Lisa Klemmer is amazing at what she does! I always feel so comfortable around her and she makes you feel so good about yourself and the procedure she is doing. If I ever have any questions (which is rare! Because she describes everything she is doing in a perfect and understandable way!) she is always there to answer them. If I go home and have any issues at all I know that I can reach her and she will be able to help me! Lisa knows her job well and I truly believe she loves what she does and it radiates in her work. I love coming here and Im constantly finding more and more to do for my skin just because I want to see her and the absolute GLOW your face gets when you leave.

17 years after a breast reduction from another local plastic surgeon, I gained the nerve and confidence to have it fixed.I found RSA staff very friendly, making my first impression very comfortable and leaving me at ease with me decision.Dr. Lyman informed me of the pros and cons concerning revisiting the surgery for the second time. He assured me he would do everything within his knowledge, and ethics, to right what was done wrong by the previous surgeon. I had full faith in Dr. Lyman that he would do what was best for me, and make me as happy as he felt he could knowing what I experienced from the prior surgeon.Dr. Lyman went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Lyman took many years of me looking in the mirror, and not liking what I saw, and erased it.He listens. He cares. He is thorough and smart.He went above and beyond what I had been through before.He and his staff are kind, compassionate and competent.I would recommend his practice to anyone who has waited years to gain the courage to do what will make you feel beautiful again.

I very seldom write a review unless I am very upset or the item/experience was over the moon. This was more than I will ever be able to adequately convey.I have had issues with my chest size for many a year with no relief in sight. When I finally made the decision for surgery, I met with 2 drs. The 1st, even though presented me with info that I needed, scared me 3/4's to death. I started to walk away after that conversation, but I pressed on to Dr Lynam. He gave me needed info but presented it in such an encouraging, helpful, bright outlook way that it returned my optimism. The surgery went well, he took so much time with my family after, that they mentioned it several times. To my surprise, he called me that evening, not a nurse, to check on me. I appreciate that he felt my fear about the healing process, never having gone through this before, and didn't push me off but held my hand the entire way. It has been over 2 months and he treats me exactly the same as before the surgery. Dr Lynam is a personable, caring, attentive, skilled surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Lynam is incredible...he is the most 'gifted' plastic surgeon I have ever experienced. He takes time with you and understands exactly what you are hoping to achieve from the surgery. I had two procedures done at the same time and experienced very little pain during recovery. I couldn't believe it. If you are looking for a surgeon who genuinely cares about your wants and needs, Dr. Lynam is the one for you. From the first day I walked into his office until the date of my surgery, Dr. Lynam and his nurse Lauren were courteous, personable, and they always reassured me of any concerns that I may have had while getting ready to have a breast reduction. Dr. Lynam took my wants into consideration and made me feel apart of the process the entire time. On the day of my surgery (June 12th,) he contacted me personally after I was discharged to see how I was feeling, and that meant a lot to me because it showed me that I was not just another body on a surgical table to him. Dr. Lynam did a PHENOMENAL job with my reduction. I have a few more weeks before I can truly see the final result due to the swelling, but I can already see the symmetry and perkiness of my new breast size. On the second day after surgery I could already feel the weight lifted from my shoulders, and my husband said my posture had gotten better as well. (I was a 36G cup with headaches, neck, and shoulder pain from heavy breast)... I can't thank Dr. Lynam and Lauren enough for being patient with my fears about surgery, and for giving me a better quality of life. The entire office is great from the front desk personnel to the back office staff. I would highly recommend Richmond Surgical Arts for any surgical needs.

Posting from my husbands gmail account as i do not have one...Dr. Lynam has incredible bedside manner, has a way of making you feel so comfortable, even in situations when youre dealing with uncertainty. I went in to have my 13.5 year old first breast aug redone. Having had three children and nursed all of them, my body, and certainly my breasts had changed. Dr. Lynam had a way of making me feel like I was in control of the decision but definitely led me to make the right one. Im just a week and a half out of surgery, back at it, I feel like my breasts look like they did when I was 21 and Im so glad I chose Dr. Lynam and his amazing team.

