Liposuction and Cosmetic Surgery Institute is a well oiled machine. Doctors and staff are wonderful. They're very organized and well informed and take their time to answer all your questions. I had my lower eyelids done there and they are fabulous. I would highly recommend this facility. The procedures and costs are very fair as well.

Leslie and all staff are absolutely amazing! I went to the Oakbrook location and they made me feel super comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. My lips look fabulous. Definitely wont ever go to anyone else for lip fillers, she is the best!

My experience at the Liposuction and Cosmetic surgery institute at the Oak Brook location was by far the best!!! From the moment I walked in for my visit I felt so welcomed by Dina and the rest of the office staff. Everyone was very professional, Which for me was huge because I was feeling a bit nervous before I walked in. But Dina made me feel a lot more comfortable right way and she treated me like a personal friend. She was really sweet and personable and I will always be grateful to her for helping me feel more confident and sexy about myself. I'm already looking forward to seeing her again. Thank you Dina!!! I highly recommend!!!

Leslie is the BEST! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. I started seeing Leslie one year ago for botox and lips. My before picture popped up on my social media recently and the results are truly amazing. Leslie knows exactly what I want every time I go in for a visit. I went to get my lips done by Leslie. My first experience was fine, I got half a syringe, but my lips looked still small so I went back for another half. My second time returning was terrible. The waiting room was slammed with people and I got put in a little random room and had to slab on numbing cream myself. Then I got ushered to another room where Leslie ran in, injected me really quick and ran out again because they were so busy. My issue with this place is that I never got a proper consult or proper attention as a patient and client. No one went over with me what we're doing (how much filler- it was assumed I want 0.5cc), how the process works, and especially what type of filler I was getting injected and the fact that migration occurs with Juvaderm commonly. Before Leslie injected me, she had to pop my lip filler bubbles that were caused from the first injection, which was painful only with numbing cream on. After she left the room, I did not even get to properly ice and I was basically kicked out because I was told 'the room is needed ASAP because another patient is line'. I do not think that is a proper way of dealing with clients. After my second injection, I got lip filler bubbles again. I messaged Leslie that I am not happy with my lips and that I would like them fixed considering they looked the same from the before and afters. I was offered to either come back and get more filler (pay for it myself) or get a lip implant. I responded that I am not a happy customer and that I will not be returning because I felt like they just wanted my money. I went to another lip specialist to do another full syringe and I am in love with my lips. They are full, no migration, I got a full 30 minute consult, dental blockers, numbing cream, explanation of the procedure, and proper injection methods that did not leave any lip filler bubbles. I do not recommend this place because my experience led me to believe that they only care about getting patients in and out quickly instead of resolving the issues that were caused. I wasted $600 for nothing.

Leslie is the absolute best. Ive been going to her for almost 10 years and have had sclerotherapy treatment, Botox and filler under my eyes. She makes the process easy and (mostly) painless :) and checks in to ensure I am happy with my results. I recommend her to EVERYONE. Love love love the team and especially Leslie!

From the very beginning, my experience was great! I highly recommend Leslie Forrester and staff! The woman who did my consult at the Oak Brook location mentioned she had worked for the office for 40 years- and you could tell (she was extremely friendly too!) I then saw Leslie (Wrinkle Fairy) and she was very informative and easy-going which eased my anxiousness about getting the procedure done. She did an excellent job and I am SO happy with my results! I had my 4th appt today, over the course of 10 months. Had Botox injections in my forehead and lip filler at each appt. Each service, the cost was generally the same and requested same services. Today I was shocked when I was charged $350 more than what I had paid the last 3 appts. I called and they stated I recieved an additional 18 units of Botox, compared to previous appts. I called BS! She then stated I had Botox injected in another location than the previous appt. Again, BS! Rewind back to the appointment. When I was walked back to my room they asked if i was there for Botox and I said yes. She then asked if I wanted filler too. I said I wanted to talk to Leslie because the filler doesnt last and seems to move above my upper lip. She said numb up just in case and talk to Leslie.Gave me a q-tip with numbing cream on it and walked out. I expressed my concern with Leslie and she offered lip implants and injected lower on my lip than previous appts. Then injected my forehead with Botox (three injections mid forehead and two injections between my brows) someone else walked in and Leslie said she was there to talk to me about skincare. I was handed ice and was suggested laser treatments, facials and microderm abrasion. At this point I'm still ok.....yes appt rushed, yes more sales than service, but honestly all the appointments have been this way so I thought it was normal. 8 hours later I have a large hard lump on one side of my lip, no more Botox than previous appointments, read multiple reviews and feel ripped off!!

I had my droopy eyelids done by Dr. Daw. Dr. Daw, and everyone I dealt with at all my appointments, has been great to work. The difference in my eyes is amazing and its only been a few month and still healing. I cant wait to see the final result, very satisfied so far. Leslie is great to work with if you need a little Botox or filled. Elle was extremely helpful from day one. I can honestly say they have all made every visit a good one!

It doesnt matter what time your appointment is at, they favor people who have been there before for treatments even if their appointment is after your appointment time. No one apologized for the wait either, they need to schedule the appointment times better. The whole experience from the staff was not personable.

Set up and appointment for kybella. Dr. Algird Mameniskis came in an didnt ask me any questions or consult me what so ever. Did not ask me what I was looking to achieve. Was not personable at all and frankly seemed like I was bothering him. Did not draw any lines on my face and Did not put any of the dots underneath my chin that you see all the professionals doing . Gave me the injections and sent me on my way. It was not worth the money and I wouldnt go there again to get this treatment . Found another professional that will work with what Im looking to achieveI would really like my money back

They might do decent work, but they'll charge you 4X the price and they're absolutely the rudest. The girls who answer the phones are short, never wait for you to finish a sentence, and always hang up on you without saying Thank you, bye, or any other salutation. They give attitudes when you ask even the smallest questions. The prices are incredibly overpriced for what you're receiving and compared to other offices. I do not recommend this office.Go to a different office and get your money's worth, and be treated respectfully.

Apparently the location in Oak Brook doesnt like to stay open during their online posted hours. I drove all the way out to this location and they were closed two hours before they were supposed to be. I even called the day before to ask what their hours were the next day. what a waste of time
