I had been to two consultations elsewhere for the procedure I wanted before seeing Dr. Robbins, and after my consultation with him I knew that I had found the far superior doctor for the job. Dr. Robbins is SO kind and friendly. He has such caring and calming bedside manner that he instantly put me at ease when I met him, and for every visit thereafter. The staff is so caring and cheerful as well! I could tell that they were genuinely excited for me. The work Dr. Robbins did is absolutely fantastic. I researched plastic surgeons in Nashville and even in other states for some time before scheduling my consultation. It was important to me to find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specialized in the procedure I wanted. I found that a number of doctors who perform plastic surgeries are not Board Certified Plastic Surgeons and sometimes have questionable training. In other instances, I have known people who have had botched procedures because the plastic surgeon they used did not specialize in the procedure they received. Dr. Robbins had the extensive training and certifications I was looking for, as well as excellent reviews from his clients. What I was not expecting, was how incredibly personable Dr. Robbins and his staff are. Dr. Robbins and his staff foster a culture of competence, professionalism, and caring in their clinical practice. I could not be happier with the results of my procedure and the overall experience.And, as an update...I just went back for a VI peel with Ashley. I feel like she takes the time to really listen to her clients' concerns and preferences. She maintains a perfect balance of kindness and professionalism with her clients and I would highly recommend her.

From the first consultation, to my most recent follow-up, I have never doubted my surgeon selection. I, like many reviewing this now, depended on reviews to make my selection. Dr. Robbins has an amazing bedside manner... he truly makes you feel like you are the only patient under his care. Everyone in the practice goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, supported and beautiful! The procedure itself I elected: breast lift/implants, went as smooth as possible. It was all perfect. I felt well-informed, comfortable, I knew what to expect. The results? Extremely pleased. Ecstatic. Would do it again, with Dr Robbins, in a second. In fact, Im planning a tummy tuck within the next year... obviously with Dr Robbins. They now have their surgery center directly next to/connected to their main office. At 59 I found myself looking at my mother in the bathroom mirror every morning. I learned about Dr. Robbins from a family member and made an appointment to see what could be done about my aging face and sagging neck. I had decided that I wasn't really going to have surgery, I was just doing a little research to see what could be done. Dr. Robbins made me very comfortable as soon as I met him and after examining my face, he explained what he saw and what he recommended. No pressure at all. Katie went over the cost, I knew right then that I wanted the surgery. From the pre-surgery appointment until my 12 week check up , I could not have asked for a better experience. The entire staff has addressed every question and concern that I had as if I was their only patient. Every member of the staff is wonderful. I had a full facelift, a browlift, upper and lower eyelids, fat grafting and a chemical peel, basically the whole enchilada. The results are incredible. I cannot wait to look in the mirror every morning. It's like 15 years have been erased from my face. I cannot think of one thing I would have changed about the experience and I cannot imagine a better outcome. Highly, highly recommended.

The day I was told I needed a mastectomy was the most horrifying day of my life. I was scared to death but knew that I must move forward in order to get cancer free. A friend referred me to Dr. Robbins as he had performed her reconstructive breast surgery. He was also the number one name that came up when I asked others in my situation who they would recommend. Choosing Dr. Robbins to do my breast reconstruction after a bilateral mastectomy was one of the best decisions of my life. Dr. Robbins is exceptionally knowledgeable about cosmetic alterations to different parts of the body and what will work best for you and your body. Staff lied about accepting insurance when scheduling the appointment months out. Drove hours on the day of the appointment and mentioned that I'm using insurance to Dr. Robbins, who instead of ending things there, continued to intimately examine my body despite knowing there was no reason to. Dr. Robbins and one of his staff members, Katie, are incredibly rude people with no care for how they treat others. Dr. Robbins is an in network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield yet refuses to accept the insurance despite being contractually obligated to do so and advertising such on his website.
