Im 55 and recently lost 125 lbs. I knew i wanted a tummy tuck, but was unsure what to expect for my age. Dr Poulter did surgery 12/10/19. Im now 6 weeks out and the result is better than I ever hoped for! I had an extended tummy tuck with some muscle repair and my belly has never been so flat! All office staff are friendly and professional. Def recommend!

That's extremely important to me and one of the reasons why I chose this doctor. The doctor himself, is brilliant and remarkably talented, and takes time to answer all your questions. I am 25 years old and came to Dr. Poulter for breast augmentation. Dr. Poulter and his team explained every step of the process and walked me through all of my options and answered all of my questions.They explained the types of implants and sizes followed by Dr. Poulter giving his professional opinion about my specific body and breast shape. He made sure everything would be proportional and suitable for my original breast size/tissue.All of the information I would need for pre and post surgery was given to me in advance so I was very well prepared about the whole procedure.Dr. Poulter put in Natrelle Inspira SCX Cohesive 400cc (Gummy Bear) implants and the results are AMAZING! (even only being 1 1/2 weeks post-op)I could not be more thankful and impressed by Dr. Poulter and his ENTIRE team! I would recommend Dr. Jeffery Poulter and his team to anyone looking for seamlessly perfect results!

What can you say about a top-notch gifted, caring surgeon, with a professional support team? I will try to express in words, how Dr. Poulter and his wonderful staff changed my life. My eyes have always been my greatest attribute, and as I aged I started to look tired, and less energetic. At 64, I wanted to see better and look the way I felt inside, energized. Dr. Poulter and his gifted hands gave me back my youthful eyes. Every step of the process was flawless, I knew what to expect, and I can honestly say my upper and lower eyelid surgery was painless. I would like all the youthful men out there with tired eyelids to know that eyelid surgery is not only for women. My wife and I are overjoyed with the positive impact that Dr. Poulter made in our life. Dr. Poulter will always have my sincere gratitude. After losing 140 lbs I found myself at a decent weight but very unhappy with the excess skin left behind. I met with a surgeon in Springfield first, but decided if I was going to have something like this done I should consult with a 2nd surgeon. After Googling other surgeons, reading dozens of websites, and looking at reviews, I decided to meet with Dr Poulter. Several had commented that he was a perfectionist and I was interested in seeing what he was able to offer me. The consultation went really well and my husband and I decided to schedule right then. He took the time I needed to explain what he could do to help me and why he needed to do things in a certain order to obtain results we would both be happy with. He offered positive affirmation whereas the other had told me why he couldnt give me great results. When I pressed him to accomplish several things in one surgery he explained why it was not the best option for me and never budged on his ideals and experience just to satisfy me. I was so comfortable the day or surgery and during my followup visits. Any calls with questions were always quickly answered. When I went last week for my 6 week followup the first thing Dr Poulter did, besides shaking my hand, was ask if I am happy. Before I left the office I scheduled my 2nd surgery! When talking to him about taking a long break after the 2nd surgery (4 have been recommended to satisfy my concerns), he was very understanding of what my wishes are and why. A friend of mine had a similar surgery by that first Dr I saw in Springfield just a week before I did. I will say her experience with healing, information leading up to surgery, and her pain management was all completely different. I had so much more information on what to expect going into mine than she had. I have no doubt I chose the right surgeon for me! My results are better than I had ever expected & everyone close to me was completely shocked at how quickly I healed and was able to get back to work. Beyond being an excellent surgeon, I must commend his staff. From my first call on, Ive had nothing but excellent service from the ladies in the office. I may have been very anxious starting this process, but neither Dr Poulter, nor his staff has ever made me feel uncomfortable or self conscious. Thank you all for helping me take the outer shell of a 300 lb girl away, while leaving me with the body that I worked so hard to get back! Im excited to have this next surgery and enjoy summer with my much improved body thanks to your help. Youve truly changed my life

They also were very thorough in explaining every step and answering all of my questions. The surgery was a success, and more than what I hoped for! Dr Poulter and staff were wonderful. I had two previous surgeries on a lipoma on my back and it kept return. Dr Poulter assured me he could remove it all and took the time to explain the surgery to me. I am four weeks out and it looks good. his stitch was much better then those left from my previous surgeries. Only thing I wish was I went to him first instead of wasting my time with the other plastic surgeon who did the first two surgeries. I highly recommend this office.

