Dr Heck is not only an excellent surgeon, he is also a great doctor, who listens to his patient. I came to him for a second opinion, after months of pain and 3 consults with another surgeon. He confidently proposed a surgical approach, and addressed all my concerns patiently. His team was very supportive during the planning stages, answering any questions I had the weeks before and after surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly, the facility provides a high level of patient care, and I felt in excellent hands throughout this process. From start to finish, Dr Heck and his team made this process as transparent and comfortable as it could be. The end results look great, but most importantly, I am pain free.

My experience was not good at all I have scars that are everywhere on the side of my eyes and was told my surgery would last 10 years no it didnt and dr heck knows he messed up because he tried to fix it with a second surgery.
