I was immediately comfortable with Dr Dehghan and his office staff. They go out of their way to make you feel that your business and concerns are important to them. I am happy with all my results and the one time I had to wait for my appointment (with many apologies from everyone) because a surgery ran long, they gave me a gift certificate for a free facial! Wonderful customer service in a caring atmosphere!

Dr. Dheghan and his staff took their time with my consultation! I was able to try on implant sizers both in privacy and with the doctors opinion. He was not pushy at all and let me choose the size I wanted. Ive heard of many other doctors not letting people chose what they truly wanted so this stood out to me. Even during my consult they treated me as if I were already a paying client! They walked me and my partner through the entire process and involved me in every medical decision. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of by Dr. D and his assistant Amber. Day of surgery was amazing. I was in and out quickly with no complications. And the doctors advice for after care what very easy to maintain. Ive recommended my sister and 2 friends to this place since I had my surgery one year ago and they are all very happy with their procedures!!

Do not go to this place, I repeat do not come to this place. They do not know how to run a business. This has been the worst experience of my life. Honestly, I never write reviews or anything like this but, I felt the need to tell people how awful this place is and hope that somebody actually listens to me and chooses to go somewhere else.So let me tell you why I was going. I have a small rose tattoo on my inner ankle and I wanted it removed. My first appointment was to use the machine an test it to make sure that my skin reacts well to it, which it did. The other guy doctor came in just to double checking with me, to make sure I understood everything, like how it works and all the side effects and such. Then he goes to continue on and say 'oh yeah that's definitely a tattoo you'd want to get removed'. Like seriously what does that even mean? I couldn't believe he said that, it was just rude and inappropriate. Anyways, the next visit, I come in to do a full treatment and the girl preps me and then begins to remove the tattoo. She doesn't even get a quarter of the way through the tattoo and the Machine breaks. This was a huge disappointment but I understand those things happen. About 3 months pass and I've tired to rescheduling multiple times. After finally calling and calling them back I got an appointment. I go in and then the tell me 'oh I'm sorry the machine is still broken, we tried to call you and left a message'. I have no messages left on my phone. Turns out they had the wrong phone number. So a little irritated I go home. Another month goes by, seriously that's how hard it is to get them to call you back. They are really bad about this. Anyways, I rescheduled my appointment, I talked to the lady who actually was lasering my tattoo and she said to me that it was fixed. So I go in, again, and guess what they tell me, they tell me that the machine is broken and that there is nothing they can do for me. This was beyond ridiculous. The first time is an honest mistake they have the wrong number. But then for the second time or for the third time I don't quite understand how they could still mix it up, that is not how you run a business. I live really far away and I told them to please call me if anything was wrong their excuse always was oh well I guess we had the wrong number which is stupid because I had talked to the lady prior to each appointment and had even confirmed my phone number for them because of the little hiccup in the beginning. So then, if they didn't get a hold of me that's their mess up. And at that point it is just pure excuses. They have my number. I couldn't even believe this happened 3 times in a row now I drove all the way out to their place just to be sent home. Please save your money and gas and don't go there and waste your time. There are so many better clinics all around the NW. Go to one that's willing to actually respect you as a customer, like I said I typically don't do these kind of reviews or any review for that matter but I had never had such a horrible, terrible experience anywhere else then there at the Artistic Plastic Surgery Center in Tacoma.