I would highly recommend Dr. Poulter! My baby was over 10 lbs when he was born and Im not that big myself, so I had alot of torn muscles and extra skin that I couldn't get rid of. I heard about Dr. Poulter and set up a consult. I was a little nervous about having surgery, but after I talked to Dr. Poulter I felt very confident about it and comfortable. Many years I came to this dr for a lip that did not heal from a sunburn. He said if it was cancer he would have to remove my bottom lip I began to shake as he took me in his back room to do a shave of the top of my lip! His bed side manor was horrible And by the way he said it was nothing. Miss diagnosing real cancer!

I had a great experience. I had wanted to have something done for years, but always kept making excuses. I lost 20 pounds last year thinking that would take care of my larger legs. I lost inches everywhere but my knees and upper thighs - the only places I really wanted the fat to come off. Dr. Poulter's office was amazing! Everything moved pretty quickly and efficiently but I still was able to call anytime and get answers to my questions. There was a pretty high amount of anxiety when I started the process due to it being my first surgery ever but each time I met with him my worries went down the drain. The results were stellar and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. He is down to earth, kind to his staff, takes pride in his work and is very good at what he does. I highly recommend this practice!

I went to see Dr. Poulter after a sporting injury where I cut my knee open on a screw and he and his office staff were great. The office was knowledgeable and Dr. Poulter was very kind, caring, and compassionate through everything and he did great work. I am very glad I went to see him and I will be going back to see him when I am finished playing volleyball to have more revision work done on the scaring!

Dr Poulter and his staff are great. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction done on my hips. They all helped me to feel comfortable. All the staff was extremely easy to talk to. Everyone at the office seems very genuine! Dr. Poulter is very professional and upfront about results so you know exactly what you're going into.He's very detail oriented and thorough, which was very important to me and in the end, it's why I chose him. It's been a year since my surgery. I have absolutely no regrets. I've lost 30 lbs. Aftercare is great. Recovery went well. I could tell that it's important to him that his patients are happy with their results. That's rare in a Dr. In my experience. He wasn't the only Dr I had a consultation with. He wasn't the least expensive but I felt that he was the most knowledgeable. His office keeps you overnight which I thought was important. Some of the other Dr's I looked into did not offer that. If I have any other work done, I will for sure go back to Dr Poulter and his amazing staff. You guys are great!

Would not recommend. Was not happy with results and Dr Poulter refused to fix the issues without having me pay close to what I had paid for the surgery. I would recommend going elsewhere. After calling around to multiple practices, Dr Poulter is one of the few that charges so much to have a revision. This surgery is something I have always looked forward to and saved for, and I feel like my money was wasted.

Dr. Poulter and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Poulter patiently explained all aspects of my procedure and answered all of my questions. He never made me feel rushed during my appointments. His staff members are very helpful and friendly. Though I was nervous the morning of my surgery Nurse Donna put me at ease with her calming personality. Nurse Donna is truly an angel and was so sweet in preparing me for surgery. In the surgery room I was immediately surrounded by kind-hearted staff in making me comfortable. There were warming pads on the surgical bed and oh so wonderful warm air blowing on me from a hose under the covers. Nurse Donna was by my side the entire time calming me as the anesthesiologist quickly and gently inserted the IV. I hate needles and was glad this part went so smoothly. Dr. Poulter cares so much for his patients and their well-being. If you follow his pre-surgery and post-surgery instructions the post-surgery pain is minimal. Dr. Poulter is an artist in his profession. I am thrilled with my surgery results! Dr. Poulter gave me the perfect results I was seeking. I can't say enough about Dr. Poulter and his staff. They took excellent care of me and continue to truly care about my well-being during my post-surgery check-ups. Thank you Dr. Poulter and staff members for your talent and expert care. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me!

If you are considering any procedure look no further!! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Poulter & his entire staff!! Everyone is extremely professional, knowledge & friendly! He always has time to answer questions. From start to finish everyone makes you feel comfortable. I had a breast augmentation and they look incredible! I chose the gummy bears because I wanted a natural look. They most definitely look natural! Minimal scars! After surgery, pain was nothing to speak of....more uncomfortable than pain. Ive also had Botox & will have it again! Minor punching feeling with the injections.

I have had two surgical procedures performed and had excellent outcomes with both. On a periodic basis I have injections to add volume to my cheeks and lips along with micro-needling to help diminish acne scarring and wrinkles. After years of doing research I decided on Dr.Poulter. He is truly a skilled, talented, caring plastic surgeon. It was not an easy decision to have abdominoplasty. I now so happy with my results. I am almost two months post op and think my shape is still evolving/shrinking. I can now wear clothes that fit and look nice instead of trying to hide my mid section. I ask myself why did I wait? I would say make an appointment and go see for yourself what Dr Poulter can do for you. I feel he is honest and safety is always top priority. The staff at Dr. Poulters is also wonderful!
