Dr.Dickerson, Nurse Courtney, and all of the staff of Fayetteville Plastic Surgery are phenomenal. For a while I have been considering buccal fat pad removal surgery to help combat my chubby cheeks and facial fullness. I was able to get the procedure done at Fayetteville Plastic Surgery. Dr. Dickerson and Nurse Courtney made scheduling the procedure super simple and easy and answered all the questions I had about the procedure. The procedure itself was quick, easy and pain free. While it has only been a week since the procedure was done I can already see noticeable differences in my face and am very happy with the result! Thanks Dr. Dickerson!

Dr. Dickerson and his assistant nurse, Courtney, are both pretty awesome. I needed reconstructive surgery to repair a fractured eye socket, and Dr. Dickerson did an amazing job. Can't believe it was done without cutting. And now my eyesight is back to normal. Can't say enough about this practice.

Dr. Dickerson aka Dr. D and his staff are so professional and caring. I have been going to see Dr. D for Botox injections for my migraines for over 12 years. The Botox of course also helps with my '11'. Dr. D treats me like family and always ask how my family is doing. He's very attentive and answers my questions thoroughly when I need further explanation. I am currently considering another procedure and I'm looking forward to seeing my results. I would highly recommend going to see Dr. D if you are considering any type of plastic surgery.

I was very apprehensive about getting any cosmetic surgery done because of my age and the botched jobs you hear about. However, after I spoke with Carmen Maldonado, a Patient Care Coordinator, she eased so much of my apprehension. I called an emailed Carmen so much prior to my procedure, I'm sure I must have been a burden. But she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her at all. As a matter of fact, it was quite the opposite, she made me feel as if I were her priority. I had my mother and a close friend with me the the day of my procedure and they both noted how awesome Carmen's care and attentiveness was toward me. We decided, collectively, she needs a raise or special day set aside just for her..... something that shows her how valuable she is.....#Carmen'sCare! It's been a little over 9 days since my procedure and I've seen Carmen four times, telephoned Carmen, and emailed Carmen many many many times and she still without hesitation provides what seems to come so effortless to her #Carmen'sCare! I could literally go on and on but you will just have to check her out for yourselves. Once the referral was in THEY called Me to schedule and appointment. Then about a week before the appointment they called me again to reschedule due to the doctor being out, the fact that the staff actually takes the time to call the patients to follow up on appointments is amazing to me. Most clinics would have you come in and not even say anything until you check in. Staff is great and very friendly and will help with anything you need.

My boyfriend has had the worst experience with this office. They are negligent and do not respond to concerns. We emailed them Tuesday/Wednesday three times regarding an issue and here it is Wednesday night and no returned email, not once . I was giving this office one more chance before writing this review because I believe in giving people the opportunity to make it right before blasting them publicly. As a patient you will not be treated right and they will not answer questions direct so that they can beat around the bush when something doesnt go as planned. Again, I am waiting a response from their office regarding my email. I will write another review response when I hear back. Lets see how long it takes.*Update! it has been almost a month since the email was sent after having to email every person on the office time and time again, I have finally got what was requested from them in my email. You will not be treated like a human being and they will take your money and never look back. The services performed have made the condition worse. Better off going somewhere else

I scheduled a consult for liposuction sometime in July, from the time I walked into the office, the staff were beyond friendly and very welcoming to me. The Surgical Coordinator, Carmen was extraordinary, she answered all of my questions as well as address my concerns, I felt as if she had been a long time friend. Dr. Dickerson was equally awesome, he made me feel very comfortable and excited about going through with the procedure, he listened to the areas that I wanted to fix, and put my mind at ease about the decision I was making. 5 weeks after the initial consult, I am now 1 week post-op! I am loving my flat/contoured tummy, flanks and back. AND I FEEL AMAZING. I went in at 8 am for surgery and was out by 1pm, the staff (I can't express how great they were), made me so comfortable, I was so nervous. I would definitely go back for more work and also recommend to anyone who was looking for any plastic surgery or aesthetics. Absolutely no regrets!! I am so glad I had my work done here!

She called my name and was instantly a friendly, calming face.. as I was nervous to get botox for the first time. She gave me a full consultation and even told me about a rewards program to save money for future appointments.
