Recently did a breast lift with an augmentation, best decision I made. Dr. Rojas and his team did a GREAT job! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful didn't have any problems at all. I would definitely recommend people to Venice Beach Surgical Center. I'm two weeks in post recovery and loving my results! As for any slight pain, ibuprofen has been my go-to and works perfectly fine. Thank you so much for making my experience so perfect!

I had a really bad experience with the staff, nice Doctor but he has to make some adjustments at the office. The girls are not organize, I scheduled an appointment and the day of I called to confirm, they told me the doctor was not going to be in, when I already had made arrangements ( get off early from work) and they still had the nerve to give me attitude. They scheduled me for the following day and was specific on what my consultation was for, the day of my appointment I was so excited to finally be in but once again the staff was all over the place. Finally, I had Dr. Rojas in front of me and he asked me what my consultation was for and I told him I wanted to get a tummy tuck and breast implants and he told me he does NOT do that he only does LIPO, WASTE OF DAY!!!

I was at the clinic about 2 months ago, a had a facial peeling, which I described as the worse investment of my life. $750.00 for a product that later I found on amazon for less than $400.00. But That wasn't the problem, the problem is that the treatment didn't work as they told me. When I went back to the clinic to speak with the doctor they make me wait for almost 2 hours, although I scheduled an appointment. At the end Dr. Rojas didn't care about the situation. For that reason I rate this place as a unprofessional and fraudulent clinic.

Well for starters I want to say I.have been a patient of Dr. Rojas for well.over 7 years. I saw the Dr. monthly then went to bi-monthly.I always paid CASH to see him. He's a good Dr. However, having said that, I NN to bring to everyone's attention of the 1 STAR. ( Bad-Review).We, my wife & me are awaiting our PPO insurance packet. Myself and my wife have been approved. Previously I have always payed CASH when visiting Dr. Rojas- It was $60, then $80 most recently. FEB 2016. My wife has had some pain in her chest, maybe an issue w her heart, bad gas, etc. I made an appointment for her, showed up, then was told the FEE is $120-. Unexeptable. Then I'm told it's $100- for me that same day because I didn't know about it. Well I did know about it. I was told the fee was $80-. I wouldn't make.that up- Don't have to ! So . . .when I arrive with my wife, I'm told of the fee and some people come out to explain it to me. They tell me how sorry they are and that I.still have to pay $100- just to see the Dr. NOT NICE ! And where's the Dr. all this time. He's sitting next door in office listening to me complaining- I pay CASH. Always have. I understand people will raise rates. We get it. Happens everywhere. Again we haven't rec our insurance yet. When you add the office visit, $120- + ekg + blood test and whatever else in heavens that there is, I'm looking at out the door. . . $$ 350-400 bucks easy. Was ready to pay it until I got treated like a NOBODY. NOT NICE ! It seems like I'm NOT valued as a patient anymore. I knew something wasn't right when I showed up and all new staff, NOT one person I recognised besides Dr. Rojas, himself- Se la vi'. . .
