I had my breast augmentation surgery less than a week ago with Dr. Wakelin, and believe me when I tell you I have little to no pain during my recovery. I researched surgeons in Beverly Hills and Atlanta, and I felt like the online pictures were ok, but after looking at CAPS before and after online pictures, I knew they were the ones I wanted to complete my procedure. I am so glad I did. This is the best decision I made.

B.C. And Jackie are fantastic and know their crafts. They take pride in their work and are extremely knowledgeable. As a person of color, it can be daunting to have procedures on your face and risk complications of scarring or hyperpigmentation. I have not had an issue with any of those complications or any others. I have received multiple facials, micro-needling, and laser treatments. I am very happy with everything. Great staff here.

Tiffany Shoup is my go to when it comes to facial services. She has got my skin looking bright and smooth and helps me choose the best products that work best with my skin type. All the staff have great personalities and if theres an issue with anything, they are prompt with making things right and going above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Just had my first facial with Kayci and really enjoyed my experience. Kayci was very personable and really took her time in addressing my skin concerns. Before putting any product on my face, Kayci informed be of what she was doing and informed me of the product's benefits. I felt like she listened to my needs and created a skin care routine that fit my lifestyle as a student and also addressed my skincare concerns. I have been around the block to various medical spas, but would highly recommend booking your next facial consultation/appointment with Kayci at Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery!

First off the people here are nice and the place is fancy, but they charged $100 consultation fee even if you are traveling from afar which is the first red flag, then they compliment this with a $100 gift card for some skin treatment or evaluation scam to make you feel better lol. The doctor I talked with was very nice, well educated and very informative but doesnt discuss price thats after they check you out and take photos of you. You then go to get your itemized bill which in my case included a $2700 faculty fee not to mention other frivolous fees, absolutely ridiculous pricing (the highest Ive encountered), and Ive I have shopped around 10 surgeons in 3 different states. So, unless you just want to waste money paying ridiculous fees I would avoid these people and do your homework. There are plenty of great surgeons that would take care of your needs for half the cost or less than this place.

At first I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Heck. He looked at my photos and was able to answer a lot of my questions. I had an in person consultation on May 14th. Dr. Heck was very professional and made me feel comfortable. He took my measurements and recommended different size implants. I was able to try on each size to see what felt and looked best. I ended up choosing the Natrelle soft touch gel implants with 340cc. For reference Im 52 200lbs and started out as a 38C. He recommend an inframammary incision, under the muscle and high profile. Everyone at the CAPS office was very friendly and helpful. I had my surgery on May 29th at the Riverside outpatient surgery center. The staff was friendly and helped ease my nerves. The pre surgery process was very simple and the surgery took a little over 1.5 hours. I was able to go home after a couple hours with an ace wrap around my chest. The post op pain was exactly like Dr. Heck had prepared me for. My chest felt very tight, sore and numb. I also had some pain at the incision site. Thankfully the pain meds and muscle relaxers prescribed helped tremendously. I had my first post op appointment on June 1st. The ace wrap was removed and I got my surgical bra that Ive been wearing 24/7. Dr. Heck said that my breasts looked just like they were supposed to and that my incisions were healing well. Im currently 12 days post op and Im feeling great. I still have some soreness and a little pain at my incision site first thing in the morning. I have finished my antibiotics and Im only taking Tylenol for pain. My breast are already feeling more soft and less numb. I feel like they look better and more normal each day. I also like that I cant see my incisions since it is in the fold under my breast. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Heck and the staff at CAPS. You can tell he is an expert when it comes to breast surgeries. He is very friendly and always made me feel completely comfortable. Im so happy that I chose him as my surgeon and would recommend him to anyone!

I started receiving treatments with Jackie Smith earlier this year and I can't say enough about how much better I look and feel. Since discovering CAPS four years ago, my skin has never felt or looked better. I get medical grade facials with Brooke each month that are prescriptive and tailored to my skins needs. For years I battled oily skin and acne with no relent. From the age of 15 until 41, with no reprieve. There was no treatment that ever held my skin issues at bay. Until I finally found the professionals at CAPS. Not only does Brooke prescribe and treat my skin with exactly what it needs when I am in the office each month, but she has educated me about the science of skincare, so that I understand what my skin needs on a daily basis. She has introduced me to the products that are part of my daily skincare routine that maintain my skin and keep it looking its best. She recommends only the products that my skin NEEDS, never something in excess that I dont. Never have I ever met someone who knows more about skincare than Brooke! And I have been to many, many, many dermatologists over the years. She is an extremely educated professional that takes her job very seriously. She loves what she does and it shows. Brooke has also introduced me to CAPS nurse practitioner Jackie, who is equally incredible and impressive. More about the services I receive from Jackie and her assistant Hayley next time.

EVERYONE that I met was extremely professional and kind! Dr. Heck is down-to-earth and very meticulous in his skill of plastic surgery! Pricing is in line with the surrounding area, and maybe even a little more reasonable than most! No one has been pushy about purchasing services or products. Dr. Heck, as well as his staff, are honest about recommending services that may be helpful with improving the signs of aging and skin damage. I recently had a coolsculpting procedure done under my chin and under both arms. Everyone is very friendly and explain everything kindly and informatively. The rooms are quiet and welcoming. The procedure itself is non-invasive and though slightly uncomfortable, happens quickly with little to no after effects. And he procedure does not hurt, it is just some awkward positioning to do it all at once. The fact that they are able to provide the ability to do so many areas at the same time is fabulous. You can always opt to do things one a at a time. My treated areas were slightly tender for about 2 weeks after but I was easily able to continue with the after procedure recommendations with little discomfort. I can see results even after 1 visit and will be scheduling another to continue my own plan.
