From the front desk staff that greets you, to the assistants who get you settled into the room, to the technicians who provide the treatment, this is a first class business where customer service is at the heart of everything they do! They even follow up with you afterwards to be sure everything went well and that there are no issues or questionsI specifically use Erin Carpenter for my treatments and have always had such an awesome experience with her!!! Highly recommend!

My visit to Naficy marked the first time I'd ever gotten any cosmetic service or procedure. I was there to get lip fillers. The front office staff are super pleasant, and the waiting room is nice and comfortable. During my consultation with Erin, my concerns were addressed, questions were answered, and I even learned some new things I wouldn't have thought to ask about. The procedure itself was comfortable and mostly painless. I love the way my lips turned out, and I'll definitely be returning to Erin for injectables in the future.

I went in for a consultation late summer. At 43 I am somewhat of a skincare expert, have written reviews for national magazines for years. So i have healthy skin and only want to maintain it. Nothing drastic. I saw Y___ who suggested I get filler in my cheeks and a little Botox in my forehead. As shes a professional I went with her suggestion asking her to please go lightly!! I am a health counselor and yoga therapist living a healthy lifestyle and only need a bit of a boost. She put one full syringe in each of my already nice cheeks resulting in what looked like chipmunk cheek syndrome. I had to go back in 2 weeks to have half dissolved. One cheek is still slightly higher than the other. Placement needs to be perfect plus i didnt even need filler. That was faulty professional advice. I looked way better before. damn. The little bit of Botox in my forehead was fine. When I went back I asked for someone else.

I love my lips after Juvederm! So much! I posted a progress pic on an online beauty message board I frequently visit and everyone said how great my lips looked and how they fit my face perfectly! I waited a couple weeks to see what improvement my Thermage treatment gave me, and I am REALLY happy with the results! The skin is far less droopy and at work, where they always have those icky overhead fluorescent lights that show every shadow, my cheeks look round again instead of dented.Debbie prepared me well for how much the treatment would hurt (and it did!), but the results are great. I not only feel that I am in the hands of a very experienced practitioner I also feel like Sharon really cares about me and my personal needs. My final outcome has always been amazing. I just have to tell you I loved everything about coming to have my Ultherapy at Naficy Center! From the lovely lady at the front desk (I didnt catch her first name but her skin looked amazing and she said she was close to 60 but I think I misheard her and it was 50) to how thorough Debbie was with explaining my options. And I even started crying during my procedure because it was the strangest feeling and she was so wonderful about wiping my tears away and reassuring me that I was going to be ok. I didnt bruise or have any reactions. The area around my eyes feels a little tender and I cant really tell a difference in how I look yet but I think it will take some time.
