I met Dr Fisher at BGH for an ankle injury requiring surgery. Couldnt have had BETTER CARE anywhere else and I highly recommend this doctor!! Hadn't been able to walk comfortably and without a limp for over a year and now I'm 6 weeks post-op....walking comfortably and with ease.Dr Fisher knows his stuff and you dont get the 'run around'. I'll recommend him to anyone.

I've had 3 surgeries at this office, 1 with Dr. Fischer and 2 with Dr. DiBenidetto. I'm nothing short of perfectly happy with the outcome of my surgeries, as well as the competency of the staff. I also spent 3 weeks job shadowing Dr. D and they are an incredibly professional staff. I highly recommend NIOSM!

I hate writing negative reviews...responded to an ad. Was up here from out of state and made it ABSOLUTELY CLEAR I needed my Medicare insurance to pay for the visit and asked them to make absolutely SURE it would before I made the appointment because I suspected it might have an out of state restriction and wanted to avoid any problem. It's WHY I asked them to check it out and told them that. They affirmed it would pay. After I arrived I again requested she check on it to make SURE it would and to check it out in ADVANCE. She affirmed that it would so I filled out their forms and signed everything based on that affirmation. I asked these things IN ADVANCE because the insurance might have the restrictions and told them so IN ADVANCE. Now they want payment. So either 1) the Medical receptionist made a mistake & I will delete this review when they do the right thing and mark the debt Paid; or 2) I got CONNED. A mistake was made. It wasn't mine & I shouldn't have to pay for it...they overlook stuff like this might want to consider what they might overlook in x-rays. Or Surgery.

Horrific customer service. If I could rate in the minus I would. Dr. DiBenedetto will have a professional temper tantrum if you question his 'diagnoses'. He does not listen nor does he care to listen. - 3
