When I check on reviews, I don't like someone giving 5 stars with no comments! Also if I see a poor review I question why the staff or owners do not comment on how they can satisfy the customer. My wife and I attended one of their presentations and it was done well and they answered questions concerning their products and services. We then made appointments to take advantage of having a consultation with the doctor and getting the free facial. They were professional and courteous. My wife is considering going back for more facials. This appears to be.a new business so I will wait until there are more reviewes and feed back on .

I give 5 starts to the doctor and 1 to all the women who answer the phone.I took my niece there because she need a procedure and they said they will call me back for the price and nobody did it.I been calling every day for 8 days and every time I call I need to explain what happens to my niece ,they did not keep records in the computer and never call me back.

Lina was very rude and unprofessional to me and my wife. I couldn't tell if it was her wandering eye or her dead eye that was looking at me or at my wife while she rudely kept interrupting us. I would not do business with such an unprofessional ratchet run place.

A huge shout out to the office i am so thankful i found them for my 'mommy make over' i had minimal downtime and feel better than ever, the staff and doctors are so caring and professional they made me feel comfortable through the whole process which helped me dramatically in choosing where to go. Keep up the amazing work .

I went to the office for hormone pellets, the staff was efficient, professional & nice. Dr. Alvarado did the procedure, explained everything & I left in 30-45 minutes. The pellets work! I feel awesome, bad humor is gone, pain in my body is gone, dryness in vagina is gone & libido is amazing. I will come back for next treatment for sure.

This place will be run into the ground in no time flat if the owners don't get a hold on who they leave in charge---Lena. In my opinion-She's a very unprofessional and jealous woman. She does shady business deals and cares more about how 'handsome' 'single' and 'good looking' the surgeon, Christopher Low is than the fact that she herself is married. The place is new and she's admitted that the right marketing wasn't spent on the place so now she wants to have the workers pay to promote the place while paying rent and commission on top! WHAT THE WHAT!!! What employer does that? If you're an independent contractor then you don't pay commission-just rent but Lena said I needed to do BOTH, rent AND commission (a cut per each one of MY clients that I marketed for and brought in the door). When i asked for flexibility, she offered ZERO responding back to me in a text message that read: ' I don't do business like that. Good luck on your search'. What professional ('vice president) who works with doctors and surgeons conducts themselves as she has since day 1?For a new business that's not that busy, one that's not generating much income at the moment and one that is still growing, you'd think she'd be willing to offer some sort of flexibility and not be so greedy. Their phone weren't ringing and the office was lifeless the entire time I was there. The place didn't appear to be open for business, no doctor on staff, no aesthetician, no med techs and the rooms were still being 'set-up'. Or could it be perhaps she didn't want a beautiful woman working around this surgeon she seemed to get all googly eyed and worked up about? She practically had a life sized poster in her office hanging up of the guy behind her desk. Is it that serious?These fake reviews written by family members wouldn't be necessary to give this place positive ratings if the people hired would just do their jobs in a professional, tactful manner like their mortgage depended on it.Its a beautiful place and has great potential, don't get me wrong.For the sake of the owners pockets/image, they may want to reconsider who they leave in charge to bring new talent into their business. To the owners: Find some who has YOUR best interest in mind since you're the ones footing the bill and not the unprofessional rift-raft (Lena who calls herself the 'vice president'). I wouldn't leave this unprofessional woman in charge to run a puppy mill. More on Lena's unprofessionalism: Lena had me drive nearly 2 hours to an interview (yes she was aware that I lived in another county). I arrived and guess who's not there? Lena. I wasted nearly 4 hours round-trip drive time. She had her receptionist apologize to me on her behalf with an excuse of 'she couldn't make it'. This professional tactful woman who wants to put herself at the forefront of someone's business did a 'no call-no show'. Where's the courtesy? I returned to my car and called her. We agreed to meet 2 days later (Friday) in Clermont, she gave no address and just said Clermont. The next morning I messaged her for an address only for her not to respond. The morning of 'interview #2' while in route to Clermont, I made a second attempt to contact her for an address to which she tells me to meet her in Kissimmee due to some car issues she was having. These should have all been red flags.Due to the nature of my work, I really wanted to work with cosmetic reconstructive surgeons so I gave it a go despite how off-putting she was prior to meeting with her. I say this in the most humble regard- My work speaks for itself which is why she contacted me to begin with so I'm not desperate or out of work. These reviews are fake, shady and questionable and perhaps part of their 'marketing' strategy Lena spoke poorly about. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't written at the advice of this woman.This is not a poor review of the establishment, doctors, staff or services. This is a review of my interaction with their 'vp' of this place. I
