It's been about a year since I started visiting Liz at the Bougainvillea Clinique, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and the Clinique. I was a bit unsure at first about wading into injections, as I wanted to continue to look like myself, but start to combat the signs of aging. Liz was incredible with her recommendations. We've always aired on the side of too little, rather than too much, which makes me trust her even more that she doesn't try to push me further than I'm comfortable. And, the results are always so natural, I never look fake and I am always left with the ability to show expression, but without the wrinkles that were starting to creep in!

Im not usually one to write a review, but in this case I felt it be very necessary. Myself being a colored woman, I come across a lot of racism but never in a professional environment. Most of the staff was wonderful but as for the others, not so pleasant. The over all experience was terrible, you can feel the negative energy and all the eyes on you judging. I even over heard one of the ladies make a comment Which had me in such shock I had no idea what to say. Wish I could of written a better review and had good things to say but unfortunately the Bouganvillea Clinique was very unprofessional, rude, and to say the least not considerate. Will not be back!

Do not waste your time and money on this place!! You will wait an hour just to be seen and when I tried to talk to the owner Michelle who happened to be there, she was incredibly inconsiderate and rude! I was stunned! I wouldnt give them a dime of my money, horrible experience! Not to mention the Dr is so impersonal, he did not care about me or my wants at all! Dont know how they have stayed in business.

I love Bougainvillea clinic. The staff is super friendly yet always professional I also realized that there isnt that much turnover which is a little rare nowadays. They are always ahead of the curve on new research/ products and they love to inform their patients in their options and work with them towards their goals. I know their opinions are genuine and they are not just trying to sell me the latest shiny product . I have also consulted with Dr. Hartog he is a true artist and takes pride in his work . APRN Michelle Hartog is disciplined and constantly researching new methods to help her patients ! Cant say enough about this team!

By far the best in everything! Ive had breast augmentation, lip fillers, and Botox treatment done here. I get compliments a lot that I dont look my age and I always refer them to See Dr. Hartog and his wife Michelle they are the reason Im aging so well into my 40s. I also love that Michelle has introduced me to the BEST skin product line out there called Skinceuticals. Ive had cleansers and oils from this line that last me almost a year and I use it everyday. If you are curious about if this is the right place for you IT IS!!! Just recently had a conversation with my work colleagues and sent them all to their instagram page which I would suggest going there to see the magic they do!

Everyone from Lauren who numbed my lips, to Renees awesomeness and warmth, to Michelles professional, calm nature, experience (20+ yrs) and knowing EXACTLY what I wanted; I am happy to say my experience was above and beyond my expectations! The ice cold rolled towel scented with heavy lavender helped so much, felt very good and was so comforting. It definitely was not as painful as I thought it would be (had them done years ago but was under for something else). And I have to mention something so important, for which I have a ton of gratitude for, Michelles special touch on each side of my mouth to set them. You gave me my smile back! Thank you!!! Amazing experience with Dr Hartog and staff! I flew in from Vancouver, BC, and was quite nervous for my breast augmentation, but his staff and nurse, Karen, made me feel so at ease and promptly answered any questions that I had. They have followed up with me twice since my surgery to see how I'm healing and it really shows me how caring and attentive they are. I am almost 7 weeks post-op and I am loving my results. I would highly recommend Dr Hartog and the Bougainvillea Clinique for cosmetic procedures - they're amazing!

COLD BLOODED THIEVES....THEY cancelled surgery ( medical reasons ) breached their own refund policy contract and kept half our money. THEY have willfully or unwillfully ignored our phone calls to resolve or reschedule. THEY call it lost income, I say it's pure GREED to keep our hard earned money for NO service. It's unfortunate but all we now want is our STOLEN money returned. This place is FAKE like their plastic surgery.

I had a Tummy Tuck back in 2006. I Love everything about my experience with the Clinic from the Staff to Dr. Hartog. The only down fall after the surgery I had no belly button which was upsetting to me. However, overall very happy with my results. After my surgery other Plastic Surgeons I visited for other procedures they always ask me who did my tummy tuck because it looks amazing and I healed very nicely. I would recommend this doctor to anyone. Was pricey but worth every penny.

I recently had a breast augmentation and if I could go back I would NOT have chosen this doctor. He is very impersonal and showed no care to me what so ever after I paid for the surgery. During my post-op appointment he did not ask any questions about how I was feeling, my opinion on the results, etc. Yet, he was almost leaving before I even had a chance to state a concern of mine. When I started to explain to him my issue he INTERRUPTED me mid sentence to inform me that he can not and will not give me more pain medication...which was NOT what I was trying to say. He assumed that I was trying to ask for more medication when in fact I had a genuine concern. I wish I would have done a little more research. After reading some reviews I see that I am not the only one who has had a similar experience. After him and the nurse left the room I was supposed to go to the front desk to schedule an appointment but out of frustration I immediately just left. I have yet to hear anything from the clinique to check on me and see if I wanted to go ahead and schedule a post-op appointment. They just do not care after they have your money.

I've been a regular at this clinic for over 8 years. The level of professionalism, combined with the warmth of the staff, is a big part of why I keep coming back. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes, regardless of how busy they are. I look totally natural, and with their VIP club, referral points and special offers, they make it affordable as well. As long as I live in the Orlando area, I'll never go anywhere else.

Don't waste your time consulting with this doctor. I've been doing a ton of research over the past 2 years and this is the 4th doctor I have consulted with in my search for a doctor to provide my services (not just my services, but a doctor to recommend for my clients, as I am a local esthetician with a high clientele who have been asking me where to go for cosmetic surgery and injectibles) he came in, took a very brief look and rudely stated that I need a breast lift, a tummy tuck, and arm lipo (so far, the only doctor who has told me this, and I've spoken with high demand surgeons in miami). I told him I was not interested in these services and he didn't even bother finding any middle ground or showing me any reference to back his claim before promptly leaving the room. He had a terrible bedside manner and no regard for what I wanted. It seemed to me like he just wanted to recommend services that will put more money in his pockets rather than what will make his patients happy. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office, nor will I recommend it to my clients.

The only reason I gave a 9 is appoitments are always tricky at best with my schedule and I am not trained in diagnosis. Therefore I have no opinion. Do I trust them. I trust no one else. You pay for an expertise in this field. What you get is so much more. Not just one field but several. It's a better result when people are cross trained in multlple fields and excellent in all of them. This is high standards at it's best.

Staff was nice however not the surgery. It's been almost 3 years since my surgery and I'm not happy with the outcome. Before I completely healed I complained the incisions opened up and did not heal properly so now it looks horrible. I had a consultation with the doctor and of course to get it fixed I would have to pay more money....

I initially did the 14 sessions of endermologie with Dagmar, who is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. I was very happy to notice a reduction in the appearance of cellulite on my upper legs within the first few treatments. As I continued the treatments, the appearance of cellulite continued to decrease and I noticed that I was able to fit into a smaller size of clothes. My weight did not change, but my size did. An added benefit for me is that this treatment has helped with my lower back pain. In the beginning of the treatments I had to take a pain pill to be able to turn over on the treatment table and get on my stomach. I can now do these treatments without pain and it has helped my back with every day activities. This benefit was completely unexpected, but it's just another reason why I love endermologie. I am now in a maintenance program of once per week for 14 weeks and continue to enjoy the same results.