This is the best office EVER!! I live in Virginia Beach and drive all the way to Richmond to receive all of my services. The most frequent service I receive is Botox from one of the nurses, Brigitte Lacic. Not only does it look better than any Botox I have ever gotten, but Brigitte makes what could be a traumatic experience - I am petrified of needles!! - incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend! Worth the 2+ hour drive!

Master Esthetician was not knowledgeable about darker ethnic toned skin and used a salicylic acid peel that discolored my skin. Then esthetican suggested to spend more money using hydroquinone. When I called a few other estheticians they explained that type of peel is way too harsh on my ethnicity type and a lighter peel should have been used. I would suggest Renewal Day Spa, esthetician was MUCH more knowledgeable.

Dr. Lynam has been a major blessing in my life and he performed my one sided breast lift and implants surgery. I had significant asymmetry (was a B on one side and C the other, am now a 36DD, possibly DDD once they settle). I only needed a one sided lift, and he made my breasts so perfectly matched that I cannot even see a difference! HE IS A SURGEON ARTIST. He is almost too perfect of a plastic surgeon! I was very scared about having a cosmetic procedure, and I now think anyone looking to find a great surgeon, should call this gem of a doctor! He never overpromised, yet he OVER DELIVERED. During my consultation, he LISTENED to me and my lifestyle concerns, my preferences, and even looked at my inspiration images to see what overall look I was aiming for. He made sure I understood the procedure, but didnt lecture me. His recommendation for size was much different and larger than other doctors, but thats because the other doctors didnt know what I wanted to look like and did not view my inspirations. In the end my size is EXACTLY what I wanted and I could not be happier. His bedside manner was confident, yet not arrogant. He was realistic, yet not negative. I went back and forth about size so much, but in the end I told him when he was marking me for surgery to go with the size that he felt was what fit what he understands Im looking for, but not being too fake. I wanted a large size, so I was worried about going a little too big. He went larger than I thought he would (with my permission to do so), but Im SO glad he did. He is double board certified in plastic surgery and general surgery. He has 18+ years experience with breast augmentation. His website has only a few images, which concerned me, but in his office he immediately flipped to images of women with the same body size and similar issues I had and their end results. He explained what he would do for me and helped me feel so comfortable with his recommended procedure. The two other doctors I saw that were also very highly rated, gave different recommendations for lift and incisions and also different implant size recommendations. Although I understand every surgeon is employing craft and artistry with surgery, but looking back, Im glad Dr. Lynam chose the methods he did. I am SO SO SO happy with my results, that Ive also been using every opportunity to promote Dr Lynam as my thanks to him. I have been recommending Dr. Lynam to friends and family and would trust him in any surgery with his double certification. His office is elegant and exudes the high end, luxurious service and expectations you have of the quality surgeon that he is. His patient coordinator, Kari, was the icing on the cake. She felt like a family member that was there to hold my hand throughout the process from the first call, through all emails, and even now post op. I absolutely adore her and appreciate Dr. Lynam for hiring such a top notch patient coordinator. Dr. Lynam has returned my calls on a Saturday night within 10 minutes with any of my silly concerns post op. My breasts are healing beautifully and I have compliments on the quality of his work whenever I share with my girlfriends. I hope this helps someone, as Ive been so happy with him and my new breasts!

I cannot say enough about my experience here. I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Lynam in June and I am beyond pleased with the results. (I was a 32A and went to a 32 DD). My boyfriend and I did some research before I decided on where I'd go for my surgery. I had seen many great reviews on Dr. Lynam so he was the first doctor I went to for a consultation. We could tell immediately that he was confident and knew his stuff! I was concerned about scarring so he recommened the Transaxillary approach (through the armpit), under the muscle with saline implants for the most natural results for my body. I went back and forth multiple times with what size I wanted to go with but Kari Schwear, the patient care coordinator, was amazing. She was so patient with me and was right there with an answer anytime I had a question. The entire staff is all extremely friendly and knowledgable. I was truly treated like family throughout the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lynam for any breast augmentation. The results are exactly what I had wanted and I'm so thankful I went with his recommendation. One of my coworkers was so impressed, she had hers done by him two months after! Thank you guys so much!!!!! You have definitely changed my life
