I never in a million year thought Id be brave enough to get plastic surgery but because of how comfortable I felt, I went for it and am very happy with the results. I had 3 procedures here in their office and med spa across the hall, and the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They always answer any questions I have. The doctor goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy as a patient. Dr. Fiala is very talented, professional, and informative. He takes his time with his patients, he explains the good and the bad in plain English so you can understand before he performs any type of surgery. He answers any and all questions you might have. Be prepared, do your research for any procedure, and he will answer all your questions. They even give you a booklet with great details and explains the entire process before any procedure which is very important to me as I like to know everything, and what i'm getting myself into. I would recommend Dr. Fiala to my family and friends. He upfront and honest which is rare these days.

I had a couple of procedures done with Dr Fiala... and I couldnt be happier with my results, I went for my initial consultation after calling 5 or 6 different places. I was really nervous about having surgery, even though Id wanted it for years, but the minute I spoke to the receptionist at Fiala, I was totally positive that this was the surgeon for me, I was on the phone for a good 15 mins and just in that one phone call, I was put at ease, I went in a week or so after for the consultation with Dr Fiala and he sat and listened to what I wanted, he was willing to answer every question and not once did I feel like I was being pushed a certain way, he told what was do-able and what was not, he gave me a very good idea of what to expect from going into surgery until I would be on the road th healing and beyond..My day of surgery came and again Dr Fiala was there to guide me through exactly what he was going to do, all the staff there were so caring, they really do love what they do and it shows.Woke up a few hours after and cant even remember the next few hours, I had the best sleep on the way home .....For each follow up appointment ALL the staff are so lovely, they greet you like family, I think all of them there know my first name too, which is so important, having that closeness with the staff at the surgery..Ive seen many post about what Dr Fiala will perform surgery wise and what he wont, this man has been number one in Orlando for many years and its because hes a professional and knows that what we think we want isnt necessarily what we should do.. from speaking to him and having surgery there, I will always trust his judgement.Im so happy with my results, I feel fabulous when I look in the mirror for the first time in many years.Ill agree its not cheap, but when it comes to plastic surgery, its a little different than shopping around the mall for a deal, I want the best person to work on me, I want someone that has been around for a long time, Someone that is respected and recognized as a top surgeon in his field of practice.. I want to be seen as more than just daily business .. and that is exactly what I got at Fiala.. I have no words that can even come close to how amazing this team are.. I totally recommend Dr Fiala ...

I am reviewing under my husbands name because he has the Google account. My name is Laura Kelley and I went to Dr. Fiala because of a ruptured implant in my left breast He removed both implants as well as scar tissue and replaced the implants with new ones. He also did a CO2 laser around my eyes and chemical peel around my mouth. I couldnt be happier! Dr. Fiala and his staff answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Fiala had come highly recommended to me from multiple of my clients and now I am happy to recommend him!

Dr. Fiala, Phi, Kim, & Dr. Rhee all are amazing! Their staff is professional, their office is beautiful and very clean. Most importantly their staff is kind, warm, and friendly. I have never felt like a patient that was treated as a number/a name on a file. They genuinely want what is best for all their patients and care about each of us. If you're looking to have any kind of plastic surgery, cosmetic help, facials, etc. they are the best in Orlando (voted #1 multiple years in a row by the locals) and you should give them a call and visit and to see for yourself!

High cost Their way or the highway First let me say that I work in the medical field and understand the inter workings of an office very well. My experience with this office was good and then very bad. The office itself is beautiful and the staff is well trained to keep the flow of the appts quick. They seem very knowledgeable and I have no doubt the team is skilled. However the general attitude of the doctor (and this may be do to the staff who is relating messages to the doctor) was very demeaning. I am a petite woman, 5 ft and 100lbs. Most of my friends and family think Im crazy for wanting surgery to begin with as I am already very shapely. I had my consult and scheduled, paid and then called the next day to move my appt date up and ask if we could forgo the side tummy tuck as I feel there is very little side skin on my body (Im a size 2) and I dont want the scar, I also questioned the cost of the procedure since it is almost twice the national average. I received a voice mail about thirty mins after my call telling me that the doctor would not do any treatment for me because I did not agree with his opinion. I am shocked that a doctor would feel the right to force a patient into treatment in this manner when I do not agree that it is needed. The cost I was given for a breast and tummy tuck was 22,000$, and I am in relatively good physical shape and excellent health. The doctor may be good at what he does but if they are not putting the patients wishes first and being financially abusive its not worth it. I will be happily going to another doctor.

Was very disappointed in the service here . Unfortunately I did not choose to complete surgery here due to the fact I felt rushed , unwelcome and not even greeted by the front desk . She has the audacity to pick and choose who she feels like being polite to and that is NOT how you treat your clients . Everyone should be treated equal and nicely no matter what you LOOK like . Unfortunately , Denise and Dr. Fiala were both nice but I can not say the same for his front desk . Please be aware of your staff customer service skills , they seem a little discriminating!

I had my BA done in December 2017 with Dr. Fiala & I am so in love!!!! My experiences with him & his team have been great throughout this journey. I did research for over a year & I'm glad I did. I am now 6 weeks PO & couldn't be happier. I had the final say on my size choice & he listened to what I wanted/expected. Driving an hour to his office for surgery/PO appointments has been worth it to me. Many people have asked me who did my BA after they see my results & I'm always excited to show off his work! Great doctor.

Was truly disappointed with my consultation. After reading all these marvelous reviews I was confident he would be the one I would choose for such an important procedure as BA. Unfortunately, I realized during the visit that he wasnt too interested in what I wanted to achieve, and seemed to be solely pushing what he thought was right for me. We barely discussed my history/ goals... just no bedside manner. Regrettably, I payed $100 for a consultation that led nowhere. Lesson learned. I definitely realized how credentials dont always mean everything. Being friendly, showing interest/concern also matters.

ARNING!!! I don't like being mislead and just plan lied too...$100 nonrefundable deposit to make appointment and was told once I see the doctor you can book surgery within 3 weeks...NOT TRUE!!! Than Doctor Fiala told me that relocating my nipple it could turn black and die...WHAT? I did extensive research and went to 5 other top plastic surgeons and not one had this issue as he did and then Dr. Fiala tried to reassure me that he was the best etc...(felt like I was dealing with used car salesman). My existing implants have capitalized and needed to be removed asap and I wanted a lift as my implants have separated from the breast. The other 5 Plastic surgeons agreed it would not look good to do just a removal as breast has already separated from implant and lift was needed along with relocation of nipple.Dr. Fiala was also $2500 more $ than the other 5 Dr....UGH! Money $$$$ was never a issue for me!!! I just wanted the BEST!!! Worst of all is the closer Denise was about as smooth as sand paper when I did not agree and shared what I just wrote and asked for a refund as I have been mislead...she laughed at me and I ran out...Dr. Bryan Joseph (Dr. Amazing) in Winter Park did the plastic surgery(5 hours) and truly it was worth doing the research and picking the best!!! Capitalized implant gone, new implant in, smaller breast and nipple relocated with feelings of nipple first day. So, so happy with my results...Simply the BEST Dr. Joseph XO
