I have loved this experience from day 1. I walked in and the office is so fresh and modernly decorated. It's beautiful, they quickly moved us to our room to wait for her and I dressed in a plush robe with a water. She made me feel completely at ease and was so kind to talk to. She didn't push anything extra (like lipo or implants,etc.) and really cared about my situation, my anesthesia fears, and comforted all my concerns and answered a written list of my questions. I scheduled an appointment to discuss repairing my abs (diastasis recti due to pregnancy) because of the many painful issues I've experienced with them being separated over 3'. She let me know that they would also remove any extra skin - yes please! I didn't have a lot of extra skin and with a long torso and high belly button she told me straight from the beginning I would have a line where my old belly button was, she also mentioned I'd likely lose my hip tattoo. I highly recommend her practice. I have to give a shout-out to her staff as well. My nurse, Blaire, was so kind and helpful from the beginning and answered any questionstquestions I came up with, and returned all emails quickly and thoroughly. I loved Stephanie who also helped with the entire process, billing and scheduling and was also there to answer any questions. I definitely recommend them and would definitely go back for cosmetic or facial treatments in the future. I will add an update in 6 months to let you know how recovery went.

My friend recommended I go to Restora and see Dr. Reid. I am so glad I did! I brought my mother with me. She is so hard to impress haha, but she could not stop raving about how amazing the front dresk, nurses, and all doctors involved were! We both agreed it was such a smooth process. We loved Nurse Katelyn, she really put my worried mother at ease. They answered my mother's many questions with patience and confidence! Wow! After seeing a similar complaint to mine I decided to do a review. I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Gordon and 3 years later my implant has bottomed out. I went in for an appointment with her and she told me that I was wrong and to just take some medicine. My Breast was literally hurting and you could feel the implant rippling. Please do your research people, $6k down the drain.

I had mini tummy several years ago. They messed up my belly button, where it's almost closed in. When I went in for my post op, they told me to put a marble in my belly button to help in large the belly button, didn't work marble got stuck and they had to remove. They were never able to correct it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Restora Austin - specifically Dr. Gordon and her staff. Every interaction I had with the office was positive and uplifting. The thing I appreciate the most about the staff is that they are very nice, but not fake as is the case in other plastic surgery offices. The office itself feels upscale and modern. The surgery center is amazing. It felt like a few hours at the spa. What sets Restora apart though, is Dr. Gordon herself. She is very personable, has an amazing bedside manner and really seems to care about her patients. I don't have experience with another plastic surgeon, however, I attribute my positive results and very easy recovery to her skill and the manner in which she performed my procedure. If I ever decide to have another cosmetic procedure done, I won't consider anyone else. She has earned my trust, definitely. Don't hesitate to see her!

I had a breast augmentation by Dr Ashley Gordon. 3 months later and my implants have bottomed out, meaning they have fallen below the socket & my natural breast line. It is extremely obvious & excruciatingly embarrassing. I think this is common in their practice because a nurse mentioned this during the consultation (they took tissue massage out of their protocol because they thought that was attributing to their bottoming our numbers). They have such high reviews bc they send you a survey right after the operation before results are visible. I am extremely unhappy with what theyve done to my body and it dictates how I live my life now. Would not recommend this surgeon to friends.

Got a breast augmentation from dr Gordon. The job was fine, smaller than we'd discussed. I was disappointed but they looked fine. All was good and a couple years after, a piece of the suture she used to shape my Areolas, broke. I called for help, since she was my doctor, and instead of fixing her mess, she referred me to a 'specialist'. And a huge domino effect of problems happened because she really doesn't care about her patients as humans. We're just there to give her money and then she's done. There were other issues I experienced with Restora and was left very unsatisfied with the customer service and care. They don't care about you! They just care about the money.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this office and Dr. Gordon. She did a Breast Augmentation for me 2.5 years ago and the results are nothing short of amazing! I was nervous for my initial consult but she and her staff put me at ease immediately. I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a doctor! The day of surgery I was nervous about the pain I might have afterwards but when I woke up I didn't feel that bad, I was even able to go to a toddler's birthday party the next morning with my family. I'm so pleased with the results of my first surgery that I've booked another surgery for next month to tighten my tummy and I don't even feel nervous because I know I'll be in good hands. I will also mention that the nurses at Restora really know their stuff. I've had filler and botox from Lindsay, Kacie, and Hawna and I'm always blown away by the results.

I have to give mad props to Restora, particularly Nurse Leslie. She was very quick in answering any questions I had by email and offered to see me in person for a free consultation the day after. I feel that she has the patient's best interest in mind as she wasn't 'selling' me the laser treatment that I thought I would need for my biking accident. Instead, she suggested that it would take another half a year before I could see improvements from my injuries. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment either which is another plus.

