I had been researching plastic surgeons for quite some time in hopes that I would find a well-qualified surgeon with lots of experience to perform a rhinoplasty, and I must say that Dr. Ridgeway blew my expectations away. The consultation was extremely informative, and I was able to get every single one of my questions/concerns answered honestly without ever feeling like I was getting pushed into making any decisions. Fast forward a few months, and here I am 6+ weeks post-op and could not be happier with my decision to work with Dr. Ridgway. Absolutely love my results - I look just like myself...but better. The entire staff are seriously some of the kindest people I've ever met, and you can tell they all genuinely care for the patients. Overall so happy with my experience, and I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing surgeon!!

I am so glad I found Dr. Ridgway. I suffered with acne scars for over 10 years and tried so many treatments. I spent about $10,000 on acne scar treatments and saw no results. I received dermabrasion from him, and it was life changing! From the start he was very kind and took his time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. Dr. Ridgway is a kind doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. If I had any questions about anything, I could call/text him directly or call the office. He was very honest about the kind of improvement I would see. I saw about an 80% improvement in my scars! His staff is also very kind and welcoming. The results were life changing! He is an amazing plastic surgeon, and I feel so lucky to have found him!

I have to start this off by saying this is not a review of the doctor himself, but the scheduling/office staff. I had emailed inquiring about getting eyelid surgery about 7 months ago. I was booked out about 2 months. They took my credit card info down as well. I was also told they would email me some forms to fill out. I never received them and had honestly forgotten until a few days before my appointment comes around. I call to get the forms and am told that I actually don't have that appointment anymore because they are moving offices...um ok?? So I would have just driven an hour to the appointment to be told I didn't have one. They told me someone was supposed to call me to reschedule my appointment. No one did. After asking some more I get an email telling me that they will reschedule me soon. I emailed them again after 2 months went by and I realize they never got back to me. I never got a response. Basically got ghosted from this place. I'm really disappointed because I could have gone somewhere else instead of being lead on by this place.

I began to search for a plastic surgeon last June or so and met with Dr. Ridgeway then. I was immediately impressed by his confidence and his aesthetic sense. He truly is an artist.I had a lowerface lift on Oct. 31st and 4 monthes later, I cannot be more thrilled with the results!A very subtle, artistic restoration of the jawline of my youth!He is a talented and caring individual whom I resect and admire.All of my dealings with him have been pleasant, personal yet professional. Last month (January). I had a neck and lower (jaw defining) facelift done by Dr Ridgeway. I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr Ridgeway and his entire staff. Each one of them were just wonderful to me. I am a registered nurse and was very interested in finding the very best. Dr Ridgeway and his staff were amazing. I did a lot of research prior to choosing Dr Ridgeway and have to say he was just what I was looking for, kind, easy to talk to, loads of experience, and amazing qualifications.I cannot tell you how happy I am with my results. One month after this surgery I am feeling so good about the results. He did such an amazing job, leaving this 65 year old feeling so refreshed and natural looking. I had surgery with Dr. Ridgway about seven months ago, and it was one of the absolute best decisions I've ever made. I'd wanted to make a few subtle changes to the appearance of my nose for almost 20 years, but I had never met someone that I trusted. When I met Dr. Ridgway I knew immediately that I would be in good hands. From day one, his administrative staff were so supportive and wonderful. They were professional, communicative, open and honest, and took care to answer all of my questions and concerns. His nursing staff are amazing as well! During my initial appointments, Dr. Ridgway listened to what I wanted and we worked together to come up with an outcome that I would be happy with (and where I still looked like myself). My surgery was a great experience start to finish. He gave me specific, no-nonsense instructions that made my healing process a breeze. He also made himself available at anytime so that if I had questions I could reach out to him directly. As someone who is super anxious, I really appreciated his willingness to be 100% supportive. I get emotional when I think about the impact that Dr. Ridgway has had on my life. I've never been more confident in my appearance, and I can finally breathe! He's a wonderful person who truly cares about his patients.

I recently had an upper and lower eye lift and a jaw defining procedure (both at the same time), by Dr. Ridgway. I am thrilled with the results. I wanted a subtle result that gave me a fresh face without making it look like I had done something major. I am so pleased with the results. The recovery time was very minimal and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Ridgway.

I wish I could say great things, but my experience wasn't good. Dr. Ridgeway told me that botox was the best option for crows feet, frown lines and upper lip wrinkles. I paid $420 for injections and was told I would have smoothed out wrinkles within 2 weeks. I was scheduled for a phone consultation 2 weeks later, but no one ever called. I called them several times before finally getting a return call from Dr. Ridgeway. When I told him I didn't see any improvement at all in any of my wrinkles he informed me that Botox takes a year to work. I have never heard of that. I have since emailed several times about this but he insists this is normal and that Botox needs to be repeated for a year before seeing any improvement. I have had two other doctors say that is not accurate and that I should have seen improvement.

