I have been a patient at Advanced Dermatology since I moved back to Florida in 2017. Their entire staff is the best group of people that I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. From check in through check out everything has always been done efficiency and with the best customer service that I've found in the healthcare industry. I would recommend this office to anyone and I also happen to have many friends that are patience here and their opinions are exactly the same as mine. Deland loves this place.

I recently went here to have a couple spots checked out. Unfortunately my primary care doctor didnt seem to know anything about them and offered no solutions but Im glad I came here because they answered all my questions, were quick and efficient, clean and professional. I saw Alisha and she was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable. I had a concerning mole on my throat and she was able to cut it off and they tested it and got back to me less than a week later to tell me everything was fine. I also had a spot that turned out to be a scar and another that was perfectly normal and only looked suspicious. I am very relieved and glad I chose to go to advanced dermatology with my concerns. I have peace of mind about my skin now and Ill go there again in the future if any other concerns arise.

They use the wrong billing coding for PA Alicia Brown. The feedback we get from Bluecross Blue Sheild is Alicia is in the wrong group to be covered by Preferred provider. We have made numerous visits to your office manager ,Ginny, she has tried to get this error corrected in the Orlando billing office with no results. This problem has being on for a year and a half. We would like to continue using the Deland office. In order to do so you must resolve this problem. Either correct the billing process or switch me to a perferred provider in the Deland office. Alicia is outstanding and Ginny has been very helpful.RespectfullyJim Nichols

After 5 visits, I can honestly say that this crowd doesn't know the concept of keeping their appointment schedule for the patients. After waiting at least 1 hour past my appointment time (several times), of course 'I'm sorry' and lame excuses were their usual M.O. I'll not return and I'd recommend not patronizing these clowns. Dr. Taylor, you're missed tremendously.

Dr Steffes is the first local dermatologist I visited who was able to help me with my skin issue. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to my symptoms and address each one. He actually took time to touch and look at my skin under the light. My skin condition improved almost immediately after starting medication he prescribed. I am very impressed with his staff also. Highly highly recommend Dr Steffes!

When i called for an appointment they had 2 poeple scheduled for the day so i took a 1 o'clock appointment. The lady said it shouldn't take longer than an hour for sure. As i needed to pick up my kids at 245. I was there for over an hour before even being called back. The doctor came in the room quick and checked me very quickly. Did a biopsy and then sent me on my way the actual appointment took less than 15 minutes. She sent me out the door with no cream or anything to cover the spot she biopsied which took two weeks to heal. And has left a scar. If you're looking for a doctor who cares about you, your health and your time I would not recommend this doctor but if you're needing to get in somewhere fast she has an open schedule usually.
