everybody was so kind. i paid 6,150$ for breast augmentation and that is the price including the half off the implants. They measured my breast and one was bigger and did not get the two different sized implants. he said there wouldnt be a noticeable difference. well there is. my scars are two different sizes and are about two inches higher than the fold under my breast also. very prominent and noticeable. I just look sort of botched. i understand things happen. Again everybody was so kind so dont let my experience deter you.

Would not recommend them to anyone. Although the staff are super sweet the cool sculpting I had done never showed any results. I look the exact same. They even took before and after pictures and stated multiple times that I would receive them via email and I never did. I have since then gone to another location here in Mt Pleasant and received the same exact procedure with the same exact amount of visits and have seen a HUGE difference. Spend the extra money and go to another place.

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Hensel. I have never had this type of surgery before and he made me feel so comfortable in my decision and explained everything until I truly understood. He was very caring for how I felt and made an uncomfortable experience (showing my post baby body) very comfortable. Michele was wonderful to work with and when talking to her I felt like I knew her for years.On top of Dr. Hensel and his wife being amazing, the environment was welcoming and staff was super friendly! I cannot wait to move forward with my surgery!

worst experience EVERRR!!! They told me I only needed cool sculpting for 4500$ I pay it get the procedure no difference and its been months I told them Im unhappy with the results and even the nurse agreed she sees no results. I then see the doctor for the first time and he agreed now I Need a 8000$ procedure and he was only willing to give me 1500$ off so I would be paying basically almost 10000$ for their mistake long story short Im going to Miami .

I had Botox done on my brow line for my here by Dr. Hensel - big mistake. Four days after the injections I awoke to my right eyelid drooping and could barely open my eye. It looked like I had a lazy eye - like my eyes were asymmetrical. Mortifying! After researching (this was my first Botox experience) I learned that its standard for the doctor to do a thorough review of your facial features prior to injecting Botox with new patients (never happened) and this happens to a very small percent of people when either/or too much Botox is injected or the injection hits the muscle in the wrong place. Its been a month and its finally starting to go back to normal. Only options if this happens is to wait it out (it can take weeks to months) or get more Botox to try and correct which I had no faith in at this office to do and after this experience was scared to death to have anyone touch my face.I called the office multiple times and was given the run around and then never received a call back. The doctor himself never bothered to follow up with me - I would NOT recommend this office

I could never, in good faith, recommend Lowcountry. I paid for services upfront and showed for 2 scheduled appointments to find out the staff members were not available. No call, no cancellation, absolutely the worst customer service. I have to give them an undeserved star to post a review. Lowcountry is unwilling to admit they lack professionalism or correct a wrong! Beware of paying in full before services are rendered.

My experience with LPSC could not have been better. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. Dr Hensel told me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision when planning my breast augmentation, which included removal of implants from a previous augmentation. He listened to the outcome that I was expecting and advised me of the implant size that would achieve it. He was 100% right! I am so happy with the results. This was the easiest procedure I ever could have imagined! I was leaving the office an hour and a half after surgery. I had zero pain and went on with my day without taking any pain meds! Unbelievably, I did not even feel the need to go home and rest. I was out and about the rest of the day. I never had to take one of the pain meds prescribed at any time during my recovery. I believe the preparation advice given by LPSC prior to surgery made all the difference. If you are considering this procedure, I would highly recommend Dr. Hensel. You will not regret it!!

I never write reviews but HAD to after seeing Anita for Botox and Fillers last week. She is hands down the best injector I have ever had (and I've pretty much been getting this stuff since it came out.) She takes her time and uses different techniques that I've never seen before...but whatever she does, my lips look SO good and defined, and essentially gave me a brow lift without surgery! Quick tip: I had to book well in advance as she books up fast (for good reason)

From the initial call, to the walk in the door and the entire consult process I felt like I was being treated like a queen. I was greeted at the front desk with smiles and positive vibes! I was given a tour of the office which included a FREE new beauty magazine that by the way Dr. Hensel is featured in AND a free microderm! The office was beautiful. My tour guide Michele made me feel so comfortable with my surroundings. They even showed me a glimpse of the Operating room and I had NO Idea all of the amazing services that they offer. Very unprofessional. Rescheduled me with a different person who wasnt even trained to do the makeup I had already paid a deposit for and didnt tell me until I showed up outside normal business hours for my appointment. Now I have to try and get my money refunded because Im not paying for a newbie to do this when I paid for an experienced job. A little honesty would have gone a long way rather than me showing up for an appointment I wouldnt be able to get.

5 years ago I did cool sculpting. Didnt go back because I saw no results and talking to a New York plastic surgeon who is one of the top plastic surgeons in the country said cool sculpting is dangerous and could give you frost bite. That I was very lucky. They still have 2,500 of my money that they refuse to give back after I never went back for the second procedure. There scam artists, crooks and blocked me on Facebook after deleting my comment about keeping money that doesnt belong to them. Do not use them there just after your money. Keep in mind Ive lived in NY the past two years and they are still holding my money! Im going to continue to let the world know on every social media platform until they give me my money back!

Went in yesterday for EmSculpt and was kind of nervous before my appointment because I didn't know what to expect. oh my gosh. From the moment I checked in the staff made me feel at ease and were so welcoming! Plus they didn't try to upsell me on anything, which is refreshing.During emsculpt it was such a weird feeling. not bad but weird. However, after I got home even after 1 session my butt was totally lifted and rounder, if that makes sense. I'm really excited to see even more dramatic results after my next treatment

This use to be my favorite spot to get everything from Botox, chemical peels IPL and more but my last 2 experience werent good. They gave me too many Botox and not evenly but didnt know until the next day. The last visit I paid for 2 IPLs and they switch out there IPL machine with a different one without anyone telling me before my appointment so I was surprised and very dissatisfied with the work they did with the new laser. They only lazor spot me and and I had to point out all my spots. She literally rushed me and didnt do enough for what i paid. This girl seemed so clueless and not knowledgeable of this machine. All the staff seems new in the whole office as well. Wasted 600 from last 2 visits. Theyre higher priced than anyone and I use to think they were worth it but not anymore.

My normal esthetician Melanie was not available for a couple of weeks so I booked with someone new to me, Jennifer. My appointment was at 2:15 so I rushed out of work to make it. At 2:35 I asked 'how much longer'. I was told at 2:40 that it would be another 15 minutes at least! I was told that they knew 'my time was important' (obviously not) and that was it. I had to get back to work and so I left. I'm sure they would laugh at my invoice if I billed them for my time, I don't work for free like most people. Dr. Funcik's office was able to fit me in a cancellation for the next day.I won't be back to LCPSC.