I went on a few consultations for my nose, and never found a surgeon I felt comfortable with. One surgeon actually pointed out flaws I didn't even know were there, making me even more self-conscious of my appearance! Dr. Reid listened to my concerns, pointed out the things he could make better, showed me the computer imaging, and then TOTALLY exceeded my expectations. The recovery was easier than I ever imagined, and my only regret is not finding him sooner. The best part is my after is even better than the computer simulated image he showed me at consultation. Dr. Reid and his staff at Restora were amazing and beyond accomodating. They answered and and all questions i had and put my mind at ease from the first phone call and consultation up to yesterday at my 6 week check up. One of my biggest concerns was my downtime from not working and i was so happy that me experience was minimal pain and discomfort. I had my surgery early Friday morning and was able to be back to work Monday! I know not everyone's experience will be the same but i 100% believe it has everything to do with Dr. Reid's amazing work and the preparation his staff gave me. I am beyond happy with my results, the entire experience has been smooth and i never felt unprepared or rushed. First and foremost, Dr. Reid and his safe are amazing! From the moment I called to set up a consultation appointment all the way to my 6 months post- op appointment, they have been great! They go above and beyond for their clients. I am super happy with my results from my breast augmentation. Dr. Reid and his staff put any fears/worries I had to rest. I received exactly what I wanted. A 5 star experience all the way.... Like anyone else, I read countless reviews , hoping to find 'The One!' There are lots of Surgeons in Austin and the more I reviewed Youtube videos from the Drs who explained why their practice was outstanding, the more confused I became. I made a long list then read some more and came up with a short list of Docs to meet in person. Obviously I chose Dr Reed. I doubt he knows what made me choose him because he is unaware I think, of how he compares in the initial meet and greet. He is not selling, nor is he trying to make friends. He listens intently tho I am sure he's heard the confident sounding but insecure(almost embarrassed) words many times before. Dr Reed has the sensibilities and manner of a Pediatrician versus a cosmetic surgeon. BEYOND all of this., the procedures I had done, neck and face lift along with laser resurfacing, were MORE than what I hoped for as I tried to keep moderate expectations. The results are so so pleasing and what makes it such a great experience to this moment, almost 3 months after surgery, is that every step of the way I felt looked after, tended to by this incredibly professional staff who have been consistently friendly, warm and attentive. I know why they have chosen to work for Dr. Reed!

I am blown away by the positive experience I have had at Restora Austin with Dr. Reid. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They made me feel right at home, comfortable, and took great care of me. My first encounter with Restora Austin was when I called their office and spoke with Stephanie on the phone. She was so kind, respectful, and friendly. Calling a Plastic Surgery Center for the first time can be a very nerve-racking experience. She made me feel so comfortable when discussing my body and the procedure I wanted to have done which was a breast augmentation. She was so friendly and professional and I immediately got a wonderful vibe from her. I had previously spoken to another Dr.'s office inquiring about the same surgery, but they did not give me the same feeling. Stephanie took the time to have a personalized conversation with me on the phone and answered a lot of my questions up front. The other Dr.'s office I called did not provide much information and I was told that I would learn more at my consultation.Speaking of the consultation, at Restora Austin my consultation with Dr. Reid was free, and it was actually with Dr. Reid himself. The other Dr.'s office that I called charged $50 for a consultation with a surgery specialist or $200 for a consultation with the actual Plastic Surgeon. At Restora Austin you get to meet your Plastic Surgeon during your consultation. That meant so much to me. I wanted to meet him and discuss the plans for my surgery with him, not with someone else who wouldn't even be doing my surgery! Dr. Reid was so friendly and professional. I had read all the reviews online before choosing him, so I expected this already. But he was great! He made me feel that he and I together were making the plans for my surgery. That is the kind of personalized touch I was looking for. Surgery is scary! But at Restora Austin I felt so comfortable and they provided me with so much information that I felt very knowledgable. Knowledge is power and Restora Austin educated me on everything there is to know about my surgery and I felt very empowered.My nurse was Caitlyn and I can't even begin to explain how wonderful she is. When you think about it, you're discussing your body, showing your naked breasts, and explaining the changes you want to make to them to a complete stranger! It should be an awkward experience. But with Caitlyn I felt like I was talking to my best friend who had known me for years.My surgery went smoothly and I am thrilled with my results. The recovery was not nearly as bad as I thought it could be. Now, 8 weeks post-op I am loving my new look and I could not be happier. Thank you Dr. Reid, Caitlyn, Stephanie and the rest of the staff at Restora Austin you are all amazing.

When I began my search to find a plastic surgeon I researched several doctors in Austin with a few requirements in mind:-I wanted an experienced female that I could relate to-I wanted a friendly staff-I wanted a flexible office scheduleAfter several months of reading reviews, websites, looking at patient portfolios and practically interviewing offices, I set up 3 consults with 3 different doctors. My first consult was with Dr. Ashley Gordon at Restora Austin. After I left their office, I cancelled the 2 consults with other doctors. There was NO question after talking to Restora's staff and sitting down with Dr. Gordon that she's who I trusted to be my surgeon. Before my Breast Augmentation, I'd never had surgery before and I was pretty intimidated/nervous looking into it. I had several questions for Dr. Gordon and her nurses about every single detail... they never once made me feel like I was wasting their time. Dr. Gordon discussed with me that the augmentation would be an outpatient surgery, that she is Board Ceritified, and that she's done this procedure practically on a daily basis. (Not that it wasn't a serious surgery, but that it wasn't complicated.) Some of the staff also shared their experiences with me and made me feel so welcome. After my Initial consult, I had a follow up consult to discuss my decision to have the augmentation and make sure all details were in place before surgery and make sure all financials were fully discussed at my first consult. I felt like the team kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I chose Dr. Gordon because I personally felt like she understood my (and almost all females) body issues and how I wanted to perceive myself post surgery. Again, I can say 4 months out of surgery that she really did relate with what I wanted. I feel so much more confident with myself and my figure. To me, it wasn't just a small surgery to enhance a part of my body, it was a life change. When most of the world is advertising 'the perfect body', loving at least one part of my body really does make a difference. And I cannot thank Dr. Gordon enough for what she's done for me.I would highly recommend Dr. Ashley Gordon and her amazing staff to anyone looking for an office with relatable personalities and a positive outlook.Thanks Restora!! :)
