Went for a check up after 20 years. To this day Dr. Ali Mosharrafa is as wonderful as he was then. His honesty and care for his patients is absolutely amazing! I would recommend him for any of your cosmetic needs. As for his staff, they make your visit very easy and heartfelt. I can't say enough about Mosharrafa plastic surgery center!

I am 65 years young and was experiencing a loss of definition on my lip line which cause my lipstick to feather or a as others call it, bleed outside of that lip line. I tried all products and application techniques by professionals. No matter how nice my make up looked the deterrent was always that disappointing issue. I was embarrassed to wear any of my bright colors and even the muted tones look terrible my lips seemed to disappear.For the first time in my life I went to a plastic surgeons office and met Dr. Mosharrafa. I was desperate and he could have sold me on surgery but he had ethics and integrity and realized it could be done by a simpler technique and he had me consult with his other staff professional.I believe her name was Toni who she suggested a threading technique along with some augmentation. It was very affordable and although she advised me how long the effect would last, it more than tripled the time she advised. No one was the wiser. There was very little bruising or pain and I wish I could post a picture of my before and after but I am happy to know the pictures the showed me was true to the results on my face.I am looking forward to returning this year fire a repeat preformance!

So pleased with my results and more importantly, the customer service I received from Dr. Mosharrafa and his amazing crew. Getting surgery is scary (and exciting) and I am absolutely terrified of anesthesia and needles. The entire process from my consultation, to working with Amanda on pricing, to surgery day, the amazing anesthesiologist who made me feel so comfortable, to all of my post opp appointments were amazing. I am 27 and this was my second breast augmentation, so I was obviously very nervous and doubting if it was a good decision. After my first surgery, I hated my size. I was a 34 DDD (400CC) and could hold a remote under my breast- they were basically down to my belly button. Dr. Mosharrafa did an implant swap (200 CC) and a lift. I do have some scarring, that's to be expected. I would say that is the only downside. I would highly recommend Dr. Mosharrafa and his staff to anyone in the market for PS.

My biggest frustration with my first set of doctors was they never talked to each other. I would go to one and they had not received notes or updates from the other. I had to be the communicator. Dealing with my diagnosis and being new to all the medical terminology and options was so stressful already. I was so lucky to find Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa for my plastic surgery needs after a mastectomy. He was recommended by my radiation oncologist and surgeon as they have worked together for many years. it was a complete 180 from the previous team of doctors I had.I felt like family any time I came to the office or called. The office staff and Dr. Mosharrafa always took time to explain procedures and always was flexible with my scheduling of appointments. They did all the hurdle jumping with my insurance too. On bad days they were supportive, patient and comforting.I never had to share my news and updates from my other doctors, all three had a great routine of talking regularly so it was very comforting to know everyone was on the same page.I drove 2 1/2 hours each way for my appointments and surgery and it was well worth the drive. If you are in the PHX area you have to look no further. If you are outside of the area, I would highly recommend you make the drive, you will be so glad you did.

Breast reconstruction isnt easy! Not every plastic surgeon is specialized in this field. I felt so at ease with Dr. Tamir Mosharrafa. He answered every question I had with honesty and integrity. I was only give one option for my breast reconstruction after mastectomy, and as it turns out there are other options that have much lower complication rates for someone who has had radiation. I was so focused on getting the cancer treated that I regrettably did not do my research on ALL of the reconstruction options and am now having to backtrack to change what has been done so far. Dr. Ali does one specific type of reconstruction with sub-muscular expanders/implants which have a high instance of complications in someone who has had or needs radiation. If you NEED RADIATION there are OTHER OPTIONS. Unfortunately, you wont learn of those other options at this office. Do your research and ask questions. And even if your questions are being answered to your satisfaction I would still recommend getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion. A good provider will explain ALL of your options so you can make the most informed and best choice for your specific situation. That being said, the staff at this office is awesome!

I have been to Mosharrafa Plastic Surgery a handful of times now to see their aesthetician and nurse injector, Ali and Jamie. Ali and Jamie are the best of the best! I followed both of them to Mosharrafa from their previous positions because they truly are the best at what they do. I have had facials and IPL with Ali that have really helped with my overall texture and rosacea. I see Jamie for Botox and fillers. Both of them make you feel super comfortable and educate you about the process, possible side effects, and offer their expert opinions if you aren't sure! I recently visited the Mosharrafa skin care practice and had such a nice experience. I had a facial with Brandie. The facial was wonderful--refreshing and renewing. I enjoyed Brandie's 'bed side manner.' She was very easy to talk to and has a positive, up beat personality. I asked her for some recommendations regarding skin care products. I appreciated that she shared lots of different options, gave informative suggestions, but didn't try to over-sell or up-sell me. She also gave me helpful brochures and a sample to take home. I would certainly recommend her and will visit her again myself.

Dream experience, from initial call to schedule my consult, to post op appointments. Dr. Ali performed a breast augmentation on me in August. I went from A/B to C/D; he perfectly identified the right size for me based on an in-depth consultation where we discussed many size and look options, as well as what would be best for my lifestyle. I was welcomed back prior to surgery to try on implant 'sizers' and, when asked, the female staff provided insight on their own breast aug experiences. Each employee served as a valuable resource and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Dr Ali, as well as all the office personnel, are consummate professionals and easy to speak with. Dr Ali is an excellent surgeon and I look forward to referring everyone I know to his office. I truly cannot think of anything I would change about my experience.