I was unable to breathe through my nose since childhood, and I approached several surgeons about a septorhinoplasty. Eventually i settled on dr Ridgway after reading his reviews. Months later and it has been a life changing operation, has improved my breathing completely, has straightened my nose and given me a lot more confidence in my appearance. Dr ridgway has been an excellent and detail oriented surgeon. I completely recommend him for a septorhinoplasty.The hardest part of the whole process was the worry i felt about how others would perceive me and the mechanics of the recovery, all of which turned out to be temporary concerns. I breathe well now :)

I have an 8 year old son who had some pretty large & protruding ears; he was starting to get teased at school. I started to research doctors who do Otoplasty (ear pinning). All of my research led me to Dr Ridgway. When we met, I knew he was the one to take care of my baby! He made sure that this was something he wanted to do. We received a very detailed description of what was going to happen before, during, and after. We also got his cell number just in case I had questions during recovery. He did such a wonderful job, it looks so natural! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

I had a few large moles the size of a dime on my face that was possibly cancerous. It healed so well no one can even see the scar. I can't even find it unless I try really hard. Couldn't have had a better experience. He listened and took time to make sure that the scarring was minimal. I would recommend him

Dr. Ridgway is the ultimate surgeon in terms of skill, integrity, and compassion. I know this from having spent over 10 years desperately pursuing very difficult facial reconstruction with several of the top recommended surgeons from around the country, including New York City, Boston, Atlanta, San Francisco, and Dallas, and achieving very limited (and sometimes actually detrimental or worsening) results, and never getting more than a half-hearted commitment to my admittedly challenging case. My experience with Dr. Ridgway has been a huge break-through for me. His technical mastery easily exceeds the top surgeons in his field, but his character and charisma sets him apart from any other doctor I have ever met. He has a seemingly tireless passion for his work and commitment to his patients that is truly rare. He is warm, caring, and unusually personable and communicative. Dr. Ridgway is an amazingly talented and compassionate surgeon. After interviewing multiple plastic surgeons I chose to have my facelift performed by him. I can't truly articulate the huge blessing I received as the result of Dr. Ridgway having the heart and impeccable talent to take on my challenging reconstruction. Not only was I discouraged from past corrective surgeries to fix my fractured nasal bone graph, which left me swapping one problem for three problems, but also from reaching out to highly acclaimed plastic surgeons who dismissed me saying I was better leaving things alone and that there really wasn't much they could do and played down my issues. This was very hard emotionally and on my self-esteem. I did end up walking away from the hope I could be restored in my area where there had been so much trauma emotionally and physically. After some time passed, my unhappiness with being left with my outsides physically not matching my insides, I decided to try one last effort to get help and knew I would be okay with what the outcome of that consultation would be. So Dr. Ridgway was the 'last house on the block' literally for me. Not only was I surreally surprised by his ultimate answer being he was willing to take on my surgery, but it was the first time since being a teen that I truly had authentic hope. This was due to his differences from any other prior doctors I had seen for surgery or consults, and not only could I feel that, which is huge, but I knew it by what he said as well as the way he spoke to me. Being the leading ENT facial reconstuctive surgeon around was a pretty big factor as well! Dr. Ridgway was detailed and clear on a whole different level than what I had ever experienced. I realize now it's completely because he fully had the skillset to handle a highly detailed highly problematic case like mine, so he could clearly and thoroughly talk about it as he had all the capabilities and talent to address it! When one doesn't really know how to correct something with the artistry to match the competency, only the bare minimum is discussed, or one is brushed off and made to feel minimized and not cared for. This had been my experience up to this point. I have felt cared for from the onset! It has only increased with time and has continued with my post-op care I continue to receive. It's remarkable. His staff is excellent and caring, and Dr. Ridgway is a highly talented meticulous surgeon who is an artist, literally, and has the most compassion and patience I have ever received from any kind of doctor period. I cannot give enough stars for him! He truly 'saw' me for who I was, am, and brought my outsides in alignment with my insides. Pretty crazy with the challenges/mess he had to work with! His work was a miracle restoration which I will be eternally grateful for. Dr. Ridgway and his staff are angels.

Dr Ridgway is an artist. No really... He's an artist first and also a double board certified plastic surgeon. He is talented, intelligent, extremely skilled and a warm and caring human. It took a great leap of faith for me to proceed with a face lift and fat transfer but Dr Ridgway was so filled with kindness and confidence and he told me I would still be me... I'd just look 10 years younger. I'm about 8 weeks post surgery and I'm so grateful that I chose Dr Ridgway. I'm very happy. He delivered.

I had a septalrhinoplasty following a Moh's procedure at a different clinic to remove a basil cell carcinoma from my nose. Dr. Ridgeway and his staff were amazing, going above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Ridgeway not only corrected my breathing problem from a deviated septum that had previously been undiagnosed by other physicians, he also corrected the previous surgery to remove the cancer which had made my deviated septum even worse and made breathing through my nose impossible without breath-right strips 24/7.I was very impressed with the care and the time that Dr. Ridgeway spent with me and my family. He makes himself accessible by phone 24/7, (he picks up, not a nurse or a receptionist) and is meticulous about making a normally painful procedure as comfortable as possible. He hand-picks his staff, including the anesthesia team. I was AMAZED with the lack of bruising and swelling following the procedure and how manageable the pain was. A far cry from the doc-in-the-box experience where quantity overrides quality. On the day of surgery, I was told that I was his only patient because he cleared his schedule just to focus on my case. This is how medicine should be practiced! Thank you!!!

Dr. Ridgway performed my revision rhinoplasty about 5 weeks ago. I have already noticed a large improvement though my nasal tip is still swollen. I had my first rhinoplasty performed on me about 2,5 years ago and needed a revision because the cosmetic results were not what I expected (bulbous tip) and septum was re-deviated.During my initial consultation with Dr. Ridgway I felt very comfortable within minutes. After the consultation I booked surgery right away and stopped looking for other surgeons. He took his time explaining everything to me, and this made me feel very confident to go ahead with the surgery. We made a computer model of the desired nose. The surgery was easy, I have not had any bruises. Dr. Ridgway has great bedside manner, and has made this experience a breeze. He is talented, genuine, warm, and honest, he will not perform anything on you if he feels that you don't need. I am so happy that I have found a surgeon who I trust, and that is the most important thing when choosing a doctor. In my opinion, Dr. Ridgway is a true Artist and his Gods are Beauty and Proportion but not Money.
