Recently I injured my knee and went to the Urgent Care in Delta as I was not able to be seen at West Elk Clinic without an appointment. The Urgent Care Dr faxed the results of my x-ray on Monday & I called West Elk and was told the fax had been received and the Dr. would call. Today after calling West Elk, as I hadn't heard from them, the fax is not to be found! I called the hospital radiology dept who again sent the images & fax. I am shocked at the apparent lack of process at West Elk. As a side note I was on BP medication and after my prescription renewal was rejected, I found out that Adam Zerr was no longer there. West Elk did not reach out to me regarding the prescription rejection. Very disappointed.
