I cant say enough good things about Dr. Chopra and his staff. He and his office manager, Amber, are kind, respectful, and sensitive. Dr. Chopra even went as far as checking in on me on a weekend after my procedure. During my consult he answered all my questions and I felt comfortable the moment I spoke to him. I highly recommend Dr. Chopra.

Dr. Ritu Chopra and his gracious staff treated me with the utmost care and sensitivity from the moment I first walked in to the first consultation. I know now that I would not have ended up as happy with the post-surgery look and follow-up care with any other place. They are dedicated to their work and want to assure that your outcome is the most positive! I waited for years to find the right surgeon and from the first meeting with Dr. Chopra I appreciated his bedside manner & how comfortable I immediately felt with him and his wonderful Office Manager, Amber. I knew the right choice was made, when even though Id always been nervous of committing to such a delicate surgery, I felt at ease during the preparation hours on surgery day. Thanks so much to the amazing staff at the Plastic Surgery Institute, and thanks to Dr Chopra's particular attention to detail in how my body would look after, as well as his time, patience & care in explaining through the various number of questions I had, I am super happy! We achieved what I had so long been hesitant to take on, due to the talented work, consistency and professionalism of this medical clinic. Great Customer Service as soon as I walked in! Everyone was very friendly and professional! Lupe was very Polite and Helpful during my visit she did a great job!! I was naturally nervous going in, BUT during My Consultation, the Doctor and Nurses provided Me with More than enough information in regards to my procedure ! Working in a dental office I've always been the one to walk every patient through every procedure to make them feel comfortable and at ease. Coming to the plastic surgery institute being a little nervous is an understatement. Since the minute I called to schedule an appt I knew I had found the perfect office. Walking in you are greeted by everyone in the front & filling out my medical history was quick & easy since the gal up front lupita was ready for me since the minute I walked through the door. Right away I was walked back to the consultation room & that is where I met Pam! I explained to her what I wanted & she went over different types of fillers that would best meet my needs! & let me tell you she is quite an expert! My visit was quick, painless, & affordable. Will definitely be returning in 6months for a retouch! I highly recommend the plastic surgery institute!

Samantha has been doing my botox and laser treatments for the past 3 years. Her work is impeccable and consistant. I highly recommend her. Also, Dr Chopra is an extremely talented surgeon. I flew my father in from Canada just to have his upper eyelids corrected. He did an amazing job! My dad looks great and was back to work a week later.

The beginning of June I had a full face Lazer followed by injections of disport which is the same as botox it was a complete disaster Samantha injected too much and apparently in the wrong places my eyebrows fell my eyelids droop what a mess . She did not use caution I'm a first time user she should have been sparingI was appalled I chose this office paid more than normal to make sure this didn't happen. Samantha the the nurse who did this simply could have cared less told me this would simply wear of on a few months . I can't put on makeup it's a mess who knows if my eyes and eyebrows will return to normal and when. My advise stay clear for me to have paid this much and told oh well it will wear of is reprehensible.

I have been going to Samantha for years now .. she is absolutely amazing and a perfectionist she does my botox and lips, they are gorgeous .. any little areas need a touch up she takes care of it .. the office staff is super friendly .. I have never had a complaint and I am extremely happy with all the work I have had done there .. highly recommended and very professional!

I have been getting Botox, Juvederm and Radiesse treatments from Pam at The Plastic Surgery Institute in Rancho Mirage for the last eight years. I have always been happy with the results. At every visit I was presented with numerous papers to sign, according to which product was being used, and I never questioned the cost when it was time to pay the bill. I know that I had never paid under $400 and most visits were in the $500 to $700 range. Pam would usually tell me which product she was using in each area.My last visit was on March 6th. When I arrived I was given one paper to sign at the desk. I was not asked to sign anything else either at the desk or by Pam. I knew I was getting Botox and Juvederm, but I did not ask if any other products were being used, or what they were. That was my mistake When I went to the desk to pay my bill, I was STUNNED to learn that I was being charged $3500. For some reason that I am still trying to process, I did not question it or make a scene. I paid the bill and left, promising myself I would not be going back there. I met a friend for lunch and as we were leaving the restaurant I received a call on my cellphone. It was Lupita calling from PSI to tell me that they had not charged me for the Botox or Juvederm and that I owed an additional $1500. I nearly had a stroke! I asked what I had been charged for and was told the product was 'Voluma,' a name I had never heard before. I said that I would not pay it and the Office Manager was put on the line and assured me that the bill would be turned over to 'Collection.' Since I am not a 'deadbeat' I gave her my credit card number. I have never felt so VIOLATED in my 81 years of life. BEWARE!
