Bonness is simply the BEST. Dr. Bonness and her entire staff are so professional, kind and caring. Their services are impeccable. People that say or state otherwise are the competition trying to gain an advantage. Ive had many services done at Bonness and have been 100% satisfied. I wouldnt ever think of going anywhere else or would trust anyone else. The way Dr. Bonness and her staff approach beauty services is to enhance what God gave you.....a very natural looking boost to your God given beauty...never overdone. I highly recommend!

Dr Bonness and the entire staff were SIMPLY AMAZING! As a man who lost 135 pounds I needed help, and it's very hard to find THE BEST who is great at working on BOTH men and women. From my first appointment to my last the Dr. and her staff made sure I was pleased, tweaked anything needed and she even called me 3 times the night I returned from the hospital (I didn't have my phone on) but she wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and answer any questions I had. Katie in billing was always exceptional as well as Lindsey her primary nurse. Dr. Bonness has an eye for every little thing and makes perfection a goal WHILE always making sure the end goal was what I pictured as well.. anything she felt either couldn't be done OR shouldn't be done was explained very well and if it SHOULDN'T be done it was bc she felt that the skin would fix itself naturally or by working out (instead of just charging for stuff she felt wasn't needed) and that is rare! They want to make sure scars heal as best as possible and scar care is part of the treatment without charge! This business has gone down hill fast - I have been a long standing client - more than 10 years and never would have thought of going elsewhere now I dont feel confident in anyone who works at the practice. I visited theIr new location at the corners - no one could tell me anything about the products I had questions regarding. Every time I asked a question they said they would have to read the box to tell me. All they could tell me about their new services was the have face and body stuff and I should try the treatment that uses the pokey things for my fine lines. The girl started telling me about a new treatment called CoolTone but then when I asked the difference between that and CoolSculpting - which Ive already had - she said she didnt know! What used to be a high class professional spa has become a place where the staff doesnt even know what they are talking about. I dont see any of the staff I was used to which makes me question why. Unfortunately I will be seeking services and products elsewhere where I can be confident in what I will receive. My suggestion would be to fig ure out how to get your old staff back or replace them with people who are educated in what you offer.

Their are doctors and then their are people. Wonderful people who care. The whole staff is professional, courteous, genuine and kind! Clean and hospital. Not to mention Dr Bonness the best!!! I had a tummy tuck and everywhere I go I tell everybody who did it!!! When I show them before and after pics...everyone has the wow factor! Dr Bonness took my body after having had three children and turned back time to give me back the look I had when I was 16 yrs old! I am 33 and look better hen I did back then! I was referred to go here from a dear friend for an evaluation. I've always tried to take the best care of my skin with products, no sun etc. Completely impressed with my initial evaluation 2 years ago. Dr Bonness was so gently and kind, also respectful of the financial aspect. She took photos of my face (front & sides) and then again after. Small little areas looked completely different. Many do not want to talk about Botox or fillers etc, however they help for the time you really need to feel young & beautiful yet! I had juviderm in my cheeks, and every three months Botox in my forehead and brow lines. Very minimal. I just began two small Botox injections above my lip area. They say the more you have the more you want. For me it is so minimal, I will continue. To help with expense, Dr Bonness has a wonderful November Holiday Party where you are able to 'bank' and pre-purchase at a really reduced rate. I went in November of 2018 and pre-purchased my Botox for 2019 and receive countless gifts - truly an amazing function! I will go again this year. Dr, Bonness did my first treatment, and then a nurse has completed the rest. I could not be more happy with the service, the staff, the facility - they simply are the very best. Thank you Dr Bonness & Staff for caring so deeply and serving us so well.

I have been going to Bonness MD Cosmetic Surgery for 4 years for botox, fillers and facials. My skin looks amazing but one of the things I love the most is that my face still looks natural. I when I tell people I get botox and fillers they are shocked...and I love that because I 'wrinkle-free' but don't look like I have had work its very natural. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Bonness came highly recommended to me from another doctor. I had already had a great consult with a well-known and respected doctor, but had read that you should always have multiple consults, and I am so glad I did! It truly was a wonderful experience! The facility is beautiful and elegant, and the staff is highly qualified but also have amazing customer service-a combination hard to find these days! I was seen promptly at my appointment time. Dr. Bonness is very warm and friendly. What I liked about this consult compared to a previous one I've had was that she really tailors it to you specifically rather than being general. She is a straight shooter and is not afraid to voice her recommendations but listens very closely to what you're looking for. I left with a confidence and excitement that I lacked after other consults. Although I have not had my procedure yet, I would highly recommend at least having a consult with this Dr. and taking the time to see some of her before/after results and reviews, you won't be disappointed!

