The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. As soon as they brought me back the nurse was extremely rude. Almost judgemental because I was getting a tattoo removed. Didnt ask me any questions. Didnt look me in the face. Talked to me with her back turned. Didnt do anything to make me feel more comfortable. Got the same reaction from Dr. ONeill. Like I was wasting his valuable time by simply existing. Brian, the laser tattoo guy, was awesome and welcoming. I highly recommend going elsewhere for anything that these people have to offer. Extra star is for desk lady and Brian.

I have had major and minor procedures with Dr. O'Neill since 2011, and as recently as two months ago. I like his work because I feel like it's natural-looking and not too overdone. His prices are very reasonable when you compare to other plastic surgeons and he has been in this area for a long time, which gives me confidence in his abilities. I will continue to book appointments at his office for future needs. His office staff is pretty great as well!

Experience was great considering I was only 5 years old! I was attacked by my blue heeler on my right cheek on my face as a child and Dr. O'Neill was my plastic surgeon! I remember him telling me everything is going to be alright! Guess what everything was alright! He did an Awesome job!

They actually want you to pay for their laser rentals?! What kind of Doctor or Med Spa is this? I have had fractional done before but never have I ever been told I had to pay a laser rental fee on top of treatment pricing. They wanted $1175 for the doctor to do the treatment, then she said there is an additional fee of $500 for the 'laser rental fee' since they 'don't own their machines, we rent them.' I am baffled and can't understand being from the laser industry someone charging you their rental fees for a treatment!

Went in for two things to be done. Only one was preformed. When I called him that next week I told him one hadn't been done. He got mad and said that in the last 8months I had gained almost one pound. He was embarrassed he had forgotten one part of my surgery. But instead of apologizing... he was hurtful to me. Then after my second surgery to get done what I should have already had done, it still wasn't right. I told him it wasn't like the video I had watched. He said 'oh I don't do it that way'. And I was left lumpy and at the end of stitches my skin was puckered to a point. He said 'it would t be noticed because it was under my clothes'. I will never go back to him nor will advise my friends to see him. Frustrating!!
