I appreciate the Covid-19 precautions Advanced Dermatology took. Their professionalism extended from the time I was met at the door until I left the building. I am so glad to have located Dori Hite after she left Ocala. It is a longer drive to the Villages for me but I will always do it to see Dori.

I was shocked at how quickly I was seen. This was my first visit and the process went quickly. I was seen in a very short time after being called back. The team was professional and expeditious through the whole visit. I opted for an in office treatment and it was over in just a few minutes! I will definitely recommend this office and be back if needed. The best doctor visit I ever had.

Nichole Wharton PA in The Villages was very helpful. She identified a couple solutions for my particular issue with different price points as was paying cash. She also recommended a facial sunscreen that wouldn't burn when sweat dripped in my eyes, and it helped calm my rosacea. I appreciated her direct communication style.

The great thing for me is that I was able to be seen as a drop in. I knew I had an appointment later this year but had a concern. They were able to get me in within the hour in late in the afternoon. Took care of my issue and do a body scan including a bunch of pre-cancer freezing. Very helpful!

I have had three skin cancers treated by Nicole Wharton, P.A., two requiring incisions and stitches. There is no trace of a scar! Her technique was pristine. She is professional, personable and extremely skilled. The rest of the staff are excellent as well. I have been under the care of Advanced Dermatology for almost ten years and their doctors have taken care of many skin cancers on this blue eyed, pale face. I highly recommend their practice.

Have always been pleased with the care I received at Advanced Dermatology. Fortunately, 2 years ago, Nicole found a tiny suspicious spot on my leg that resulted in melanoma. It was immediately treated and melanoma was removed by their team of doctors.

Wait period for my appointment was 35 minutes in outside waiting room was 35 minutes. Wait time in exam room another 20 minutes. Unacceptable wait times for patients. My husbands wait time was even longer.Very dissatisfied with the services recently. Apologies were given but I think thats the norm.

I arrived a bit early, as I wanted to get a little walk in, but the parking was right next to the front door. My appointment was 7:55, but I was not called back until 7:58 (Too Fast). Everyone in the front office was very pleasant, which was ridiculous before 8am. Further more,the ARNP arrived right away, not giving me enough time to worry about the up coming treatment. I told her that on my previous visit she did not freeze the lesions as long as the physician had, so I experienced less discomfort: however all the frozen lesions completely 'melted' away. My daddy said, no pain - no gain. Check out was the final blow. Nothing was need, and I was pointed towards the door. Now then, I am used to standing at the check-out while my insurance, payment, social security, name, horsepower, are all scanned and rechecked. This visit was much too easy, mostly paid by Freedom Medical, and leaves me insufficient reasons to complain. Well, there is always next time. John Sharpe, MD

My Primary Care Phys. wanted me to see an actual Dermatologist, got a PA instead. My PCP wanted a biopsy, none done. A script was given for a $95 cream (with insurance) but they said there was another cheaper that would do exactly the same thing. It was $7. Why not that one to start with? Not much improvement so far. Second visit scheduled for two weeks out. Probably won't go. Another co-pay and go away I suspect. Not too good.

I had a Basal Cell removal procedure performed July 6, 2018. I was taken on time and the staff was great, prepping me and explaining the process. I even got to listen to my preferred music on the doctors iPhone. I answered the question regarding playing golf with a Yes, so they decided to add additional individual sutures versus one longer looped stitch, knowing Id probably play before the prescribed timing. They were right and the stitches held fine.Nice job to all.
