Our daughter took her 10 month old here tonight as she showed increasing symptoms of ear infection. The doctor left 15 minutes before closing time. Based on a prior review, the times to see a doctor must vary with the doctor's lifestyle? We won't try that again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, Dr. was extremely rude and not helpful. Talked to me as if I was an idiot for bringing my son in there and didnt do anything for him. He was too worried about taking his lunch than helping my child. Just dont go here, find somewhere that will actually help and treat you like a human being and not a dog.

It's great having an urgent care in a town our size. I've been a few times and was treated by thorough practicioners who weren't trying to rush me out the door. Little/no wait time.