Beth is undoubtedly an amazing person and highly skilled at what she does. She took me from botched lip injections to reconstructing my lips into something that I can be confident and feel beautiful with. Dr. Bonness is the best plastic surgeon in Milwaukee Metro. The entire staff at The Bonness Medi Spa is gracious and treat people like Dr. Bonness does. She is gracious kind, gentle, friendly and sincere. Doctor Bonness removed two red skin spots sort of like a solid blister that I had on my head as long as I could remember. As I aged they became more apparent. Dr. Bonness removed them the same day I came to the Medi Spa to have her look.I had the opportunity to meet an anesthesiologist who works with Dr. Bonness on a regular basis. He said she is the one doctor, at the hospital where she does surgery, every anesthesiologist and nurse want to work with because she does meticulous work and always what is in the best interest of the patient. When Dr. Bonness was taking care of my skin spots I told her my six year old daughter wanted her ears pierced but was afraid. The doctor offered to pierce them for her if I stopped by with her. My daughter was super excited to have a real doctor do her ear piercing. We showed up and Dr. Bonness pierced her ears in couple of minutes. Dr. Bonness is a big shot who treats all people with respect. You can tell unlike most doctors these days she actually cares about people. There is no one more qualified medically or socially for you to trust to make you look like you feel inside! Highest recommendation!

very professional and friendly staff; beautiful facility, I enjoyed meeting doctor and she was very informative, friendly and I felt very comfortable. The only negative was the quote on phone was 3k less than in person. I'd love very much to have the procedures but will need to figure out finances. I'd recommended this facility to anyone; great experience so far.

HORRIBLE! I would highly suggest not prepaying for any services here! You dont meet with Dr Bonness unless you are having an invasive treatment. She leaves all other consultations up to unqualified staff without experience. Their only goal is to keep up selling you after their initial course of action doesnt work. I ended up asking for 1/2 the money back I prepaid due to a lack of results, professionalism, and horrendous customer service (and because the side effects were significantly more intense than previously communicated and I didnt want to finish the course of treatments) only to be told they refuse. There are so many more qualified practitioners in the Waukesha/Brookfield area!

The barrage of unanswered emails and inability to initially contact the office should have been a foretelling sign, but I opted to give Bonness the benefit of the doubt and forge forward with an appointment for laser treatment. I arrived, was greeted and took a seat in the waiting room. The total wait time was 11 minutes, which is more than I have experienced at other medi-spas. Time is valuable to me, and this is not necessarily conveyed through practice of the employees. Nevertheless, I was finally called and brought into a back room. In approximately 3 minutes I was told I couldnt be treated because of my skin type. I have never experienced such an abrupt response at any other treatment facility and was thrown for a loop. The associate left the room to consult with someone, came back in and said they might be able to do it, but would need my consent to speak to another medi-spa. Enter the second baffling look on my face. More discussion, and then the associate left again, only to come back with a folder and pamphlets. She said she would love to treat my condition, but at that point she was not able to offer a solution.a bit nonsensical, yes, but again I forged forward with a positive attitude. It was at that point that she started spouting off board certified credentials, which was of no benefit or interest to me. It was a strange experience indeed. I have since moved on to booking an appointment elsewhere, which was done with ease. And, I will share this experience with others at work and in my circle of friends, as I would not recommend Bonness.

Always being greeted with a smile and hello means a lot in this time when customer service is an afterthought. If I have a question I will get an answer. I never had anything done like this before. I did have one visit with a dermatologist to remove the spider veins at the site of my nose, which I was very insecure about, but the girls in the office were very professional, knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was going through. Not only that, they're skin looked amazing!!! I think that would be an understatement. I don't know how they get their skin looking so smooth and blemish free. They literally look 10 years younger. I bought the solutions and moisturizer and am trying to fit in as many facials as I can without breaking my budget and time (I have a 5 year old at 44), so you can imagine the stress, which is reasonably affordable. I highly recommend it, try it. You will be hooked. I am a stay at home mom so you can imagine the difference I am experiencing. Not only that...they are really that great and know what they are doing my husband is asking me about it for some area's on his face. Hah, can you believe it?Heather Elzey
