Hope Hand

I've been trying to decide for months if I should post a review, and what I should say. I'm now months healed from a breast reduction operation with Dr. Vasko. I would say that unfortunately she over-promised and under-delivered. I don't know if it was any fault of her own, but she said that she had to keep a certain amount for blood flow. It was just a larger size than what we had spoken about and I had seen pictures of.I have had very oversensitive nipples since the operation and before the surgery I did mention that I was fine if any feeling was cut off. It was just a different outcome than what I expected. After 6 weeks any pain was gone, after three months I was healed enough to go back to full manual labor. I have been fully healed for some time and I also start the morning with a 2 mile jog that I wasn't able to do before.After the surgery, I have found the incision sites while healed are very irritated with activity. I will have to get the ends of the incision on both sides towards my sternum re-cut because I seem to have pinched skin that gets very irritated on a daily basis because of the way that it was sown up. I had no problems with any infection or anything the entire time. All instructions were followed and it was kept well cleaned. I also bought the bras and did everything I was supposed to but where the liposuction was around the ends I seem to have just as much fat deposits as before the surgery. I will most likely have a reconstruction down the road, I need it. So this review is really just to anyone thinking that this is a one-stop-shop. It's not. It's a process, and I don't know if I'll have the work that I need done by Dr. Vasko because I'm not sure that it will heal any differently with the same surgeon.

I have wanted certain procedure for several years. I finally made the decision to schedule a consultation to talk to a surgeon about the surgery. Since Dr. Vasko performed a similar procedure on a family member, I scheduled my consultation with her. The outcome of the procedure was amazing! Dr. Vasko is awesome! The results far exceeded my expectations and I am finally happy with my body.

Worst plastic surgeon ever, she did a breast reduction and made a total mess and she has no caring or compassion at all. All she wanted to talk about was how much it would be to fix the mess she made, I was appalled, like I would ever let you touch me again even for free!! Wish I could add pictures of her 'work'

Worst surgery ever, my young daugter had a breast reduction from Dr. Susan Vasko, she looks like some back room slasher hacker got ahold of her, it was bad enough the mess she made if her but then she tried to recut skin 3 different times in her Easton Office and my daughter contracted the acinetobacter baumannii bacteria and we ended up at Grant Wound care for 6 weeks getting antibiotics and collagen patches. All the while Dr. Vasko seemed to care less and gave us a price if we wanted repair work done, this woman needs her license revoked!!

Very disappointed with the nurse and the way I was treated. I quit smoking after many years and this surgery was my reward. I was honest with the Dr., letting her know that I had been a smoker but had worked very hard and was able to quit. She was aware that I was still using the patch but told me it wasn't an issue at all as long as I stopped using them 2 weeks prior to the surgery. I also stopped using the patch and was so proud of myself! I had done it!!! Dr. Vasko's nurse scheduled me for surgery and I was beyond excited. She called me back however, and told me because I had BEEN a smoker in the past, I would need a nicotine test, and it would probably take weeks for the results, thus delaying my surgery. I immediately called my physician, who told me they could get results from my test within 72 hours. Standard. As ALWAYS for the test. I called Dr. Vasko's nurse and explained to her what my physician's office told me about the test. She then called my physician, called me back and said, the test results would definitely take weeks and my surgery had to be postponed and there was nothing else that could be done to change it. Wait. What?I had stopped smoking! I had FINALLY done it! I still haven't smoked - just over 5 months now and the same nurse told me they are completely booked in December so with my school schedule it looks like I will have to wait until June to have this procedure. I am not accepting this. I am in pain every single day and have been for 20 years. My Insurance is paying for it IN FULL because it has been deemed a true necessity. I have found a wonderful new Surgeon ( Dr. Anne Taylor) and am completely satisfied with her staff. They have been so helpful and kind and I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be treated like a # or in my case, like I don't deserve to have this procedure because I WAS a smoker. I am still clueless as to what I did wrong.

Dr. Vasko, was wonderful, though its been nwmear 20 years ago she was very professional in attentively informing me she would nitvallow me to leave looking like a circus clown. In from a small town, and yes I went from a 34 a to 34 fullc or 36 small d, they impeccable beautiful and so nstual or my was near into i ssubke to tell I had not been born with them. I am returning after all this crime for mine were saline and /hey enrdcup wiymth a leaking valve possible and one has deflated. Though fearful, I believe she will helpvke the best she can.

I asked for botox in certain areas, the doctor said she will do 'diamond' technique in the forehead there is no differnce at all from before and after. Filler I asked for specific areas in the face it looks like the whole injection was put in one area and now have a lump in that spot it was not distributed evenly and what i asked, I also told the nurse I use Radiesse filler and I saw on my bill juvaderm ultra was used. Very dissapointed
